Arabella’s POV
Phoenix has finally woken up. At first, I could only feel her stirring in my head but now she’s fully awake and I can feel that enormous power flowing through me once more.
Am not really surprised though. Mom had said that the potion is not strong enough to keep her suppressed forever. Her powers are just too great to ignore and I can feel the change in my aura and smell.
I guess it’s high time I learn to control her. I never got to know anything about her because she was drugged a day after my first transformation. Now she’s awake and she’s stirring and making weird noises that I couldn’t understand.
I know that she’s trying to tell me something but I decided to ignore her and have fun with my best friend. But as I took off the last of my clothes and made my way to the stream, she increased her tone as she continued howling and screaming loudly in my head.
Hold on, is she screaming mate???
I thought I heard her screaming MATE as I took off my clothes to go for a swim in the stream. But how can that be possible??
Did Phoenix wake up with an amnesia??? Wait, do wolves also get to have amnesia??
He’ll, I don’t even know.
But something ain’t right. Phoenix is obviously still thinking that our Alphas son Richard is still our mate. I guess she’s been sleeping for too long and now she has forgotten everything that happened while we were still in the silver moon pack. I guess I’ll have to bring her up to date later.
But right now, I have to jump right into this stream for the very last time before I sell it off. Debby couldn’t stop giggling as she urged me to come into the stream
I was just about to dip my foot into the stream when I heard a very loud howl from behind me. It sounded like the roar of a mighty lion.
I tripped and fell right into the pool and I heard Debbie’s voice as she screamed in a terrified tone.
“Arrrrrrrrrr,”
I fell right into the stream that turned out to be deeper than it really looks and as I struggled to regain my bearing in the stream.
I could hear him howl again and I knew immediately that he was one of us. He must be an alpha because the aura emanating from him was strong enough to suppress the others that were standing around him.
This is such a nightmare!!!!
“How on earth did they find me??” I thought within me as I finally stood upright in the stream and gazed directly at the one guy whose aura surpassed the others.
Damn!!!
This guy is built like a fucking god.
He looked so cute. He is the most beautiful person I had the pleasure of seeing. He was so handsome that I had to force myself to close my mouth so I wouldn’t drool.
I couldn’t help checking him out, looking from his black curly hair was combed to the back, giving him a classy and charismatic look that tells you to keep off his path.
He is at least 6’5 and his muscles are huge and bulging, and they complement his perfect abs that are inviting me to run my hand’s through them.
His eyes, those caramel colored eyes that we’re just so beautiful and captivating. Once I looked into them, I got drowned and lost in its pools.
Time seems to stop as everything around us disappeared except the both of us. We just started at each other and we got lost in the moment.
I could feel the power in me as it began to build up. I was struggling do hard to keep Phoenix locked in. She is feeling so happy right now and I just don’t know why.
We were engaged in a staring contest and Phoenix was giving me the most happiest howl I’ve ever heard, suddenly, his caramel colored eyes changed to a deep blue, mirroring the color of my eyes.
I could not believe what I was seeing, neither could I explain what I was feeling.
I have goosebumps all over. I could feel my skin burning wherever his eyes touched. The heat from his burning gaze did amazing things to my body, making me shiver in want and desires.
I could also feel a certain heat between my legs that’s making me squeeze my legs together in a sorry attempt to control my desires.
My rational self was telling me to look away and get the hell out of this place but I just couldn’t take my eyes away from this Greek god that’s standing right in front of me.
Our staring contest came to an end when someone called his attention to his glowing eyes. He wasn’t too happy to be distracted and his anger was evident in his tone of voice when he responded to them.
I heaved a sigh of relief and I thanked the moon goddess for the distraction. Debbie has no idea what was going on right now. All she knows is that some intruders had just interrupted our fun afternoon. She had already stepped out of the stream and she was halfway through with wearing her clothes.
If only she knows that we are standing in the midst of werewolves who could either be the leaders of the rogues or the Alpha of a great pack. She would definitely freak out if she realized that they aren’t really humans.
Her initial fear when she heard him howl had disappeared. I guess she must think that what she had heard wasn’t real. Now shes out of the stream and she’s standing right by their side.
I couldn’t warn her about their presence without blowing my cover, so I simply came out of the stream and picked up my clothes that is lying in a heap on the floor.
I pulled up my jeans, struggling to get them up as usual. I know that his eyes are fixed on me. I checked him out when I was coming out from the stream too but I had to force my eyes away from that bundle of gorgeousness that’s standing right in front of me because Phoenix was messing with my head.
She’s putting dirty pictures in my head, making me imagine how wonderful it would be if I let him wipe these water droplets on my body with his lips. She set my whole body on fire with erotic pictures of the both of us that made me squirt with desire.
Good thing that my body was wet already, it would have been so embarrassing if anyone had seen how tuned on I was right now. I can’t let him know who I am.
“Stop putting those pictures in my head or I swear an going to get a stronger potion that would keep you suppressed forever.” I threatened Phoenix in anger when she wouldn’t stop putting those pictures in my head.
“I only want to help us Bells. He needs us and we need him too.”She said grumpily as she whispered sadly and lay down in submission, letting me take absolute control of my thoughts.
She backed down just in time for me to be able to gather my thoughts and keep a straight face because I could see him walking towards me with gentle strides.

