But why? I thought she was……..” Mrs. Rebecca paused as she placed her hands on her forehead. Flashes came running into her head, they weren’t so blurry this time but it was still blurry and she could see a little girl whose eyes were filled with tears.
“Mommy,” the little girl called out.
“Mom are you alright?” Daisy asked as she and Freya held her from falling to the ground.
Mrs. Rebecca blinked as she returned to reality. She stared at Freya and Daisy and then sighed.
“I’m fine Daisy” She replied as Daisy helped her sit on the couch.
“You should sit, I’ll go get your drugs,” Daisy said as she walked inside her room. Freya walked towards Mrs. Rebecca and sat close to her.
“Is it the flashes?” Freya asked and Mrs. Rebecca nodded in response, making Freya sigh.
“Do not take the drug Daisy is gonna give you. Pretend like you taking the drug” Freya said and Mrs. Rebecca raised her eyebrows wondering why she said she shouldn’t take the drugs.
The drug Daisy always gives her helps her reduce the headache she feels most of the time. she then began to wonder why Freya had told her not to take the drugs.
Just then Daisy walked out of her room holding the tablet in her hands. She gave it to Mrs. Rebecca who pretended like she took the drugs and handed her a cup of water to swallow it.
“You’ll be fine, Alright. You should rest” Daisy said and Mrs. Rebecca nodded. Just then she caught a glimpse of Daisy’s cheeks which were red and swollen with a fingerprint on them.
“What happened to your face?” Mrs. Rebecca asked
“It’s nothing mom, I’m fine. I’ll be inside my room ” Daisy said and with that, she walked inside her room and lay on the bed.
Immediately after she left Mrs. Rebecca gave the pills to Freya and asked her to dispose of them. She then asked Freya why she asked her not to take the drugs.
“It’s not the actual drugs the doctor prescribed for you. It’s a drug that will make you unable to recall your memories. So you have to stop taking it if you still want your memories ” Freya said. She’s been monitoring Daisy for some time now and she had found out she’s been giving the wrong pills to Mrs. Rebecca.
Mrs. Rebecca had known she’d lost her memories, she knew something was missing in her life not until the day she had seen Lisa.
She began to wonder if she was her daughter but she just couldn’t put her hands on the truth because she was finding it so hard to recall her memories and she wouldn’t want Daisy to know about that. Freya had already promised to help her.
Daisy, who was in her room, was about to drift to sleep when she heard her phone ring. It was a call from Daniel. She felt a feeling of excitement as she saw Daniel’s call. She smiled to herself as she answered the phone.
“Hello” Daniel’s voice echoed from the phone and Daisy could initially feel her cheeks turn red at the sound of his voice.
“Daniel, how are you feeling?” Daisy asked in the most caring tone ever.
“I’m okay, I have been discharged from the hospital and my mom will be holding a party for me tomorrow. I would love it if you and your mom and little sister can come” Daniel said and Lisa felt butterflies in her stomach. Daniel was inviting her to a party at their house.
She couldn’t believe it. She felt it was an opportunity to finally meet Daniel’s family so she wouldn’t miss the opportunity of attending the party, not for Anybody, not even for Lisa, she thought.
“Of course, we will all attend,” Daisy said
“Okay, I’ll tell the driver to pick you guys up tomorrow. I’ll be expecting you guys. Extend my greetings to your mom” Daniel said and with that, he ended the call.
Daisy smiled to herself as she put the phone on her chest. She felt maybe Daniel was already falling for her. Who wouldn’t fall for her, she’s such a pretty girl even though not as pretty as Lisa, she thought and frowned at the thought of Lisa being more beautiful than her.
She was gonna buy the most expensive dress and fix her hair and hire an expensive makeup artist to beautify her. She was going to look beautiful by tomorrow and make sure Daniel’s mom likes her. She thought.
Suddenly, she felt a sudden urge to throw up. She rushed inside the bathroom and started throwing up.
She rinsed her mouth when she was done and walked back to her room, sitting on the bed, she suddenly started feeling dizzy all of a sudden as her head started aching so badly.
She then began to wonder what was wrong with her and suddenly she lost consciousness.

Daisy had woken up with her mom and sister staring at her weirdly.
“Mom, Freya ” She called out trying to remember what had happened before. She then remembered she had started throwing up and suddenly felt dizzy and lost consciousness.
She managed to sit up properly from the bed she was laying on as she scrutinized the surroundings. It was then she noticed she was in a hospital. Had they taken her to the hospital?
“Daisy, how are you feeling now?” Mrs. Rebecca asked in a concerned tone. They had heard a loud thud from Daisy’s room only to get there and she was lying unconscious on the bed. They had to call for help and rushed her to the hospital.
“I’m okay mom” she managed to say as she stared at Freya who kept staring at her weirdly. She wondered if there was something on her face because she didn’t understand why Freya was staring at her that way.
“What did the doctor say is wrong with me?” Daisy asked and Mrs. Rebecca swallowed hard.
“You’re one week pregnant Daisy ”
