“Are you sure that you are not coming with us?” Stella asked Brandon, and they were outside Sky’s car. Stella was looking for Brandon for a couple of hours until he came from the beach. “I want to stay here a bit longer!” Brandon answered, and Stella just nodded her head. “Okay, I will wait for you in the house.” She told him, and Brandon didn’t say anything.
“We need to go, Stella!” Sky appeared and looked at Brandon, “You better go back!” He added and went inside his car. Stella smiled at Brandon and followed Sky inside the car. Brandon watched the car leave and went back to Stella’s room. “You should go back with them.” Daisha appeared as soon as Brandon came inside the room. “I will not leave you alone here!” Brandon answered, and Daisha offered her hand to him.
Brandon didn’t take her hand but hugged her tightly, “I miss you so much!” He whispered to Daisha. “I miss you too!” Daisha answered him back, “What will happen to Stella now?” She added, and they went silent for a while. “I will clear things up with my father.” Brandon answered, and Daisha immediately stopped him.
“My father will get mad at me if he finds out!” Daisha answered, and Brandon held her shoulder. “I will fight for you!” Brandon told her and kissed her forehead.
Stella was looking outside and thinking about Brandon, “You should stay with him!” Flora told her, and Stella glared at her. “I want that too, but he didn’t want me to stay with him.” Stella answered, and Flora just tapped her shoulder. “What kind of mate is he?” Sky murmured while driving, “He didn’t like me!” Stella answered.
“Then leave him!” Sky told her, and Stella immediately shook her head. “I can’t do that!” Stella answered, and Flora supported her. “Just drive, Sky!” Flora told her brother, and Sky didn’t say anything.
They were travelling for almost a couple of hours now when Sky decided to stop over at a convenience store. “Buy some snacks! I will just fill the tank!” Sky told them and handed them some money. Flora immediately accepted the money and dragged Stella with her.
“Come on, cheer up! You can find someone that will love you truly!” Flora told her, which made Stella smirk at her. “You can say that because you already found yours.” Stella answered and rolled her eyes at Flora. “I didn’t say that!” Flora told her and held Stella’s arm.
“It is fine, Flora! You don’t need to defend yourself!” Stella told her, and they went inside the convenience store. They were looking for some snacks that they would eat while travelling. “Do you want some beers?” Flora asked her, and Stella smiled at Flora. “Your brother will get mad at us.” Stella told her, and Flora shook her head.
“Nah! He will not get mad at us!” Flora said and got some beers. They went to the cashier and paid for their groceries. Sky was waiting for them outside, and he immediately saw the beers that Stella was holding. “Are you going to get drunk?” Sky asked them, and Flora just smiled at her brother.
“You can’t have some because you are going to drive.” Flora told her brother, “I know!” Sky answered, and they went inside the car.
Stella and Flora were at the back of the car, and they were having some beers. Sky started driving and didn’t mind them at all. “What if Brandon is dating your sister?” Flora asked Stella, “I will be happy for them.” Stella answered, but she felt hurt when Flora told her that.
“What kind of question is that, Flora?” Sky told his sister, and Flora just smiled at him. “Sorry!” Flora answered and looked at Stella. “Don’t take it seriously, Stella!” Flora added and hugged Stella.
The night came, and they were still travelling back to their land. “I can drive, Sky!” Stella offered, which made Sky laugh at her. “You are drunk!” Sky answered and looked at her. Flora was already sleeping while Stella was fighting her tiredness, so she couldn’t fall asleep.
“Why don’t you get some sleep?” Sky told her, and Stella shook her head. “Nah! I’m not sleepy at all—
Stella couldn’t finish what she was saying and went to sleep. Sky laughed when he saw Stella’s head bump into Flora’s shoulder. “Have a nice sleep!” Sky whispered to them.
They finally reached their land, and Sky drove Stella to her place. Flora was already awake, so he instructed his sister to wake Stella up. “You can carry her!” Flora told her brother while leaning on the window. “Fine, wait for me here!” Sky answered and got out of his car.
He opened the door on Stella’s side and looked for the keys from her things. When he found the keys, he carried her towards her home. He opened the door and went directly to her room. He put Stella on her bed, and he went back to his car to grab her things.
Stella woke up and found herself sleeping in her room. She saw her things there, and she immediately looked for her phone. She called Flora, and it took a couple of seconds for Flora to answer her call. “Tell Sky that I am thankful for his kindness!” Stella told her as soon as Flora answered the call. “I will! Did you have a great sleep?” Flora asked her, and Stella looked around. “Yeah, of course!” Stella answered and smiled even though Flora couldn’t see it.
“I need to do something, thank you again!” Stella said and ended the call. She stood up from her bed and went to the bathroom. She took a bath, and while she was drying her hair, she went outside her room. She realised that she was alone in their room, “I guess he is having fun now!” Stella told herself and sat on the couch. After drying her hair, she cooked something for her breakfast.
