“You are telling me that Brandon is seeing your sister?” Sky couldn’t believe what he heard from Stella, “I am not saying that is real! It is just an assumption!” Stella answered and caressed her hair. “That’s crazy!” Sky said and shook his head. “I know and I don’t know how to react if that is true.” Stella said, which made Sky look at her.
“Let him go! Don’t force yourself on someone that doesn’t like you!” Sky told her, and Stella looked at him. “I can’t!” Stella answered, and Sky took a deep breath. “Think about yourself and not your father.” Sky said, and Stella shook her head. “It is easy for you to say that but I can’t!” Stella answered and stood up from the couch.
“Live your own life, Stella!” Sky told her, and they immediately looked at the main door when it opened. Brandon appeared and he looked at Sky, who was sitting on the couch. “You have some companions here!” Brandon said and walked towards the kitchen.
Sky was going to follow him, but Stella stopped him right away. “You like him, huh?” Sky whispered at her, and Stella couldn’t answer him. “You should go!” Stella told him, and Sky nodded her head. “Just let me know if you change your mind.” Sky answered and went to the main door.
“You can stay here, I don’t mind!” Brandon appeared, which made Sky stop leaving. “You don’t mind?” Sky asked him, and Brandon nodded his head. “Yeah, I don’t care if you have any feelings for Stella.” Brandon answered, which made Stella freeze.
“What the-
“He is leaving now!” Stella cut what Sky was going to say. She pushed him outside and followed him there. “Are you sure that you are going to stay with him?” Sky asked her as soon as Stella closed the door. “Come on, this is for my family!” Stella answered, and they walked far from the house.
“That is insane!” Sky said and shook his head in disbelief. Stella didn’t say anything and just nodded her head. They remained quiet for a long time, and Sky took a deep breath. “Know your worth!” He told her and started walking away.
Stella stayed outside and looked around, she heard Brandon clearly. He was just showing Stella how uninterested he was in her. “Hey!” Stella stopped thinking about Brandon when she heard her sister’s voice. “Are you okay?” Daisha asked her.
“Why are you here?” Stella asked her, and Daisha smiled at her sister. “I just want to visit you!” Daisha answered, and Stella nodded her head. “Since when did you care about me?” Stella asked her, and they both went silent.
“We don’t need to fight right now, Stella!” Daisha told her sister, “Just tell me the right reason why you are here!” Stella answered. They both looked at the door when Brandon went out of the house.
“Oh! You have another visitor, Stella! Why don’t you come inside?” Brandon said and smiled at Daisha. “She’s leaving!” Stella said, which made Brandon look at her. “Why are you so rude to your guest?” Brandon asked her and opened the door for them.
Stella took a deep breath and looked at her sister. “Come inside!” She invited Daisha and went inside the house. They saw Brandon fixing the couch, and that’s where Daisha went. “You have a kind mate!” Daisha told Stella, and Stella just nodded her head. “Yeah, lucky me!” Stella answered and laughed at her sister.
Stella noticed that Brandon was looking at her sister, “Do you want something to drink?” Brandon asked Daisha. “Nah! I’m good, thank you!’ Daisha answered and smiled at Brandon. Stella saw how Brandon smiled at her sister.
“You don’t have anything to do right now?” Stella asked Brandon, which made Brandon look at her. “Nothing, I’m not busy today so I can stay at home.” Brandon answered and walked towards the couch where Daisha was sitting. “Oh! That’s new!” Stella answered and nodded her head.
Stella didn’t leave the living room but she could feel that Brandon wanted her to leave. She would not do that to give them some time together. “Are you not busy, Stella?” Brandon asked her, and Stella immediately looked at him. “Nah! I’m always at home.” Stella answered and smiled at him.
Brandon looked down after hearing Stella’s answer, he wanted to talk to Daisha but Stella was still there. He looked at Daisha, and Daisha smiled at him. He was thinking about what he needed to do so Stella would leave them.
“I will get some cookies!” Stella said and stood up from the couch where she was sitting. As soon as Stella went to the kitchen, Brandon stood up and kissed Daisha on the lips. “Hey! She might see us!” Daisha told him, and Brandon just smirked at her. “I don’t care!” He answered, which made Daisha shake her head in disbelief.
Stella saw what Brandon did to her sister, and she just looked away while stopping herself from crying. “I knew it!” She told herself and took a deep breath. “I can do this!” She cheered herself and went back to the living room.
She put the bowl full of cookies on the centre table, “You made this?” Daisha asked her. She shook her head and tried not to cry in front of them. “She’s a good cook but not a good baker.” Brandon said, and Stella immediately looked at him. “She’s good at baking at home.” Daisha said and looked at Stella. “Right?” She added, and Stella just nodded her head.
“I’m just too tired to bake that’s why I bought them in the groceries.” Stella answered and looked at her sister seriously. “Do you need some water?” Brandon asked Daisha, and Stella was there just watching them. “How sweet!” Stella murmured, and Brandon immediately looked at her.
“What did you say?” Brandon asked her, and she just shook her head. “Nothing!” Stella answered, and that’s when the main door opened.
