THE ALPHA FOR ME (PART THREE)

“We all know Donovan is not gonna listen to you. He will rather remove your neck from your miserable shoulders like he always says he does to werewolves.” Zane chuckled. “Don’t forget, Aiden. Donovan is not Lykan.”
“Yeah, listen to Zane. He is fucking right.” Axel spreads out his arms in agreement.
Aiden sighed and looked over at me with a little smile. “I want you to be careful of him. He might be your stepbrother, doesn’t mean you have to-”
“What are you? Her father?” Zane mockingly laughed. “Why are you always protecting her? I don’t get it. Is her scent getting into you?!”
“What did you just say?!”
“Hey! Hey!” Axel came in between them and jogged them an inch away from each other. “You guys should fucking calm down. This is not the way.”
Zane scoffed. “Are you imitating Gerhard’s words?”
“Fuck you.” Axel showed him the middle finger.
“Guten Abend, alle zusammen.” A blonde short lad with short curly hairs and golden eyes walked into my room with a huge grin on his face.
He was wearing a white uniform with striped dark blue shorts.
Black shoes and white socks with a black designed backpack on him
Was he German or Italian by any chance, I thought?
The language sounds like what I was being taught at school.
It must be German and not Italian. Or was it Italian by any chance?
“Gerhard.” They all said in unison and turned to him with surprised looks on their faces.
“I’m back home, everyone. I’ve been searching everywhere for you guys until Tyson told me you were all here.”
“That was quick. I’m surprised your school term ended so soon.” Zane uttered under his breath.
“Huh!” He whined. “Don’t tell me you did not want me home. You are so mean.”
His voice was tiny, angelic and cute.
“I do want you back. Welcome home.” Axel hugged him happily, carried him and swung him like a kid around for a few seconds before letting him down.
Gerhard giggled and also rushed to Aiden with a hug. “I miss you so much.”
“I miss you too, kiddo. Welcome back.” He touched his head and patted it.
Gerhard’s gaze fell on me.
He left Aiden and ran to me with excitement. “You must be Wendy. You are an Omega, right?!”
I nodded, and he came over to me and kissed me on my cheeks.
His actions stunned me.
“Du bist wundervoll, Schwester.” He softly whispered.
I got confused about what he meant.
“Don’t take it too seriously. He’s saying you are lovely.” Axel translated with a grin.
I faced him with a nod. “Thank you.”
“Gern geschehen.” He stretched out his hand. “I’m Gerhard Grimwolf. It’s nice meeting you.”
“It’s nice meeting you, too. I’m Wendy Grimwolf.” I stretched out my hand too and shook him.
I sniffed his pheromones and my eyes widened as soon as the realization hit me.
“You are-”
“Yes, I’m an Omega.” He finished. “Just like you.” he laughed, and I quickly stood up and hugged him so tightly.
“I was so happy when I heard there was another Omega at home.”
His soft voice softened my heart.
Gerhard also wanted someone who looked like him too.
I didn’t know what to say to him.
He laughed as we both giggled to our heart’s content.
He was so sweet.
“Hey! It’s this a union or what?!” Zane questioned.
Axel replied to him. “They are excited because they are both Omegas.”
“I don’t understand. Is that supposed to be special or something?”
Aiden sighed. “You will never understand. She’s been feeling out of place lately. Seeing her fellow Omega brought a new sense of relief for her.”
“Oh, I see. They are acting like they’ve known each other for decades. Ridiculous.”
I burst out in tears, cried on his shoulder and wouldn’t leave him alone.
Seeing a male Omega as beautiful and feminine as him melted my heart.
And his scent was so relaxing and soothing to the mind.
I was not the only one here. He was like me and I felt safe.
I thought everyone was alphas. I didn’t know an Omega was among them and he was my stepbrother.
We pulled away from each other and Gerhard grabbed my hand, pulled me out of the bed with so much laughter on his face.
I didn’t know what was going on, but I loved the feeling of running with him.
It felt like I was a free bird and the happiest Omega in the world.
Gerhard made me happy. He was this cheerful teenager who put himself on top of the world and ignored any darkness poking at him.
For the next two weeks, Gerhard and I were inseparable.
Aiden was jealous of me not paying attention to him anymore because of Gerhard.
Yet, I assured him he was still my best friend.
Once I was back from school, Gerhard was the person I was going to see, and he accompanied me in every activity I did.
He played the violin and the piano. His songs were lovely and for the first time in my life, I felt like I had an elder brother beside me.
And he was six years older than me.
Gerhard became my best friend, and we went to so many places together.
One evening, we were back from the amusement park after our driver dropped us off.
We got into the duplex and I saw a new face sitting beside Donovan, who was sitting on the dining table with his legs on the chair and his elbows resting on his knees.
He wore a white designed shirt with his hair up in a ponytail.
His ripped blue jeans showed some of the tattoos on his legs.
While the other Alpha, which I could tell who he was from his pheromones, has short white hair below his ears, blue eyes as beautiful as the blue sea.
His pale lips, refined eyebrows and a jawline.
He looked clean, with no tattoos or piercings at all.
He wore a black turtleneck and blue jeans.
Both of them were barefoot.
As soon as Donovan’s gaze fell on me.
I recalled what he did with that alpha two weeks ago.
He climbed down from the dining table and poured himself a glass of champagne, and a maid was bringing more champagne bottles to the table.
“Ha! Alpha Kellan. You are back?!” Gerhard squealed with excitement and ran to him like a child, happy to see his mama coming back from work. “When did you come back?!”
“Just this morning.” He replied, and his voice was deep and calm.
“Oh! I’m so glad everyone is coming home.” Gerhard jumped up in excitement, and Kellan blankly looked over at me.
