Samantha’s POV
Who the hell in the world could have thought that the so indifferent and cold Alpha could be this naughty and romantic too?
“You are not going to tell me you love me too?” He asked.
“I love you so much Kay,” I replied him.
“Good girl.” he ruffled my hair fondly.
“Now, explain to me the reason you are here cleaning.” he requested and I pouted in a bit of confusion.
“It’s my task… Cassie went to get something, she would be here soon and the both of….”
“C’mon, you see my mate, you are going to be the Luna, how in the world can the Luna of Alpha Kayden clean so early in the morning?” He grumbled.
“But this is my job.”
“It does not befit you anymore. I would open up a new business for you if you badly want to work.”
“Okay then… Just today, let me finish cleaning.” I replied to him and tried to get the cleaning rag from him but he stretched his hands upwards.
He was a tall guy and even before I tried I knew there was no hope of getting it from him. he but I tried anyway, I jumped several times on him, trying to get the cleaning rag but I was unable to.
His hands suddenly wrapped around my waist, holding me tightly to his body.
“No more cleaning,” he said to me softly.
“Uhm… Alpha Kayden.” it was James’ voice.
“The room for Miss. Samantha is ready.” James said and I looked at Alpha Kayden.
“The room? What room?” I asked him.
“Take a look at you, you need to stay in a better condition. You need to have a better room and that was what I found for you,” he replied.
“But then it is comfortable sleeping in the quarters,” I said to him.
“Comfortable? Who are you kidding? Okay let’s say it’s a bit comfortable for you, what about the two of us? Am I going to have to come to the quarters just to see you?” He asked.
“Thank you so much.”
“Stop thanking me, I am doing things that I should do after all this cute soul stole my heart.”
“And you stole mine too,” I replied.
“You’ve got a list of things you want the both of us to do?” He asked and that was when I realized that I had not created the list yet
“Should I just lie to him that I have done so already? If I tell him I have not, would he go to work and leave me alone here today?” I asked Cara.
“Just tell him the truth.” Cara urged.
“I have not had a list yet but then I know some things I would love the both of us to do,” I replied Kay.
“And what are those?”
“Watch a movie together… Eat on the same plate and go out for ice cream.” I shrieked excitedly.
I had only tasted ice cream once when one of the slave masters dumped the container on the floor right in front of Granny and Granny as per her kind acts, gave it to me.
Since then I had loved ice cream and tasting it to me was like tasting happiness itself.
“And then?” He asked.
“Then we go to the amusement park and the zoo,” I replied him.
“Why the zoo?” He asked.
“Because I want to have a look at the animal slaves, I have been the one in slavery all my life and now I wanted to see what it looked like for animals to be in captivity,” I replied but had my response to Cara.
“Just for fun. I heard the zoo would be very exciting and thrilling.”
“Your wish is what we are going to do today,” he replied and held my hands.
He led me into the room that had been cleaned up for me.
“There’s your closet, take a bath, pick a clothing, dress up and come downstairs to meet me,” he said and turned to leave.
“Kay,” I called and he turned to look at me.
“Actually… Can you just stay in the room till I am done?” I asked.
“It would be my utmost pleasure as long as you can take onto whatever happens next when I see you in your towel,” he replied naughtily and my face heated up yet again.
I grabbed my towel with a pout.
“You still want me to stay?” He asked.
“Just… Just leave.” I stuttered and he walked out with a chuckle.
His chuckle sounded so appealing to my ears and I felt like I was falling for him over again.
I walked into the luxurious bathroom and a small wow escaped my lips. The entire place was heavenly! Super near and super beautiful.
I stared at the bathtub and kissed it before grinning widely.
“Cara, this feels so good!”
“Yeah, it sure does feel good to be an Alpha’s mate,” Cara replied.
“I am not just his mate, I am his Love,” I replied and turned on the shower.
The bath took a few minutes before I wrapped my hair in a white towel, I tied another towel around my chest and walked out of the room.
I opened the closet and was astonished at the set of clothes I found there. Even someone like me who knew little about clothes knew very well at first sight that the clothes were top notch. They must have cost a fortune to purchase.
I could hardly make a decision amongst the dresses and after contemplating for a while, I asked Cara.
“Which do you think I should choose Cara? The red dress of the blue dress?” I asked her.
“You’d better choose the red one if you’re going to the public but then if the both of you are going to find someone private where you can mate, then wear the blue one,” Cara replied and my face flushed up.
“Okay, Cara!” I eventually picked the red dress clearly because I was not ready to mate at the moment.
“You’re picking the red dress?” Cara asked.
“Yes, we are out to have fun not to mate,” I replied to her and she grumbled.
I dressed up in the red dress and check myself out in the mirror, I did not care much if I looked beautiful. It was okay as long as Kay was okay with my looks.
I walked out of the room and my eyes landed on Cassie.
“Just take a look at you! You’re so pretty.” Cassie shrieked.
“Really? You are also veering beautiful Cassie.” I replied her.
“Yeah! You know next week is Alpha Kayden’s birthday?” She asked.
“What? Really?”
How about mating with him on his birthday?!