She was busy in the kitchen when she heard someone knocking on the door. She went to the main door to open it, “Good morning!” Stella froze when Alpha Raven appeared. “I wasn’t aware that you were going to visit us!” Stella said and started getting Brandon’s things on the couch.
“He is not here, right?” Alpha Raven asked her, and Stella nodded her head. “I will call him right away.” Alpha Raven answered and walked towards the main door. “Are you leaving now?” Stella asked their alpha, “I will be back when he gets home.” Alpha Raven answered, and Stella nodded her head.
Stella didn’t know if she should call Brandon or just let him stay there, she was holding her phone for quite a long time now. “What are you doing?” Flora appeared and caught Stella walking back and forth. “Alpha Raven showed up, and he knew that Brandon wasn’t here!” Stella answered, and Flora nodded her head.
“Okay, but you need to calm down!” Flora told her, but Stella didn’t listen to her. “I can’t calm down, Flora!” Stella answered, and they both went silent. They sat on the couch and looked nowhere, “Should I call him?” Stella asked her, and Flora shook her head. “Let our Alpha know what he is up to.” Flora answered, and Stella just looked at her.
“How about Daisha?” Stella asked her again, “Let them deal with the mess that they made.” Flora answered and tapped her shoulder. They waited for a while until the dark came, “I need to go now. I just wanted to check on you!” Flora bid her goodbyes to Stella and went to the main door. “Should I go with you?” Stella asked her, and Flora immediately rejected her. “I can go home alone!” Flora told her, and Stella nodded her head.
Stella was left alone in their house, and she was thinking if she should call Brandon or her sister. She looked at her phone and took a deep breath. She was looking for Daisha’s number when the door opened, Brandon showed up and looked at her.
“Did you tell my father that I am not here?” Brandon asked her, and Stella immediately shook her head. “He went here earlier and was looking for you!” Stella answered, which made Brandon smirk at her. “Fine!” Brandon answered and went to the couch.
Stella didn’t say anything and went to the kitchen, she was cooking their dinner when she heard the main door closed. “He’s leaving again!” Stella told herself and took a deep breath. She finished what she was cooking and ate by herself.
Brandon left the house to check if Daisha got home safely, he was looking outside their house when her Remus went out. He was talking on the phone so Brandon moved to see Daisha properly.
“What are you doing here?” Daisha was startled when Brandon showed up at her window. “I just want to check on you!” Brandon answered and smiled at Daisha. “I’m fine, you should go home now!” Daisha whispered at him, and Brandon nodded his head. “I will! Good night!” Brandon told her and kissed her on the forehead.
Stella was still awake, and she was waiting for Brandon to come home. “Why are you still awake?” Brandon asked her when he saw her sitting on the couch. “I am waiting for you!” Stella answered and looked at him seriously. “You don’t need to wait for me!” Brandon told her and glared at Stella.
She stood up from the couch and let Brandon lay on the couch, “Turn off the light!” He told her. Stella turned off the light and went to her room. She sat on her bed and looked outside the window.
She was asking herself what she would feel if her assumption was right, “I can’t!” She told herself and caressed her hair. She went to the bathroom to wash her face, “Not my sister!” She added while looking in the mirror.
The next day came, and when Stella woke up she didn’t see Brandon in the living room. For the past few days, Brandon became aloof with her as time went by. “What happened to the both of you?” Remus asked his daughter while they were outside the house. “What? I didn’t do anything.” Stella answered and looked at her father.
“Try to win his heart, Stella!” Remus told her, and Stella didn’t answer her father. “I am doing my best, Dad!” Stella complained, and they stopped talking when Brandon got out of the house.
“I can hear you bickering, are you okay?” Brandon asked them, and Stella immediately nodded her head. “We are fine!” Stella answered and looked at her father, “He will leave now!” She added and nodded her head. “Yeah! I will go now! Have fun!” Remus answered and patted his daughter’s shoulder.
Stella went inside their house and Brandon followed her, “Your father is mad at you again.” Brandon told her, and she nodded her head. “Nothing’s new!” Stella answered and went to the kitchen, “I will just cook for our lunch!” She added and left.
Brandon stayed in the living room, and he was thinking about what he heard from Stella’s father. “He likes me for Stella, huh?” Brandon asked himself and smirked. “But I like his firstborn.” He added and looked at Stella, who was busy in the kitchen.
After cooking, Stella called Brandon to eat with her. “I’m full!” Brandon told her, and Stella didn’t ask him again to eat with him. She started eating alone and washed the dishes.
Brandon left again and didn’t say anything to her, “What should I do?” Stella asked herself and sat on the couch. Someone knocked on the main door, and Stella stood up to open the door.
“Just visiting you!” Sky showed up and smiled at her. “I badly needed to talk to someone right now.” Stella said, and Sky nodded his head. “That’s why I am here!” Sky answered, and Stella opened the door for him.
