After the doctor finished speaking, Malcolm lifted Rosalind up from the ground.
“Now that he’s no longer at Central Union Hospital, can you come back with me?” he asked.
Rosalind stared blankly for a moment before speaking, her voice hollow, “Cedric… Yes! Cedric must know where he went! Malcolm, take me to W Group!”
“Like this? At least you go back to the hospital, clean up, and change your clothes!” She was soaked through, clothes clinging to her skin, stained with blood.
It was more than just a mess.
“I don’t have time! I need to be with Ulric! Malcolm, take me there now!” She forced herself to speak, her voice so hoarse that only her lips moved.
“No, you have to come back with me first!” Malcolm couldn’t let her go on like this any longer. It had been a whole night, even a healthy person’s body couldn’t take it.