Brandon stopped walking when he saw his father enter their house. “Oh! Daisha, you are here?” Remus asked his daughter and looked at Stella. “I’m just visiting Stella!” Daisha answered and stood up from the couch. “Where are you going?” Alpha Raven asked her, “I need to go!” Daisha answered.
“Stay, we are going to have a feast today.” Alpha Raven told her and looked at his assistant. “Call Beta Helias’ family and Delta Amoux’s family. Tell them that we are going to have dinner together. ” Alpha Raven instructed his assistant, “I will, Alpha!” His assistant answered and walked away.
They were startled when the maids started cleaning the house and preparing the dining area for the feast. “It is my first time to see your firstborn here.” Alpha Raven told Remus, “She’s always busy but she will make time to see her sister.” Remus answered, which made Stella smirk while looking at her father.
Stella couldn’t believe how her father lied to their alpha, “We are going to cook now, Alpha!” The head maid appeared from the kitchen. “Yes, please!” Alpha Raven answered and looked at Stella. “Did you enjoy your vacation with Brandon?” He asked Stella, which made Stella freeze for a moment.
She was thinking about what she should answer, “Do I need to lie?” She whispered to herself.
Brandon was sweating a lot when his father asked Stella about his vacation. He knew that his vacation with Stella didn’t go well. He was thinking about what Stella would answer his father.
“We had a great time together!” Stella answered and looked at Brandon. He couldn’t believe that Stella would defend him against his father. “That’s great! If you want to go on another vacation, just tell me.” Alpha Raven offered them, and Stella nodded her head. “We will if Brandon is not busy anymore.” Stella answered, “You should make time to spend with Stella.” Alpha Raven told his son, and Brandon just nodded his head.
The dark came, and their guests started coming at the right time. Flora immediately greeted Stella when they saw each other. “I didn’t know that Daisha would be here!” Flora whispered at her, “Alpha Raven wants her to be here!” Stella answered Flora.
Tyros came with his father and sister, “You came back?” Sky greeted Tyros’ sister named Sadine. “Of course, it is good to be back!” Sadine answered, and Stella looked at her. “Hey, Daisha!” Sadine greeted Daisha, and Daisha smiled at her. “It is good to see you again!” Daisha told her and looked at Stella.
“This is Stella, my younger sister!” Daisha introduced her sister to Sadine, “She looked like your Mom.” Sadine said, which made Stella look at her. “You’re right!” Daisha answered and smiled at Stella.
“Let’s eat now!” Alpha Raven told them, and they went to the dining area. The maids served the guests, and Stella helped Brandon with his food. “We need to show them that we are fine.” Stella whispered at him after filling up his plate. “I know!” Brandon answered and smiled at Stella.
“Thank you!” He added, and Stella nodded her head. “You’re welcome!” Stella answered, and all eyes were on them. “Don’t mind them!” Alpha Raven said while smiling at Brandon and Stella.
“They are a great pair.” Delta Amoux said while looking at Stella and Brandon. Stella smiled at Delta Amoux, and they started eating their dinner. Stella finished her food and waited for Brandon to finish his. “Do you want some dessert?” She asked him, and Brandon just looked at her.
Daisha saw how Stella served Brandon in front of them. She was nodding her head while accepting the fact that Brandon’s mate was Stella and not here. After eating her dinner, she talked to her father. “I want to go home now, Dad!” She told her father, and Remus nodded her head. “Just wait for me there!” Remus answered and tapped Daisha’s shoulder.
“Are you going home, Daisha?” Sadine asked her, and their attention went on her. “Yeah, I need to do something in our house.” Daisha answered and smiled at their alpha. “I’m going home, Alpha Raven!” She told their alpha, “Do you want some companions?” Alpha Raven asked her, and Daisha immediately shook her head.
“I can go alone, thank you!” Daisha answered, and Alpha Raven nodded his head. Daisha went outside, and Stella followed her. “I know the real reason why you are here. I am not stupid, Daisha!” Stella told her sister, and Daisha froze in her position. “What do you mean?” Daisha asked her and tried to hide the truth.
“Wow! I didn’t expect that you would be like this!” Stella said and nodded her head while looking at her sister. “What are you talking about?” Daisha asked her again and tried to be innocent in front of Stella.
“Don’t let me catch you, Daisha?” Stella answered and turned around, “He met me first!” Stella froze after she heard what her sister told her.
She tried to stop herself from crying but her tears betrayed her. She faced Daisha again, and Daisha was startled to see her sister crying. “Why are you like this, huh?” Stella asked her, and Daisha couldn’t answer her sister. “You- You like him?” Daisha stuttered while asking her sister.
“You should go home!” Stella told her and wiped the tears on her face. Daisha started walking away and couldn’t forget how Stella cried in front of her.
Stella took a deep breath before going back inside the house, she immediately smiled at Flora as soon as she entered the house. “Why are you crying?” Flora asked her and caressed her back. Stella immediately shook her head, “I’m not crying!” Stella answered and smiled at her.
After their dinner, the maids were cleaning the house while Stella was still in the kitchen. “Are you not going to sleep?” Brandon appeared and looked at her. “I will have some wine.” Stella answered and didn’t look at him. “Oh, okay! Have fun!” Brandon answered and walked towards the living room.
Stella watched him until she couldn’t see him anymore. “That’s nice, Brandon!” She whispered and tears started falling.
