RAYNAR
Raynar stared at Rogan. He wasn’t expecting him to say those words. Had he really changed his mind? Raynar thought he’d overstepped for sure, especially since he didn’t know Bonnie.
“Really?” Raynar was unsure. Did Rogan really mean what he said?
“Yes, really. Lucius also said it wasn’t a bad idea,” Rogan admitted. “I mean, my sister has two Daddies. Why can’t I have two subs?”
Raynar felt his cheeks start to heat up and he knew they were turning red. He honestly didn’t think Rogan was ever going to say yes. He’d seen how Rogan reacted to Hedda having two Daddies, at least at first. It just made sense he wouldn’t want to have two subs.
“Sometime soon you’ll be meeting Bonnie,” Rogan said. “I don’t know when. I’m moving her to the guest house so she can roam around but be locked in.”
“You’re locking her in?”
“She’ll have the whole house to herself. I’ll make sure I visit a lot. It’s just until everything settles and I can figure out what I’m going to do about her brother.”
“Who’s her brother?” Raynar asked. “Wait, I already know the answer. Sorry, forgot.”
He hated that he was always more ditzy around the Boss. He didn’t have to be as mindful since he knew Rogan would take care of things. Was it the best mindset? Absolutely not, but it was hard not to drift off and forget things in front of Rogan.
Rogan tilted his head slightly. The way he was looking at him made Raynar nervous. He shifted on his feet.
“Everything good?” Rogan asked.
He nodded.
“Are you sure?”
“Y-yes,” Raynar stuttered. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath in.
Why was he acting like this? Oh yeah, it was Rogan. All Rogan. “I think you just lied to me.”
His eyes went wide as he looked over at Rogan. “No! I did not!”
“Uh-huh.”
“I promise! You just make me nervous sometimes.”
“Interesting,” Rogan hummed. “I’ll have to keep that in my back pocket for later.”
Raynar groaned and hung his head. He shouldn’t have told Rogan. Now Rogan had something to use against him.
“How would you like to meet Bonnie?” Rogan asked.
“I thought you wanted to wait to introduce me?”
“I did, but maybe now would be better. I’m about to move her to the other house. We could warm her up to the idea of having two Daddies.”
“But ultimately the decision is up to her?” Raynar knew sometimes Rogan could push things onto people. He had their best interests at heart, but sometimes it didn’t feel like it.
“Of course,” Rogan replied. “I’m not going to tell her she has to have two Daddies. We’ll introduce you and if it comes up, then we can mention it and let her know to think on it. Maybe you two can have a playdate or something. You as a Little as well, but also you being the Daddy. Two separate occasions.”
“I’m down for it if she is, but we aren’t pushing it on her.” Rogan nodded and stood. “Of course. I’m not a total dickhead.” Raynar giggled and started to walk out of the office.
“What are you giggling at?” Rogan asked, following him. “And where are you going?”
“I’m going to Bonnie. Figured you took her out of the basement and put her in one of the rooms upstairs,” Raynar replied, totally ignoring his first question.
“Don’t think I don’t know what you’re doing. You’re going to get a hot bottom if you don’t answer my question.” Rogan growled and slapped his butt. “That was just a warning.”
Raynar turned around, his face fully red. It was one thing to act like a couple in his office or somewhere private, but they were in the main area, out in the open.
“Please, not yet,” Raynar whispered.
“What’s wrong?” Rogan asked, stopping immediately in his tracks, his brows furrowed in a mixture of confusion and concern.
“I’m just not ready yet for people to see the sub side of me.” He wasn’t embarrassed about it, but he had a job to do here. He was the only cleaner and Raynar didn’t want people to look at him differently. Like he couldn’t do his job, because he was very capable.
“We’re going to talk about this later,” Rogan said. “You’re not getting away from this.”
Raynar sighed and rolled his eyes. “I figured as much.”
“Don’t be smart or I will take you over my knee right now.”
His gasped. Rogan was not messing around and Raynar knew it. The tone of his voice had ever so slightly changed and not for the best. It was his warning voice.
“Good boy. Now, let’s go meet Bonnie. She may not be awake. Come on. Follow me.”
The praise was in a whisper so no one else could hear. Raynar felt like a damn dog when Rogan called him ‘good boy’ and followed it closely with a ‘come on’ and ‘follow me’.
“I’m not a dog,” Raynar replied, not able to hold himself back. “I’m also a Dom, you know that, right?”
Rogan turned around, towering over Raynar at his full height. He gripped Raynar’s chin with his fingers. The mere act alone made Raynar start to feel more subbie than Dominant.
“Oh, I know, but with me you’re the sub. You’ll always be the sub with me,” Rogan slowly and calmly said. “Always. And though I doubt it needs to be said, don’t you dare try and top me.” Raynar nodded his head. “Sorry, Sir.” “Sorry, Daddy,” Rogan corrected.
Raynar closed his eyes. Was he ready to say it out in public? He knew no one was near them, but still. Someone could be walking over or up the stairs and hear him say it. He couldn’t be too careful.
“Soon,” Rogan promised.
Raynar opened his eyes and saw nothing but compassion and understanding in Rogan’s gaze. He let out a breath of air and nodded his head.
“Now, let’s go meet the princess,” Rogan said, letting go of his chin.
