THE ALPHA FOR ME (PART FOUR)

Book:Rejecting All My Alpha Stepbrother Mates Published:2024-11-1

“Oh, that’s Wendy Grimwolf. Dad’s new wife’s daughter. And she is an Omega, just like me. Can’t you see how beautiful and adorable she is?”
Kellan sighed, got up and walked out of the dining table and glanced at Gerhard. “Is our stupid father at home?!”
Stupid father?
I can’t believe he ignored me.
Gerhard thought for a second. “No! I don’t think so. I think he will come home tonight or tomorrow since his driver, his bodyguards, and his car are not outside. I haven’t seen him for the past two days now.”
“I bet he is wringing his tail around some chick out in the country.” Donovan spoke up and poured himself another glass.
Kellan laughed a little. “I bet in nine months, we should expect another alpha in our midst soon.” He added and strolled past me and walked up the staircase without a single word.
What was he talking about? Isn’t Aaron faithful to my mom or am I just overthinking it?
Or am I not understanding what is going on because I’m a child?
Why do most of them seem cold and lonely?
It is only Aiden and Gerhard that make this large and cold duplex lovely and lively.
The both of them make it feel like home.
And the rest of them act like they are prisoners locked in a cage instead of accepting this place as their home.
I don’t really understand what is going on, but I just wished for everyone to be happy.
And after that day, I couldn’t tell why I couldn’t sleep.
I don’t know why, but I just couldn’t sleep.
I kept tossing on my bed several times in the middle of the night and when I looked at my wristwatch on my nightstand beside me; it was 2am.
I still couldn’t go to sleep. I had to get up on my feet and go meet Lucy, so she can make me some warm milk.
Aiden told me milk makes someone fall asleep faster.
I walked down the little staircase before getting to the living room and then to the kitchen.
It was quiet and a little dark.
“Gerhard.” The stranger groaned. “I fucking love your tight hole.”
My eyes widened in shock as soon as I heard those words.
I tiptoed to the living room and saw Gerhard on top of Donovan with his legs hugging his waist while Donovan was sitting down on the couch with his loose black robe.
Gerhard was also in his white golden robe, pouncing himself on top of Donovan.
“Go faster, love.” Donovan commanded, and grabbed Gerhard’s butt cheeks and slammed into him.
“Ahhh!” Gerhard moaned out loud. “Donovan, you are filling me up.”
He grunted and sucked Gerhard’s neck. “I couldn’t hold it in anymore.” He said out loud. “You are just so damn sexy.”
“Donovan.” Gerhard cried out, with tears falling down his cheeks. “I’ve missed you so much. It was so lonely without you.”
“I’ve missed you too, baby.” They both kissed passionately, making loving sounds which filled up the living room.
I was in so much shock; I miss-stepped on the staircase and fell on my butt with a loud cry.
“Who is there?” Donovan questioned harshly, and I ran as fast as I could to my room and shut the door behind me.
It wasn’t up to ten seconds when the door to my room opened and Donovan was before me.
“You again?!”
“No, I was just…” I hastily stood away from him, ignoring my pounding heart. “I’m sorry. I didn’t know anyone was in the living room and…”
He took a few steps closer to me and leaned closer to my face.
He was mad at me. Those gray eyes were scaring the living daylight out of me.
“I don’t want to see you close to me again.”
He smelled of Gerhard’s scent.
He reeks so much of him.
“I’m warning you and I wouldn’t repeat my fucking self to you. If you spy on me while I make out again, I will dig out those eyes, cook them, and make you eat them.”
I felt nauseous at his words.
“You know how that feels, don’t you?’
I nodded. “I’m sorry.”
He grabbed my neck and added. “You better be sorry. Stay out of my path because the next time I see you around me, I will deal with you, little bitch.” He pushed me away from him and walked out of the room.
I didn’t know what else to say and felt relieved at his absence.
He was frightened to stare at, and then I caught glimpses of Gerhard’s shadow walking along with him.
Why was everyone this way?
It was on Saturday when I came out of my room to have breakfast after taking my bath with Jane, my personal maid, who helped me to put on my clothes properly and dressed my hair too.
I smiled, walking along the staircase for breakfast.
Mom and Aaron were also there too.
I didn’t want to sit close to my stepbrothers. They were all just steel-minded to get along with.
Or so I thought.
“Hi Wendy.” I glanced at Gerhard, who wore his dark brown shorts and his designed yellow shirt as he walked.
He seemed fresh from the shower.
“Hi Gerhard.” I feigned a smile and walked past him.
It feels awkward speaking to him.
“Can you come to my room at 6pm today?” He caught me by surprise when he popped up that question.
I stopped and looked back at him. “6pm?”
“I have something to talk to you about?!” He smiled and ran to the dining table, greeting everyone and acting like the innocent teenager everyone thought he was.
If I hadn’t seen what I saw yesterday, I would have thought he was an innocent teenager.
But what I saw him do with Donovan yesterday made me have mixed feelings for him for unknown reasons.
I felt disgusted and my thoughts wandered to what everyone’s secrets were.
I shouldn’t have seen what happened yesterday.
It was gross. Why would an Alpha do that to an Omega?
Doesn’t Gerhard’s stomach turn?
I arrived at the dining table, greeted everyone and sat down to eat my food.
Everyone was chatting between themselves, and the dining table was noisy.
I got down from my chair to go inform Jane about my orange juice she promised to make for me.
As soon as I got to the kitchen, no one was there.
I walked into the fridge to grab the jug of the orange juice Jane had made for me.
I closed the fridge and sighted Kellan standing in front of the counter with his hands crossed over his chest.
My heart sank for no reason and I shifted my gaze away from him and grabbed a glass cup from the cupboard.
I felt a little scared and wondered why he was at my back, staring at me.
Did I do something wrong?
“You sure get along with everyone around here.”
