Just as I was about to cross over to the building, a car drove over and parked in front of the house. I paused to see who the driver was and where he was heading.
Few minutes later, a man came down from the car. He was dressed in simple, western clothes with dark sunglasses. He walked towards the house and I watched even more carefully.
Who could this Man be and what is he doing here?
The man got to the door and knocked. A few minutes later, the kid opened the door and smiled at him, he crouched down to the boy’s level and started saying things to him, which unfortunately I could not hear due to the distance between us.
They seem to be familiar with each other. I groaned angrily. Who the hell is he and why did he have to show up now?
I will have killed that kid minutes ago and left this place already.
As I watched both of them Converse, with the young man’s hand on the boy’s shoulder, an idea struck my mind and I smiled.
Instead of killing this poor boy and driving his mummy insane, it will be more fun if I can make Logan hate her for life and at the same time get him to trust me more.
If I do this, then he will start to believe in me, he would believe that I care about him and that would set a good foundation for my future.
Without wasting time, I brought out my phone and took about three clear pictures of the man holding the little boy.
I don’t care who this man is or what relationship he shares with them, what matters is how he would be beneficial for me and I know just how.
After this, I would put an end to Crystal’s drama once and for all. She plans to come into Logan’s life through this child but this same child would be the reason why she is kicked out of his life.
I will turn the tables on her in a way she would never believe. She’s a really good player and I have on underestimated her for so long but now the game is over for her.
I left that place quickly, making sure that neither of them saw me. I got into a taxi and headed home.
Coming here was a really good decision. When I arrived home, I went straight to Logan’s chambers.
I wondered if he had even realized that I was gone for two hours.
I got to his bedroom door and knocked. Few minutes later, he opened the door slightly, making sure it wasn’t wide enough for me to see inside the house.
Perhaps he was hiding Crystal’s condition from me, but that did not bother me at all.
Whether she lives or does, it does not change anything, I am still throwing her out of Logan’s life
“Yes, what is the problem?” Logan asked plainly.
So that is the level that our relationship has shrinked to. It’s fine, it’s just a matter of a few days and everything will go back to normal.
“Um… I need to talk to you in private,” I replied.
“I don’t have time, say what you want to say and leave,” he ordered with his face devoid of emotions.
“It’s very important Logan, please just give me ten minutes to tell you what I want to.” I pleaded.
He sighed and looked into the room, then he looked out to me.
“Fine, I will be at the balcony in a few minutes, you can wait for me there,” he said and I nodded, then he moved back and closed the door.
Well, he shut the door to my face today, but he would have to shut it on Crystal soon.
I left his chambers and climbed upstairs to the balcony in excitement.
Soon I heard footsteps approaching and turned around happily, but I was disappointed when I found out that it was Simon.
Damn it! Mr stalker is here again!
“You came back and you didn’t even care to update me on your discovery and you went straight to Logan, is that fair?” He grumbled.
“Not now Simon, I will tell you everything later. Logan will be here soon so you should leave,” I said.
“Why should I leave? Am I not allowed to be here? This is not a restricted part of the building,” he argued.
“Come on Simon, this is no time for argument, just leave now.” I said
“Fine! But you have to update me as soon as you are settled with Logan,” he grumbled and I nodded.
He turned around to go down the stairs and just then, I saw Logan coming up the stairs.
“Damn it!” I cursed silently
The both of them met in the middle of the stairs and Logan stopped. He looked at Simon and then to me.
“Simon, have you been around all this while?” he queried.
“Not entirely, but I’ve been here since morning. I was standing at the balcony when Lucy arrived and said you wanted to speak with her in private up there, so I decided to give you two some space.” He smiled.
I sighed in relief. He’s not the big fool I thought he was after all.
“Oh yes, that is true. Sorry about that,” Logan apologized.
“You don’t need to, I was about to go down anyway.” Simon replied and he nodded, then they continued in their different directions.
Logan approached me and stayed quiet until Simon was out of sight.
“So, what do you want to say?” He queried.
“I would go straight to the point, it’s about Crystal,” I said.
“I don’t want to hear it.” He growled and turned around to leave.
I grabbed his arm quickly and he turned back to face me with a solemn expression on his face.
“Please Logan, I only asked for ten minutes of your time. Is that too much to ask for?
Why are you treating me like some nobody, don’t forget who I am and what relationship we share.” I said solemnly.
I have had enough of him taking me as a joke. I am an Alpha’s daughter and our marriage contract has not been canceled yet, so he can’t treat me like I am worthless. I won’t allow that.
“Alright, I am listening. In the end, it is still left for me to believe you or not. So who you are to me, doesn’t change anything!” He retorted.
“Well that is fair enough, I just want to let you know that your beloved Crystal has a mate, a vampire at that and they have a son together,” I said
“That is rubbish, I don’t believe you!” He retorted in an angry tone.
“Yes it is the truth Logan, she has been unfaithful to you from the beginning, her child is around four years old and she also has a mate. I am sure she never told you any of that.”
“I said that I don’t believe you! Do you have any evidence to support your accusations?” He queried.
“Yes I do,” I replied quickly and his eyes widened.
He must have been expecting the negative reply. I brought out my phone and showed him the pictures I had taken earlier.
“I am sure you recognise the building, it is your mate’s house.”
He growled angrily. “How did you get this pictures, I am sure it was edited,” he said
“No it’s not, I took the picture myself,” I replied.
“Wait… What were you even doing at their house in the first place?” He queried.
“Well I was worried after you told me that Crystal was ill, so I decided to visit her parents today and inform them in case they were worried about her. That’s how I discovered this, your mate is a cheater!” I stated.
He growled angrily and headed down the stairs. I smiled. This is just the beginning, I have set a flame that will burn down Crystal and their life, it would consume her and ruin her forever
She shouldn’t have messed with me!