He smells of fresh roses that have just been picked from a rose garden.

I fought the urge to inhale deeply and take him all in. He came close to me, too close for comfort and all the while he kept his eyes on me, making my stomach churn like a thousand butterflies were doing a summersault in my stomach and the beauty of it all is that all these churning and turning was making me wet between my legs.
It was a very different battle between my head and my heart because I really desire this cute guy that’s turning my head upside down but I just can’t let myself to be deceived because I could get killed if my secret is discovered.

Remember how dad was labeled a traitor and killed by the king.
Avoid everything that has to do with werewolves and Lycans.
Stay hidden and stay safe.
Run away from this cute handsome dude and avoid him for as long as you can, he’ll definitely leave someday and your life would return to normalcy.”
I was chanting these words in my head, repeating them over and over again, hoping that if I keep saying it, I’ll believe it.
Then he went ahead and touched my hand, taking hold of my hand as he stares into my eyes. I felt a jolt of electricity as an enormous power flowed through us. Phoenix was trying to connect with his wolf and that could be very risky because I don’t want him to know about my wolf otherwise the news will definitely spread quickly and the king would find out that the great white wolf truly exists.
I was trying so hard to hold Phoenix in so they don’t discover our powers, all of a sudden, he pulled me closer and muttered the words that I’ve always dreaded to hear. The same words that have caused me so much pain in the past,

He muttered with a smile as he looked deep into my eyes.
Immediately he said that word, every other thought, and desire fled out of my head and all I could see at that moment was Richard and Lisa having sex in front of me after beating the crap out of me. I also imagined how I feel when the king forced his son to reject my, right after killing my father.
NO!!!
I won’t be rejected again. I won’t let it happen a third time. I withdrew my hand from his immediately, taking my coat from him as I put it on before looking up at him with a straight face that’s void of every other emotion,
” I don’t know who you are or why you have come here, but I have to warn you, you are in a private property and I can have your pretty ass sued for encroaching into my property. Now get the fuck out of my land before I get you arrested.” I threatened in a very strict, no-nonsense, business-like tone that leaves no room for argument at all.

I can’t believe that I just said that I’ll sue his pretty ass. What the hell is wrong with me???
I saw the weird look he was giving me as he tried to understand what I mean by those words. I quickly beaconed Debbie over as we left their presence immediately.
I really don’t want to be in the woods while in the presence of an angry Alpha and some members of his pack. It’ll be so dangerous for Debbie and I and I really don’t want this stream to be tainted with blood.
