RAPHAEL’S POINT OF VIEW
“Where the Fuck is he?!” This bunch of incompetent idiots! How the fuck did Diego escape?!
I have everyone lined up in front of me, everyone down to the chef and the butler, they are all so stupid! How could they let this happen! If I don’t get a reasonable answer in 0. 1 second every body’s would be spun out of their necks, it wouldn’t make any difference since they are brainless already! Brainless enough to let Diego escape!
There have to be a snitch, a betrayer, a two faced idiot amongst these fools because there is no way that Diego escaped all by himself, this place is heavily guarded, there are guard at every single point so someone must have help that spawn of mine.
“There is an enemy amongst us, the person who helped Diego escape can either come out now or be fished out.” I studied them one after the other, nobody came out, it’s alright then let the show begin.
I dragged the head of the domestic staff out first, she usually knows all the gossips I bet she knows about this one, I just have to make her willing to talk. I look her son Federico in his eyes he squirmed, such a pathetic weak excuse of a man, he reminds me a lot about Diego, when he was younger. His weakness always annoyed me so I had to make him stronger, I guess all those beating, all those training finally paid off because he got strong enough to even challenge his father. I have to say I am proud but him being ungrateful irks me, I made him the devil that he is and he has the audacity to betray me.
“So what do you know about Diego’s escape? Did you help him?” I asked with a knife to her neck. There is something about slitting a woman’s throat open, it is almost as satisfying as blowing up a man’s head with a gun.
Killing people, there is this release it gives me, it is incomparable.
“I…I don’t know anything about Diego’s escape sir” the head of the domestic staff, Juliana said, she has worked for my family for a very long time, she watched Diego and his brothers grow up, she practically raised them, she and Valentina’s mother practically raised the boys. It’s hard for me to believe she has nothing to do with Diego’s escape, she has a soft spot for the boy, always bailing him out of trouble, always pleading with me to not be so hard on him. Of course she helped him escape.
“Don’t play with me bitch!” I yelled, is she joking with me! I made a small slash on a small part of her neck, I avoided the jugular vein, I don’t want her dead now, she would be the key to getting Diego to come back to his cage, he likes to play hero, I have no doubt that he will come back to save his former nanny.
I watch the blood trickle down her neck, the rich mixture of red blood and white skin. This is art at its finest, I need to see more blood on her.
“Are you willing to be more compliant now? Will you tell me where Diego is right now?” I asked Juliana as I continued watching the blood.
“I don’t know master Raphael please don’t kill me.” She whimpered. The fact that she is willing to lay her life down for Diego made me furious. I drove the knife through her side in a way that she would not die.
She held on to her side crying.
“Where is he you bitch!” I asked now completely loosing my cool. I might just end up killing her.
“Mom stop covering up for Master Diego! It is going to get you killed!” Her spineless son Federico said. I looked from Juliana to her son, interesting so she does know about Diego’s escape.
“Federico shut up.” Juliana said to her son.
“No no no let the child speak, Federico speak.” I urged.
The spineless wimp swallowed a breath and then started talking. From him I learnt of Diego’s plan to gather his trusted subjects together, his plan to execute me at a party that would happen this night. I grinned, Diego is such a fool.
“You know what, I actually don’t like snitches.” I said to Federico and pulled out my gun, with a bullet to his head he died and his blood splattered on the nearby wall. Ahh art…
DIEGO POINT OF VIEW
They say life gives you lemons for you to make lemonade but sometimes life can be so kind and gracious, sometimes life can just hand you a glass of cold tasty lemonade. Desmond sandals, that scoundrel who had the audacity to take over my empire. He is my first target, He will be the first the feel my wrath, I am supposed to capture him today at the party that I have planned for all my enemies but life just decided to do me a favor.
I have been watching my mansion for sometime now, waiting for Desmond to come out of it unarmed with bodyguards and now he just did and because of this singular mistake his death is assured.
I walk at a safe distance behind that scoundrel Desmond, he has his EarPods on as he jogged. The road and sidewalks are completely diserted, it is the peak of the morning, still too early for anyone to be on the road, the perfect time to abduct a fully grown man.
He jogged up the mountain, into the woods, he stopped for a while pulled off his EarPods and looked around, I hid behind a big rock, confident that he is not being followed he continued jogging. I waited for him to get to the thicker part of the woods before swinging into action. I got to work when he stopped for a little water break.
“Don’t you dare move.” I said with my gun to his head.
“Diego?” That scoundrel Desmond said, he looked like he has seen a ghost. I guess I am a ghost to him now, I guess he thought I was dead but he forgot that it is impossible to kill the Devil, the devil controls Hades, the devil is Hades.
“He…Raphael assured me that you are dead.” He said again, his mouth opened in shock, his face looks pale and ghostly like he had just seen a ghost. I smiled to myself, what a fool.
“Well let’s just say I came back from the dead to haunt you, now walk.” I said. I already have a car waiting not too far away, the few of my guys that did not betray me are also in on my plan, helping me regain my empire. I will repay them all in due time and the betrayers? Let’s just say they will not be alive for long enough to tell the tale of their betrayal.
We walked down the hill, through the woods until we got to where the car was parked. Desmond walked into the car with my gun still aimed on his head.
“Master Diego, where are we going?” Anthony one of the guys who did not betray me asked. I relaxed on the seat of the car, a smile played on my face, I imagined the cries of my enemies. I finally feel relaxed.
“Let’s go home Anthony.” I replied. There is nothing like a sizzling hot revenge on a cold December morning…
