Early the next morning, Billy and his companions appeared at the main gate of Skyreach City.
“Skyreach City looks much larger than Whitecloud City and Blackrock City!” Stout remarked as they entered the city.
“Naturally!” Sanaa nodded. “Skyreach City is the foremost of the three core cities, with a scale and population that surpasses the other two by a significant margin.”
“Boss, do you want to try sensing Harleen’s presence?” Casey asked, looking at Billy.
“I’ll give it a try,” Billy nodded.
With that, an immensely powerful spiritual force emanated from his brow, sweeping outwards in all directions. Given his current level of spiritual power, he could cover half the city with ease.
“I can’t find her!” He frowned slightly after retracting his spiritual power.
“The one who erased their tracks likely also has the ability to block their biological signals,” Sanaa said. “Let’s search around first. If we find nothing, I’ll take you to see someone.”
“Alright,” Billy agreed.
The four of them continued walking forward. Over the next couple of hours, they almost covered the entire Skyreach City, but Billy still couldn’t sense any trace of Harleen.
Not only did he fail, but Purple Spirit also found nothing.
“Let’s go find someone who can help us,” Sanaa said, leading them towards the eastern part of the city.
However, they hadn’t walked far when an extremely terrifying pressure swept towards them. Soon, three figures appeared in their sight.
The leader was an old man in a green robe, gaunt with a goatee and an expressionless face. Behind him were an elderly man and woman, both equally stern-faced.
“Miss Sanaa, do you know them? Who are they?” Stout asked.
“Do you think I’m a deity who knows everyone?” Sanaa retorted.
As they spoke, the three approached. The old man in the lead scrutinized them before addressing Sanaa.
“You must be Miss Sanaa?”
“State your name,” Sanaa responded.
“Heaven Alliance Steward, Derick Greer,” the old man replied coldly.
“Heaven Alliance?” Sanaa’s eyes narrowed slightly. “Interesting!”
“Before we look for you, you bring yourself to us. So, what do you want?”
“Miss Sanaa, don’t you know why we’re here?” Derick Greer continued coldly. “Three of our members were killed by you. Don’t you think you owe us an explanation?”
“Miss Sanaa, did you kill someone named Liam Boyle?” Stout turned to Sanaa upon hearing this.
“Liam Boyle is dead?” Sanaa ignored Stout and addressed Derick Greer. “How can you be sure it was me?”
“Miss Sanaa, you’re a prominent figure. If you dare to kill, shouldn’t you dare to admit it?” Derick Greer replied. “Besides you, who else in this realm could kill Mr. Boyle? And who else would have the motive?”
“That’s true,” Sanaa’s eyes narrowed again.
“And you!” Derick Greer turned to Billy. “You killed two of our stewards in succession. You have quite the nerve!”
“Looking for revenge?” Billy glanced at him.
“What do you think?” Derick Greer replied. “No one has ever dared to openly kill members of the Heaven Alliance before…”
“What do you want?” Sanaa interrupted him.
“You have two choices,” Derick Greer said. “First, cripple your cultivation and come back with me to the Heaven Alliance for punishment. Second, I take you back myself!”
“Why don’t you reach for the sky?” Stout scoffed.
“If you say Liam Boyle was killed by Miss Sanaa, do you think you’re her match?” Casey asked.
“You should worry about your own life!” Derick Greer retorted before turning back to Sanaa. “Miss Sanaa, I admit I might not be your match alone. But if the three of us join forces, your chances are slim with your injuries.”
“Are we fighting here or somewhere else?” Sanaa asked.
“Miss Sanaa, must you be so stubborn…” Derick Greer frowned.
“Enough talk. If you’re going to fight, hurry up. I’m on a tight schedule,” Sanaa interrupted again.
“In that case, let’s see Miss Sanaa’s skills!” Derick Greer said, turning to his companions.
“Alright!” They nodded in unison.
“Follow me!” Sanaa said before taking to the air, followed closely by Derick Greer and his companions.
“Boss, will Miss Sanaa be alright?” Stout asked Billy.
“They’re far from being her match,” Billy replied.
Though he couldn’t gauge Derick Greer’s exact cultivation level, he estimated it to be around seventh-rank Returning Source Realm at most. The other two elders were similar to those from Whitecloud Manor, at sixth-rank Returning Source Realm.
With such strength, defeating Sanaa was a pipe dream!
Billy then led Casey and Stout into the air after them.
“Make your move!” In mid-air, Sanaa looked at Derick Greer and his companions. “I’ll give you one chance to go all out!”
“Alright!” Derick Greer wasted no time.
An overwhelming aura erupted from the three of them, filling the sky with intense pressure. In an instant, they vanished from sight. Derick Greer’s eyes narrowed as he formed a spatial cage around Sanaa, which began to contract rapidly, distorting space as it moved.
At the same time, the other two attacked from either side. The old man on the left summoned a bolt of lightning and struck towards Sanaa, tearing a thousand-meter rift in space.
The old woman on the right wielded a hundred-meter-long whip engulfed in blue flames, which she lashed towards Sanaa with a deafening roar, igniting the air and ripping space apart.
As they attacked simultaneously, the sky churned violently as if heralding an apocalypse.
“Is this your strongest move?” Sanaa’s voice reached their ears.
In the next moment, an immense aura exploded from her body, sending out shockwaves that obliterated Derick Greer’s spatial cage instantly.
Derick Greer spat out blood and was flung back several kilometers, his face pale and his breath erratic.
Sanaa vanished and reappeared beside the lightning-wielding elder, striking him with a powerful mark that shattered his lightning attack and sent him flying with a spray of blood. His soul emerged from his body mid-air as his physical form plummeted lifelessly.
With one strike, his body was destroyed!
Even his soul was severely damaged, flickering weakly in mid-air.
“Release Dark Puppet!” Sanaa shouted.
“Got it!” Billy responded loudly.
