Chapter 1572: The Ten Super Warriors

Chris gripped the Dragon Slayer sword tightly as he led the Death Guards forward, cutting a swath through the enemy forces. The Death Guards, now armed with steel blades, mercilessly decapitated the Super Warriors with a single strike.
At the forefront were Chris and Lord Valerian, who fought like unstoppable war machines. Everywhere they went, the ground was littered with the bodies of countless Super Warriors. In just an hour, they had slain nearly ten thousand of them.
Yet, the number of Super Warriors surrounding them remained staggering-tens of thousands more surged in waves. Among them stood high-ranking Super Warriors, who were not only better armored but also faster and deadlier than their lesser counterparts.
Soon, the Death Guards began to sustain casualties. Chris and Lord Valerian struggled to bring down the high-ranking Super Warriors, each kill taking a toll on their strength.
Suddenly, an eerie sound filled the air.
“Woo… woo… woo…”
At the strange signal, the Super Warriors began to retreat. Chris and his companions, drenched in sweat and gasping for air, were left momentarily unchallenged. Lord Valerian, his hair plastered to his forehead, wiped his brow and asked, “Chris, what are they doing?”
Chris’s expression darkened. “Lord Valerian, this likely means something far more powerful is about to appear.”
Chris’s knowledge of the Super Warriors was extensive. He explained how they were divided into different levels: the lowest crawled like beasts, while the next tier walked upright like humans. The third level, such as the infamous Shura, was far more dangerous. Chris had once fought and slain Shura, a battle that had pushed him to his limits. After being turned into a Super Warrior, Shura’s strength, speed, and defense had increased exponentially.
Now, with so many Super Warriors concentrated in one place, Chris was certain something even more dangerous was about to emerge.
The retreating Super Warriors made way for a new group. From the shadows stepped a procession of figures cloaked in black robes, surrounded by heavily armed rebel soldiers.
Chris’s face fell. The black-robed men were unmistakably members of the Hall of Death. Among them were the Hall’s highest-ranking elites.
Then came a thunderous announcement: “Presenting His Highness!”
The rebel soldiers parted, revealing a man clad in a five-clawed golden dragon robe. It was none other than Prince Daniel Williams.
Daniel’s gaze settled on Chris as a cold smile spread across his face. “Chris, I knew you’d come. You never disappoint. Eight hundred thousand of my troops couldn’t defeat your five hundred thousand. Impressive.”
Chris’s eyes locked onto Daniel, his face grim. “Daniel Williams, as a prince of Amerosia, you dare to rebel? Under Master William’s orders, I’ve come to suppress your treachery. Surrender now, and perhaps Master William will spare your life for the sake of your shared blood.”
Before Daniel could reply, Stephen Rivers, who had previously escaped from the Hall of Death headquarters, stepped forward. He glared at Chris and snapped, “How dare you! Chris, bow before His Highness! This kingdom belongs to Prince Daniel. You’d be wise to submit now. Once we conquer Middleton, His Highness will reward you handsomely.”
Chris sneered. “Stephen Rivers, are you delusional? Submit to Daniel Williams-this traitor? Never. Enough talk. I’ve come to crush all of you today.”
“Y-you…” Stephen Rivers stammered, rendered speechless by Chris’s defiance.
Daniel Williams let out a cold chuckle. “Chris, I admit you’re strong. But do you think I’m so easily defeated? Today, I’ll show you my true power.”
Clapping his hands, Daniel signaled something. Chris tensed as a chilling sense of danger washed over him.
The silence was broken by deafening roars.
“Roar!”
“Roar!”
“Roar!”
From the shadows emerged ten towering figures. These were no ordinary Super Warriors. Each was clad in armor that seemed fused with their very flesh. Their eyes burned with a bloodthirsty glow, and their bodies exuded a dark, ominous aura. They looked like ancient Amerosian zombies, their faces covered in scales resembling those of fish.
Chris’s face paled. He had barely managed to kill one Shura in the past, and now ten stood before him.
Lord Valerian, studying the creatures, remarked, “Chris, these Super Warriors seem different. Their armor… it looks like it’s grown into their skin.”
The sense of menace radiating from the ten Super Warriors made Lord Valerian’s expression grow serious.
“These are no ordinary Super Warriors,” Chris said gravely. “Each one is as strong as someone at the Crescendence realm. Be careful when the fight begins.”
Lord Valerian snorted. “Just ten Super Warriors? They won’t stop me. I may no longer be Amerosia’s Primus, but I won’t allow these abominations to threaten my homeland.”
Chris nodded. The terrifying power of these creatures was evident, and if they were unleashed on Amerosia, the devastation would be unimaginable.
Daniel, smirking with satisfaction, said, “Chris, these ten Super Warriors are my masterpiece. Each one is as powerful as a Crescendence-level warrior.”
Chris glared at him. “Daniel Williams, you’ve committed unspeakable atrocities to create these monstrosities. Today, I’ll put an end to you and your evil.”
Daniel knew Chris’s strength but was confident in his creations. These ten Super Warriors were not only incredibly powerful but also nearly indestructible. Their armor made them impervious to most weapons, and they stood like iron fortresses, unyielding and unbreakable.
With a roar, the ten Super Warriors charged. Their speed was blinding, and in an instant, they surrounded Chris and Lord Valerian. The battle was about to begin.
