Tilda quickly replied to Rosalind, saying that she didn’t go on the blind date, and then she lay down in the back seat of the car, falling asleep.
By the time they arrived at Johnny’s place, she was already fast asleep. Tear streaks were still visible on her face, and her long hair cascaded down from the seat, looking dark and silky.
Johnny liked her hair. It felt especially smooth when he touched it!
He drove the car into the garage and initially thought about having his secretary come to pick the car up. But then he changed his mind and decided to give his secretary some money tomorrow to buy another car instead!
After parking, Johnny leaned over and carried the sleeping Tilda into the bedroom.
It was clear that she was exhausted. Even with all the commotion, there was no sign of her waking up.
Johnny washed a towel and gently wiped her face, feeling remorseful for what had happened in the car earlier…
This was his first time taking care of a woman!
After cleaning her up, he helped her take off her dirty clothes and temporarily put on one of his own pajamas.
Tilda turned over and mumbled a few incomprehensible words before falling back asleep.
Johnny smirked as he saw how peacefully she slept. He himself was also tired, so he climbed into bed and pulled her into his embrace to sleep together.
Ah, this was how it should be.
All his efforts over the past few days were not in vain!

Rosalind was quite surprised.
To her, Tilda seemed satisfied with the blind date, but she didn’t go in the end.
She thought for a moment and cast a suspicious glance at Ulric, who was busy working.
Walking over to confirm that he wasn’t in a video conference, Rosalind spoke up, “Did you tell Johnny about Tilda’s blind date?”
“No.” Ulric shifted his gaze from the computer screen to her face. “Why?”
“Tilda said she didn’t go on the blind date. When I asked her again, she stopped responding. I’m wondering if Johnny had something to do with it!”
Rosalind felt that Johnny had ill intentions towards Tilda.
Ulric reached out and pulled her slender waist closer, making her sit on his lap. “Tilda is not young anymore. She knows very well what she should or shouldn’t do. You don’t need to worry.”
“If it were someone else, I wouldn’t worry. Normal relationships have their ups and downs, at most, it’s just a bad match! But if Johnny pursues Tilda, I really don’t have high hopes.” Rosalind thought though Johnny was good-looking, he was a womanizer, with so many romantic encounters!
How could she not worry about her friend’s lifelong happiness?
Johnny was a playboy, after all!
“Johnny… I’ve never seen him serious about any woman before. Maybe this time he genuinely wants to settle down with Tilda,” Ulric said.
Others might not understand, but Ulric understood that feeling!
In fact, with just a few words, one minute, or even just a glance, he could determine if someone was the person he wanted.
Even if Johnny loved to fool around, sooner or later, he’d meet someone he genuinely liked and settle down!
“Anyway, it depends on Tilda. When she left, she told me that she didn’t actually like Johnny. She just thought he looked charming and wanted to… have some physical intimacy with him.” Rosalind struggled to find appropriate words after hesitating for a while.
Ulric smirked lightly. “When you sent me that message at the hotel and I came over, you didn’t push me away. Were you eager to have… some physical intimacy with me?”
Rosalind blushed immediately.
Ulric playfully bit her ear as punishment. “Besides me, you’re not allowed to have such thoughts about anyone else!”
