Are we keeping favorites?

Giselle’s POV:
“Of course, it’s not one of our pack members, dad! It is someone in the shape of our pack member”. Riven corrected his statement to help his father understand what he actually meant.
“Do you mean there is a fox in our pack?” Stefan asked the main question in the simplest way possible.
“Not one, I believe,” Riven replied honestly.
“What? This is impossible!” Alpha Riley grabbed a fistful of his hair in frustration.
“Then explain this incident to me! You have heard the recording. The person who called sounded just like Caleb. I was unable to differentiate between him and my brother! You can’t even differentiate between your own kid’s voice!” Stefan said, supporting his brother’s theory.
“How are you going to find them out then?” Kevin asked in a serious tone.
“We must make them come into their original form, then we will only be able to tell how many foxes are there in our pack in the form of our own pack members!” Riven spoke while looking at everyone of us.
“But how are we going to do it?” Alpha Riley asked in a muddled tone.
Stefan and I exchanged looks again and nodded. We didn’t need to words to know what is going on in each other’s mind.
“We know a way to do it” we said in unison.
“How?” Riven asked, baffled.
“You will know. But this shouldn’t get out of the walls of this pack house” I said in a worried tone.
“Rest assured, my dear. Nobody will ever know about it” Alpha Riley said with a fatherly reassuring smile.
“Riley never goes back from his words”, Vera added with a bright smile.
“Okay then. I will take care of it”, I replied while typing the text.
“Did you?” Stefan asked in an excited tone.
“Yeah, I texted her. She is on her way”, I replied with a smile.
“Who is this ‘she’ we are talking about here? Please enlighten us!” Kevin asked in a curious tone.
“Natalie Bennet”, Stefan replied, smiling.
“Bennet? Is she a….?” Riven asked in a confused voice.
“A Witch” Stefan completed his statement and nodded in agreement with a constant smile.

Third Person’s POV:
“A Witch” Stefan completed his statement and nodded in agreement with a constant smile.
“A Coven witch to be precise”, Stefan added.
“And how do we know her?” Kevin asked with narrowed eyes.
“How do you know a witch personally, Stefan? And why didn’t you tell us before?” Riven asked in a demanding tone. There were so many questions in his eyes.
“You didn’t even inform your father?” Alpha Riley asked, he looked a bit too disappointed.
Stefan looked at Giselle to take permission if he could speak the truth and she nodded because she didn’t want to trouble him.
“I don’t know her personally, guys. Natalie is Giselle’s best friend. I just had a small talk with her today”, Stefan replied casually, and raised his hand in his defense.
“Wait a minute! Giselle introduced only you to her best friend?” Now this was Kevin’s time to be offended.
Giselle looked away whistling to avoid eye contact with both Kevin and Riven.
“Well, she didn’t mean to only introduce me. She got a call from Natalie after you guys left.” Was Stefan’s casual reply. He tried his best to defend his mate.
“Or she intentionally called her after we left”, Kevin spoke with narrowed eyes and turned towards Giselle.
“Are we keeping favorites these days, Giselle baby?” Kevin asked with a raised eyebrow.
“Not really”, Giselle replied with an awkward smile.
“Don’t lie to me!” Kevin said coldly.
“Well, weekly favorite then” Giselle replied with a nervous laugh.
“Why Stefan?”
