Chapter 89

Book:Her Ruthless Daddy Published:2025-3-13

BONNIE
Bonnie stayed silent. She didn’t want to tell him what Ethan said. She wanted to call Ethan again and tell him she wasn’t going to help him, no matter what. But she needed to do that before she talked to Daddy about it.
“What were you talking to your brother about?” Rogan asked once again.
“I just wanted to let him know I was okay, but he wasn’t happy about it,” Bonnie replied.
Was it a lie? Not really, since she’d told him she was fine. But she wasn’t telling Daddy everything. She couldn’t. Not yet anyways.
Bonnie could feel the guilt festering in her stomach. It was a hard ball that felt like it was getting harder with every second. Hopefully, Rogan would be appeased and leave soon so she could call Ethan back. Bonnie didn’t know how long she could feel this guilt without exploding and telling Daddy.
“I’ve been neglecting you,” Daddy said, surprising her so much she forgot all about Ethan for a moment. “I shouldn’t have been, but I have and it’s unacceptable. I’m sorry.”
She didn’t know what to say. Bonnie was shocked to see him and she honestly thought the only reason he’d come was to scold her for calling her brother.
“My sister was moving back to Missouri with her two Daddies. Your brother has also been taking up my time,” Daddy explained as he sat down on the couch. He patted the seat next to him but she stood. “But now my sister is all moved, so I can focus more on you like I should have been. But really, all of those things were just excuses and I shouldn’t have been neglecting you.”
Bonnie walked over and sat down, but not right next to him. She didn’t want to be too close and not be able to think. Her brain tended to shut down around Rogan, and Raynar. They were hot and so dominant around her.
“How is your sister?” she whispered, afraid he was going to lash out at her. Bonnie also didn’t know why she was asking. She didn’t know his sister at all.
She didn’t know if they were on the level yet for her to ask about his sister. It was intimate, almost. Bonnie didn’t want to step over any boundaries and make things worse.
“She’s an absolute spitfire and has her two Daddies wrapped around her fingers,” Daddy said. “It’s good to see her acting like herself again She went through something traumatic and her Daddies were there for her and helped her through everything.”
“That’s good,” she whispered.
Bonnie wondered what the traumatic event was but didn’t want to ask. It might be something very personal and she didn’t want to ask and invade her privacy.
“How are you feeling?” Daddy asked. “Is your head okay?”
“Feeling a lot better. I don’t get dizzy anymore and the lights don’t hurt my eyes,” she replied.
It was one thing she was super grateful for. It was hard when every time she stood up, she got dizzy and wanted to puke. Or when the lights or even sunlight hurt her eyes. It sucked being stuck in a dark room for a while since she didn’t like the dark.
“And your hand?”
“It’s better. Angelo has been by every day to rebandage it and let me take a shower. That was nice. He said I could take the bandage off today if I wanted.”
“And you haven’t?”
Bonnie shook her head and looked down at her hand.
“Why?” Daddy asked.
She shrugged her shoulders.
“I think you do know. You can tell Daddy.”
She did. It was a silly reason, but also practical. “I was worried I would hurt it again.”
“I don’t think that’s the real reason.”
Bonnie closed her eyes. How did he know she wasn’t telling the truth?
“Tell Daddy the real reason.”
“I wanted to keep it on so someone would come check on me. I figured you have cameras in the house somewhere. Maybe if you, Raynar, or Angelo saw the video, then you would come and see me.”
She wanted to crawl under the covers and hide. Or she wanted the floor to open and take her under. Bonnie wanted to be anywhere but where she was.
“Bonnie, can you look at me?” Daddy gently asked. She didn’t look up.
“Bonnie. Look at me. Now.”
Her head tilted up a bit and she looked him in the eyes. She didn’t see anything bad across his face. If anything, he looked worried, but that couldn’t be right.
“I’m sorry I neglected you so much,” Daddy said. “I wasn’t thinking and I shouldn’t have done that. It’s all on Daddy.”
Bonnie could feel the tears starting to form in her eyes. Never did she expect Daddy to say that; he didn’t seem like the apologizing type.
“It’s okay,” she whispered.
“No, it’s not. It’s never okay for me to ignore you. I shouldn’t have done it. Sometimes Daddy may be busy, but he’ll communicate. Next time you won’t be alone. Ray or somebody else will be with you,” Daddy promised.
It was best she had two Daddies. Ray and Rogan. His sister had two, so why couldn’t she? It would make it easier on Rogan if she had Ray because then she wouldn’t be alone, but she would still have that dominant figure.
The thought of having two Daddies was becoming more and more appealing with each passing hour. Maybe they were meant to all be together. Maybe their dynamic would work well enough between all three of them.
