Third Person’s POV:
“I love you too, baby. Now, you can go”, Stefan smiled and let go of her hand.
“One more thing!” Stefan shouted and startled her again.
“What is it this time? Mermaids are real too?” Giselle asked with a slight chuckle.
“Use the main door of his room to enter his room. He hates it when we use the connecting doors at night”, Stefan added from behind.
“Thank you, Stef” Giselle spoke and stormed out of his room.
“You are always welcome, love”, Stefan replied sweetly, and took another sip of the milk.
“That bastard added rose flavor. I love it!” Stefan drank the entire milk and lay down on his bed again.
……
As instructed by Stefan, Giselle used the front door of Riven’s room to enter but her eyes widened in shock.
Riven was gone! He was nowhere to be found!
She tried calling Riven but his call was busy.
“Whom is he calling at that time of the night?” She asked herself confusedly and was about to call him again when she received a call from Natalie.
“Nate, why are you calling me now? I have a very important…” Giselle tried to speak but Natalie spoke at the same time.
“Giselle, there is an emergency!” Her voice sounded worried.
“WHAT? What happened now?” Giselle asked in a concerned tone.
Rather than replying to Giselle, Natalie enquired, “Why are you sounding so worried?”
“Nothing just…” Giselle tried to speak but Natalie cut her off.
“Wait, I will come to your room”, Natalie spoke and disconnected the call.
Giselle went towards her room as Natalie was supposed to meet her there.
Giselle opened the door to her room and, with a white smoke, Natalie magically appeared in her room.
The tensed Giselle didn’t see her at first and nearly shouted in fear.
“What the…! Nate, you need to stop doing that! I almost had a heart attack! Use your legs to roam around at least inside the house”, Giselle shouted in frustration.
“You were sounding too low, Giselle, so I came here as soon as I could to check on you”, Nate replied in a concerned tone.
“What happened, Giselle? Share with me. We always share things, don’t we?” She asked and held both of her shoulders.
“You know, things between me and Riven are not that great. He came to my room to spend time with me and, being my dumb self, I didn’t understand him and went to Stefan’s room. When Stefan explained to me about Riven’s visits, I went to Riven’s room to meet him and talk to him but he was not there”, Giselle said in a frustrated tone.
She hid her face in the palm of her hand.
“Then call him and tell him to come to your room, simple!” Natalie said in a nonchalant tone.
“What simple! He is busy talking to someone else! And I don’t know why my heart says, it’s Erica!” Giselle said in a low voice, her eyes became teary.
“There is only one way to find out!” Natalie said in a plain tone.
“What?” Giselle asked confusedly.
“To check where he is and what he is doing right now!” Nate said while waving her hand casually.
“How? Are you deaf? He is not even receiving my calls”, Giselle said while throwing her cell phone on her bed in frustration.
“Stupido, your best friend is a bloody witch!” Natalie said, offended when Giselle underestimated her powers.
“I can use my magic to sense him and we will reach there in no time! If he is under a ten mile radius, then we don’t even need a locator spell! I can take you directly there”, Natalie said in a reassuring tone.
“How?”
