Angel hated Madelyn to the extreme and wondered if Madelyn was doing it on purpose. Madelyn must’ve intended to humiliate her. Angel clenched her hands and it took a lot of effort for her to control herself before she repeated the words of apology.
“I said that I should have stood up for you and explained the fact that you were insulted because you went out to buy snacks for me. You were misunderstood and you even almost got fired. The door of the ward was pushed open as Madelyn was deep in thought. She looked up and saw that it was Emily. “Emily! Why are you here?”

However, Emily saw Angel bringing a group of people to apologize when she arrived at the hospital. There were too many people around, so Emily did not enter the room and listened by the door for a while. She heard the conversation between Angel and Madelyn clearly.

“I don’t know. Those people are all madmen and I don’t know any of them.” Madelyn felt embarrassed and guilty when she saw Emily.
“Did you call the police? Did the culprits surrender to the police?” Emily asked again.
“They’ve been caught and they’re under interrogation. Anyway, it’s inevitable that they have to go to prison. By the way, who informed you about this? Was it Azalea?”
“It doesn’t matter. Why didn’t you tell me you had an accident in the first place?”
“I was afraid that you would be worried. Azalea, this stinking girl is really…”
