“Are you trying to drive me crazy? Never stand before a man like this corazon you’ll make him lose his mind.”
“Then it’s a good thing you are the only man who’ll ever see me like this.”She said. He bent his head and she closed her eyes waiting eagerly for his mouth to touch hers and when it did she felt like she’s in heaven. She has been starving to taste his lips on hers and now that she is it’s like she hasn’t been drinking water for a whole month, her hunger for him is so intense that she’s already wet for his penetration and only his kiss is doing that what will happen when he’s going to enter her. Wanting more she deepened the kiss and pushed her tongue into his mouth, her hands went around his neck and she pushed her fingers into his silky smooth hair. He let her control the kiss for a couple of minutes before scooping her up in his arms, automatically her legs went around him holding on as he held her in his arms with their lips still locked on. They stood kissing and holding each other like that for a couple of minutes and then he carefully laid her down on the bed and came over her, his mouth left hers and kissed her throat. He then went to one breast and sucked it till her nipple are hard and swollen, he then gave the twin the same attention before kissing his way down to her belly button.
He gently laid his hand on her abdomen and then he kissed her right where their baby is growing. Her heart contracted with love at that simple gesture and in that moment she loved him even more. Their eyes connected and she knew he knew what she was thinking.

They made love three times that night and Nico had been so gentle and careful not to hurt her and the baby, taking his time. At dawn she had woken him up again and they had made sweet long love. Right now she’s on her way to the office to hand in her resignation letter and afterwards she’s going to meet Cathy. She has decided to leave after Bella’s wedding, for how long she doesn’t know yet but going away from Nico is best for now, seeing him everyday is painful for her and after last night she’s certain she’s doing the right thing. She laid out her hands on her thighs and looked at the beautiful diamond that’s on her left hand, for her it meant something it stood for something, she’s not the type to just give up and run away…. but some battles in life aren’t meant to be won and this is one of them.
“We’re here ma’am.”She heard the driver say and paid him before climbing out. She made her way inside and took the elevator up to the second floor, to think this is the place where she first saw Nicolas and who would have thought that they would end up here.
She found Alissa in her office looking stunning as always in a black two piece suit.
“Reina… This is a surprise. What brings you here?”
“Miss Williams good morning and I’m sorry for dropping in like this but I just came to give you this.”Reina took out the letter from her handbag and handed it to Alissa.
“What’s this?”Alissa asked taking the letter.
“I’m resigning.”Reina told her.
“What!”Alissa is shocked.”Why? Aren’t you happy here anymore.”
“No… it was a pleasure to work here and I’m grateful that you gave me a chance… but… but it’s time for me to move on. I’m thinking of opening up my own boutique it has been my dream since I was young. Besides I’m marrying the owner of this place it won’t look good for me or this company.”
“Mr Garcia gave power of authority to Miss Bella. You don’t have to go.”
“I have to. Thank you again for letting me work in your company.”
“We sad to lose you, people loved your designs but if that’s what you want then who am I to stop you. I wish you the best going forward.”
“Can we keep this between?”Reina asked.
“Of course. Good luck.”
They shook hands.”Goodbye Miss Cruise.”
Outside she hailed down a taxi and text Cathy to let her know that she’s on her way. Her phone rang and it was Nicolas.
“Hello…”She said.
“Where are you.”He demanded.
“I’m on my way to Cathy’s.”She replied.
“You heard what the doctor said, you need to take rest and that means stay off your feet, I’m coming to get you.”
“Nicolas… please.”
“Either you come home or I’m coming to fetch you and it won’t be pretty.”He warned.”Cathy can come to you.”
She sighed and said.”Fine. You win.”She told the driver where to go.
“Why did you leave without informing anyone.”She heard him ask.
“I’m a grown woman I don’t need to report when ever I’m leaving.”
“You being selfish.”He told her.”You not thinking about the baby, you’re not strong enough to do all this up and down. Or do you want to lose the baby deliberately so that you can be free from me.”
“Don’t…. don’t you dare Nicolas Garcia.”She said.”Don’t you dare try to make me feel guilty, this baby means everything to me. He’s the only reason why I’m not giving up, so don’t you dare.”
“You not going anywhere after Bella’s wedding letting you stay on your own won’t be a good idea. You need to be close to me where I can keep an eye on you and make sure that you follow the doctor’s orders, and don’t argue with me because I won’t listen to you.”
“You never listen to anyone. Can I hang up now I’m on my way.”
“See you shortly.”He said and she dropped the call. If only you knew she thought. She send Cathy another text and asked her if she’d like to come over instead within seconds her friend said she’s on her way.
Nico was waiting for her in the driveway when she arrived he was busy talking over the phone and from his attire it looks like he won’t be going to the office again.
“Thank you.”She told the driver and went inside he met her halfway and for a split second her vision blurred, she stopped immediately and looked for something to hold onto. She felt Nico’s arm as it came around her, holding her, supporting her and she knew she’s safe.
“Mi amor…. corazon. Can you see now why I am so worried with you not being next to me.”She held onto him, loving the security his arms provided.”Come on hold me.”She gladly obeyed and he picked her up and carried her inside.”You left without having breakfast.”
“I was going to eat at Cathy’s.”She said.
“It’s a good thing I was waiting for you outside. Just imagine what would’ve happened if I wasn’t there.”
“Then I guess I should thank you.”
“Yes you can by staying off your feet and only move until you’re strong enough.”
“I promise.”He carried her out to the patio and let her sit down on one of the soft cushioned chairs.
“Stay right here I’m going to go get you a glass of fruit juice.”
“Where can I run to, when you won’t let me out of your sight.”
He left and Bella came to join her.”Morning.”
“Good morning Bella. Are you ready for tomorrow?”
