Home? I scoffed at that, looking at them like they had gone bollocks. “Your home is not mine.”
“It’s not ours, too,” Fred responded. “You are our home, Bella. Wherever you go is where we will go. We don’t care where that is. As long as you are with us. That’s all that matters.”
I wanted to sneer at them, to claim they didn’t know what they were saying, but before I could do that, yells from outside stopped me. It wasn’t a shout of pain, but anger.
“Fuck. They don’t seem to learn,” Fred mumbled under his breath as he turned to look at Blue, who nodded.
“Don’t worry, bunny. We will take care of them and return to your side,” Blue promised as they turned their backs to me.
I couldn’t say a word, not because I didn’t want to do that, but because I was too stunned when I saw wolves run into the room.
Yup. You freaking heard that right. Not kidding, though. Real wolves ran into the room, barring their teeth as they raced towards Blue and Fred.
It was a miracle I didn’t faint as I observed the scene. I slid to the ground and sat there, trying to regulate my breathing. I placed my right palm over my heart, as I watched the bloodiest fight in the history of man.
It was the most gruesome scene ever. I expelled everything in my stomach until there was nothing else for me to give out. I couldn’t stomach what was happening, but couldn’t tear my gaze away from them as I sought my lovers.
At first, I couldn’t locate them because of how fast they were. I only saw wolves falling to the ground, with either their heads or hearts missing. They seemed to be invincible as they went through the pack of wolves as if they were ants.
My heart thumped in my chest as I watched the fight. If you call it that. It seemed more like a slaughter when you look at it a certain way.
The only time I saw the brothers was after most of the wolves had gone down. I watched them as they stalked towards the remaining ones, looking as deadly as they did when I discovered they weren’t human.
“I can’t watch this,” I whispered as I lowered my face, so I could stare at the ground instead. I had to cover my ears to block the screams and howls from the wolves, but it wasn’t as futile as I expected it to be. I could still hear their howls as the men I once thought humans killed them all without breaking a sweat.
And after what felt like ages, when it was just a few minutes, the entire place went silent. There was no sound aside from my thumping heart.
“Is it over?” I whispered, so scared of what I would see. I knew undoubtedly what that would be. Carcasses of headless and heartless wolves littered the ground as blood seeped out, staining the floor.
“Bunny?”
I screamed so loudly, that it would have shattered glass if there were any close by. Gulping, I raised my head to look at Blue, who was now standing in the cage, with his claws dripping blood, and his bloody fangs extended.
I lost it then as I slumped to the ground, and gave up consciousness for the third time.

The next time I woke up, it was in the room I ran away from. I sat up with a start, wincing when I felt a sharp pain in my head. I placed my hand there as I got up from bed as slowly as I could. My legs felt weak, but I was able to walk towards the window, though I felt like I had the entire weight of the world on my back, or more like a tortoise trudging along with his shell.
I reached the window and tried to open it like I did when I ran away earlier that night. That was it, right? We are still on the same day, right?
“Fuck them,” I whispered when I realized the window was locked, with an iron bar put in place. They must have known how important it was to bar the window.
Gritting my teeth, I walked over to the door and tried the knob, but found it locked.
“Fuck!” I screamed, glaring at the door as I knocked on it.
What were they playing at now? Could they have planned to keep me locked here and away from others? Until they get tired of me enough to…..
No, no. It’s not good to jinx things like this.
I took a step back, still watching the door as I tried to think of how to escape. There was no way in hell I would remain here, not after discovering who they were.
Bloody vampires.
The last thing I wanted was to be a dish on their menu and to have them drink my blood as wine. I had watched enough vampire movies to know what would happen to me when they got tired of fucking my pussy. I know they would, eventually. When it gets all wide and saggy, they will dump me for another woman, and…
No.
I shook my head as I walked back to bed. Somehow, thinking of them with another woman made me so jealous. I couldn’t help the tightness I felt in my chest, and the need to stalk…
No, snap out of that, Bella. Those men are beasts!
I tried to tell myself, to get my mind out of wherever it was trying to go, but it didn’t fucking work!
Groaning, I plopped down on the bed just as the door opened. I sat up abruptly as my heart resumed from where it stopped beating. Gulping, I looked towards the door, at the men standing there with lopsided grins on their faces.
“You are awake,” Blue said as he stepped towards the bed, the grin on his face disappearing with each step he took.
“Don’t come close,” I whispered as I got up from the bed and stepped away from it. With my eyes on them, I walked back, trying to keep a distance between us. “Don’t fucking come closer,” I repeated, this time with my tone harder.