“Now. How are you really feeling? And don’t lie to me. Are you okay?” Daddy asked.
Her eyes went wide, and she could feel the tears pooling. He sounded so genuine, like he really cared. Maybe he was going to change, and this was the first step.
“Don’t cry,” Daddy said. “It’s a sign of weakness.”
Tears ran down her face faster as he said those words he’d already said to her several times. When would he realize they always made her cry even more?
“I’m a sensitive person and I cry a lot,” she whispered. “I can’t help it.”
Bonnie had told him several times already that it was just who she was.
Could he not understand? Or did he not want to?
“But it’s not good to cry all the time,” Daddy countered.
“It’s how I cope with things.” Bonnie shrugged. “It makes me able to process everything. Not everyone understands or likes it, but it works for me.”
“Well, we may have to teach you not to do it as much.”
She blinked several times, not believing he actually said that to her. Was it his way or the highway?
“And you need to learn to deal with it,” she replied.
Bonnie couldn’t believe she’d just said that to him, but she had and she wasn’t going to back down from it.
Part of her felt like she’d disrespected him, but at the same time she felt like he might need to hear it. Who else was going to tell him? Maybe his right-hand man, Lucius, but would Daddy actually pay attention?
She didn’t even know if he would pay attention to her and what she was saying, but it was worth a try.
Daddy glared at her. She knew he didn’t like what she’d said, but then again who liked listening to the truth?
“How have you been feeling since you got here?” Daddy asked. “And I want an honest answer, or you’ll be getting into trouble. I already have a naughty book for you with a couple ticks in it.”
Bonnie took a deep breath. She knew about the book and she knew she had earned some punishments, though she didn’t know when he planned on dishing them out. Or how. Would it be at the same time or would he spread them across several days?
“Honestly? I’ve been feeling down and a little depressed. It’s been hard, not having people around to talk to.”
Bonnie hadn’t planned on admitting that to anyone, but especially not Daddy. She hadn’t told Angelo, even when he’d asked. But Ray had seen it in her and he had stayed and cuddled with her.
It didn’t feel wrong to tell Daddy how she was feeling, but it felt weird. She knew that he cared because he sounded genuine and sincere, but at the same time, it was still scary.
“And how was Ray coming over? Did you enjoy that?” Daddy asked.
Bonnie couldn’t help but feel her cheeks starting to get red. The way Ray had gotten strict with her, but also was caring. She remembered the way his ass and legs looked when he walked away from her to get the medicine and the way he caught her watching.
“How did you like it?” Daddy asked again.
She didn’t want to answer, but she knew at some point he would make her, or he would ask Ray about it. Would Ray tell him or would he keep it a secret?
No doubt he would tell him about it. He had called Rogan Daddy as well, and she remembered what Daddy had said about him. He was a switch, a Daddy for her, but a Little for Rogan.
“You can tell Daddy.”
She took a deep breath and looked at him. It felt weird talking to him about another man, but Daddy had introduced Ray to her and suggested both of them be her Daddies.
“He came over and gave me gummy bears,” she whispered. “Then we snuggled and watched cartoons.”
“And what else did you do?”
She thought Daddy might have already known what had happened but him asking that question made it seem like he didn’t.
“I fell asleep snuggled up to him. By the time I woke up, he was gone. I don’t know how much time he was there,” she replied.
“Well, anytime you want to snuggle with him or with me, you let us know. You can text us and if we’re busy, we’ll let you know and we’ll try and come later. And if we’re not then we’ll come over,” Daddy said.
Bonnie nodded, but she didn’t think she was going to text either one of them when she wanted to cuddle with somebody. Bonnie didn’t want to bother either of them for something silly.
“And I mean it. If Ray or I find out you didn’t text us when you wanted a snuggle, you’re gonna be in trouble,” Daddy said, as if he’d read her mind.
Her mouth dropped open as she stared at him. Was he serious?
“I’m dead serious. I know how important snuggles can be for somebody and if it’s important to you, then I want you to text us,” Daddy directed. “And I’m gonna do better about being around more. Maybe I can do some work here, so I can be with you.”
Bonnie couldn’t help but smile, even if it was just him or Ray here for an hour or two each day, it would be better than nothing. It would be a lot better than nothing.
“Are you serious?” she whispered. After being alone for so long, left to her own devices, she couldn’t believe what she was hearing.
“Yes, I’m serious.”
Before she could stop herself, she wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him. “Thank you, Daddy.”
She felt her cheeks start to turn red as she said Daddy out loud. Bonnie knew she’d called him that before, but only in her head. She was still getting used to it.
