“Received!” The group behind him responded in unison and quickly took to the sky.
In no time, twenty people formed a circle above the pit, and an extremely terrifying aura burst forth from them.
The twenty Returning Source Realm experts extended their hands forward simultaneously, and violent waves of air surged out, converging above the pit.
In the blink of an eye, a massive vortex of air appeared in mid-air, reaching up to the clouds, causing the void to churn.
The sky darkened, strong winds arose, and the entire void was filled with a suffocating pressure, as if doomsday had arrived.
After a while, a large mysterious mark appeared above the pit, surrounded by flickering lightning.
“Suppress!” Gideon Muir shouted.
As his voice fell, the massive mark whipped up a gust of wind and plunged into the pit, disappearing from sight in an instant.
Soon after, with the mark’s descent, the commotion underground gradually subsided and eventually fell silent.
Despite this, Gideon Muir and his group remained vigilant, hovering in mid-air with tense expressions, staring intently below.
After about fifteen minutes, seeing no movement below, they began to relax slightly.
“Let’s go down first!” Gideon Muir said after another observation.
As the twenty people descended to the ground, a deafening explosion echoed through the sky.
After the explosion, hundreds of large and small rocks mixed with black mist shot up from the pit, and the previously cracked ground collapsed like an earthquake, spreading rapidly in all directions.
In mid-air, Gideon Muir and his group were caught off guard and spat out blood before being thrown backward.
Except for Gideon Muir, the Grand Elder, and the Second Elder who managed to stay afloat after being thrown thousands of meters away, everyone else fell to the ground, their combat power significantly reduced!
Even Gideon Muir and the two elders were somewhat injured, their faces changing several times, with traces of blood at the corners of their mouths.
“Hahaha…” At this moment, a figure rose from the pit, laughing wildly.
As this figure appeared, the pressure in the void increased severalfold.
“Could he be Duskreaper?” Judge couldn’t help but say.
“Yes!” Charity’s face was equally grave.
“Is it really him?” Stout and others exclaimed simultaneously.
“Opal, Harleen, you two go into the Nine Dragons Cauldron first!” Billy frowned.
“Billy, it’s too dangerous for you to stay outside alone. Shouldn’t we go in together…” Ivy suggested.
“Don’t worry about me!” Billy interrupted her.
“Billy, be careful!” Harleen said before leading everyone into the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space quickly.
“Miss Charity, do you want to go in and take shelter?” Billy asked Charity.
“No need!” Charity shook her head and added, “Try it later. If it doesn’t work out, don’t linger. Leave immediately!”
With that, she flew towards Gideon Muir and his group. Billy put away the Nine Dragons Cauldron and followed her.
Meanwhile, the dozen or so people who had fallen to the ground gathered around Gideon Muir, all tense and solemn.
“Gideon Muir, have you thought about how you want to die?” Duskreaper asked coldly as he approached them.
“Duskreaper, you killed so many people ten thousand years ago. Your sins are unforgivable. Even after ten thousand years, you remain unrepentant…” Gideon Muir frowned deeply.
“Enough with your nonsense!” Duskreaper interrupted. “Do you have any last words? If not, I’ll send you on your way!”
“Duskreaper, your cruelty will not go unpunished by heaven…” an elder of the Muir family said.
Before he could finish speaking, Duskreaper’s eyes narrowed slightly, and the elder turned into a mist of blood.
Though he was a Returning Source Realm cultivator, he had been severely injured before and had no chance of resisting.
“Elder Riley!” The group cried out in pain.
“How dare he speak out of turn!” Duskreaper said coldly.
Then he looked at Gideon Muir again. “Since you have nothing to say, it’s time for you to go!”
“After killing you, I’ll find the one who sealed me back then and send him to the nether world to join your Muir family!”
As he spoke, his aura intensified. “You all attack together. I’m tired of dealing with you one by one!”
“Let’s fight him!” Another elder of the Muir family shouted and prepared to attack.
Like the previous elder, he turned into a mist of blood before he could finish his sentence.
“Elder Hong!” The group cried out again in pain.
“Enough! Since you won’t act, I will!” Duskreaper said coldly.
“How about I make a deal with you?” Billy said calmly as he looked at Duskreaper.
“Ignorant child!” Duskreaper glanced at Billy. “Do you think you’re qualified to negotiate with me?”
With that, his eyes narrowed again, and Billy was sent flying four or five thousand meters away, blood surging in his chest and blood trickling from his mouth.
“Mr. Billy!” Gideon Muir and Charity shouted simultaneously.
“I’m fine!” Billy wiped the blood from his mouth and walked back.
He was indeed unharmed!
Of course, he was unharmed because Duskreaper hadn’t used his full strength!
Otherwise, even with his abnormal resistance to attacks, he wouldn’t have survived given the vast difference in their power levels!
“Hmm?” Duskreaper looked at Billy in slight surprise. “A mere first-rank Prime Source Realm boy can withstand my attack? Your physical resistance is interesting.”
Without waiting for Billy’s response, he continued. “Because of that, I’ll give you a chance to speak. What deal do you want to make?”
“You let the Muir family go, and I’ll let you go. How about that?” Billy said calmly.
Cough! Cough! Cough!
A series of coughs echoed around them.
“Billy, do you know how to deal with him?” Purple Spirit’s voice sounded in Billy’s mind.
“No,” Billy replied.
“No?” Purple Spirit was stunned. “Then why…”
“I’m just trying to scare him first!” Billy continued.
Can he even be scared?
“Hahaha…” Meanwhile, Duskreaper laughed wildly again.
After a while, he finally stopped laughing and looked at Billy. “What did you just say? Say it again?”
“You only have one chance. You’d better cherish it; otherwise, you’ll really say goodbye to this universe!” Billy replied.
Before he finished speaking, he was sent flying again.
This time, he flew seven or eight thousand meters before stopping and spat out a mouthful of blood, his face pale.
Once again, Duskreaper hadn’t used his full strength! He probably wanted to see how much impact Billy’s body could withstand.
“Mr. Billy, are you okay?” Charity asked worriedly as she looked at Billy.
“I’m fine!” Billy adjusted his breathing slightly and walked back again.
“Interesting. Very interesting!” Duskreaper’s eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at Billy.
“I’m becoming more and more curious about you!”
