Ella had seen many wolves in her day, but none quite like this one. It has white fur, flashing red eyes, and a terrifyingly attractive face….
She had never seen a more stunning wolf than this one.
She took a deep breath in, then slowly dropped herself to the ground, stopping just a few of feet from the ground. Due of the wolf’s lack of alarm, she reached out and touched the wall, instantly feeling more at ease. She blurted out, “You’re gorgeous,” and the wolf moaned and rubbed its head against the wall.
Even as a wolf, he exuded the confidence and authority of a true leader. She looked at it lovingly, taking in its attractive characteristics. The wolf unexpectedly sprang to its feet and charged at the woman. She was a little shaken up at first, but after it settled into a soothing rhythm, she was okay. It was then that the Alpha Wolf snuggled into her arms for solace, and she mumbled a surprised, “Oh. , ”
Furs from it first made Ella uncomfortable when they came into contact with her skin. Goodness! It was fluffy and silky, unlike any other wolf’s she had ever seen. Inhaling deeply, she gazed down at the Alpha who was now resting in her arms. Ella had no idea why it was making such a distressing noise and shifting about in discomfort. It shifted and moaned again, so she did what came naturally and laid her right hand on its hairy head, saying, “Keep quiet… please,” in a soothing manner.
The wolf leaned closer to her with a wagging tail and a whine. The animal clearly enjoyed her attention, so Ella redoubled her efforts.
For a long while, the two of them sat in silence as Ella silently stroked the animal’s head. Even the distant howling of other wolves could be heard in the cave, it was that silent.
She stopped abruptly, still caressing its head, and whispered, “Thank you for not injuring me.”
“I just prepared some tea and wanted to offer it to you,” the wolf whimpered and shook its head, which only served to amuse her.
“I hope you could maintain this level of serenity always. ”
The wolf looked up from her bossom to examine her face as she hesitated and smiled,
“N… No, no, don’t get me wrong. She shook her head, worried that she had upset the wolf’s equilibrium by saying, “T… The King is truly a very good guy.” “…. imitate the King in many ways. There’s simply that…. As far as I can tell, the King does not approve of me. To be fair, the King doesn’t take a like to anybody, even myself. He’s…. He constantly has on that serious expression, which is one of the reasons I’m so nervous around him. ”
She sighed, smiling wistfully, and said, “The King is a good guy, and I know he didn’t choose to be as cranky as he looks.”
Surprised, she stared into the wolf’s eyes and found that her words caused him to soften. She hastily continued, patting its snout, “B… But I think all would be done soon and the King wouldn’t have a cause to be unhappy longer.”
It was astonishing to see the wolf lengthen its neck, stick out its tongue, and clean up the scratches on Ella’s arm after it had briefly closed its eyes. Shocked, Ella let out a gasp. She said, “Oh, my,” as she was taken aback by his unexpected behavior.
The wolf licked it, removing any remaining blood, and the cold, wet feeling tickled Ella.
She smiled at it and it bopped its head and returned to its comfortable posture in her arms. Ella stroked its hair, which it appeared to like, and she seemed to have forgotten that it the King she was so afraid of. But…. Why did whomever cursed him do that? The idea crossed her mind. It was clear that Ella had calmed the wolf down since it made no more noise or movement while in her arms. They were both exhausted, and promptly fell asleep.
For a long time, Ella pondered the question of why her night’s rest had been so pleasant and distinct. She didn’t even notice how many hours she had slept. She turned on the hard floor and made thoughtless hand movements toward the wolf, but was astonished to feel just the hard surface rather than the animal’s soft, furry skin.
What’s with the wolf? Is it already gone?! As soon as she sat up, she opened her eyes in shock, and her heart took a great jump as she met the gaze of two blue eyes.
She suddenly stopped breathing. In other words, the King! He sat there, gazing directly at her, and it turned out to be the King. She sat straight on the floor, attempting to shake off her disorientation, and her head whirled as she did so.
His human shape had already taken effect, and he was wearing a more relaxed suit. He had shifted already?. Is the moon no longer full? While she was sleeping, she imagined that Spenser sat on a nearby rock and stared at her.
His eyes…. For some reason, he just couldn’t take his gaze off of hers as he tried to process the extraordinary events that had just transpired.
He continued to stare at her even after she woke up and threw her hands about, perhaps searching for his wolf. Ella…. the only one to have accomplished feats that not even the goddess could do. His lone female companion who, after years of futility, has finally been able to get him to sleep, feed, and tame his wolf.
