3rd person’s POV
The atmosphere at the Bloodmoon Pack was tense, the death of their two warriors and with Kate recovering from the effect of the hemlock poison which had gotten into her bloodstream during the attack.
Dimitri had met Kate immobile just at the entrance of the Pack hall. They had all rushed down to the clinic without noticing Kate’s getting weak. He carried her immediately and went straight to the pack clinic, and Doctor Collins quick apply the cure, which is gotten from the Milk thistle plant.
If only the poison was detected earlier in the body of the warriors they wouldn’t have died.
The next few days have been used to create strategies on how to defend themselves from the threat that is looming around them.
The scout that was sent out haven’t find anything tangible on the rogues, they haven’t ascertain their location, it just felt as though they were invisible.
But they had find out about a werewolf hunter organization .
Dimitri stood at the edge of the his table, looking at the Map spread over the table, the detailed map of their Map showing all the entry points into their territory.
“I don’t want the young warriors to be stationed in the fore front of any patrol team,” Dimitri said. The guards at each of the four gate into the pack should be doubled from now on, the patrol team should be at each secret gates. The rogues can’t access this secret gates and the team that will be situated here should be more of the young warriors. And at the sight of any rogue group, they shouldn’t be attack head on, our strong warriors should take the secret passage and take them from the back.
I don’t want this information out of my office, we need to be careful with positioning of our securities we don’t know the next time the rogue might attack, and the attack might be stronger.
Dimitri had ensure the only people present in his office are only the key people that will take charge in battle.
“I suggest we also employ the use of Magic,” Sir Cedric said, I see that the rogues are using Magic and poison, in their attack.
Dimitri nodded and yes I will speak with Sorcerer Odette regarding that, he help us provide a protection from the Rogues that will help us keep them out until our men attack from behind, he said.
“About the shift scheduling,” Louis leaned forward to speak, I want to suggest the Guards that want to take over should be at the border thirty minute before they take over so that the Gates won’t be left unguarded.
Dimitri nodded in agreement, you all should take care of that immediately, he said facing the four head guards sitting across him
How about the Werewolf hunter organization, the scout had reported about, Sir Cedric asked.
“I have sent out a letter to the Werewolf Council regarding that,” Louis said. And they have contacted our Men in the Human world to find out more about the said hidden organization
Alright we should get to work then, Dimitri said.
Everyone stood up and head out of his office.
Dimitri and Louis head to the training yard, the training has become more intensive and the Herbs therapy Kate had suggested earlier is now being applied for all the warriors both the old and young warriors, with focus on boosting their strength.
Kate is also present at the training yard, Alongside her recovery, she has focus on training on battle skills with Lia.
Dimitri had refused at first but later yield after series of persuasion and also the fact that the rogues can attack anytime and he also need her to be able to defend herself very well.
He had personally noted out Kate’s weakness and had instructed Lia to focus more on those weaknesses.
Dimitri and Louis also join in, in the training of the young warriors.

Alpha Damien sits in his office along with him is Kayden, Orion, and the rest of his very loyal warriors, that he had carefully selected.
He had find away to keep all the pack elders out of the pack affairs by pretending he has accepted the decision of the Werewolf Council, while he plot secretly alongside his loyal Men.
Here is the detailed map of the Bloodmoon Pack, Alpha Damien said as he looked carefully at the Map spread on his table.
“How did you get this,” Kayden asked with his eye widened.
I had assured you, I have my ways, Alpha Damien replied with a smirk. I will be handling this over to the rogues, it will help them with the planning of the Bloodmoon Pack.
Kayden, stood up and moved slightly beside Alpha Damien, to get a better view as he scrutinizing the map. Kayden, unlike the others, was motivated by more than simply power; he had a personal grudge against Dimitri and the Bloodmoon Pack.
“We’re almost ready,” Damien said, shattering the stillness. His voice was firm, yet underlying it sat a desire for power. “Dimitri has no idea what we are planning. It will be too late for him to realize.”
Kayden nodded, a wicked smirk forming on the edges of his lips. “And hope he didn’t suspect our involvement in the attack?”
Damien shakes his head. “They are still misled by our silence, They believe that we have accepted the decision of the council on the Silverwood trees and thought the Werewolf Council warning not to challenge the Bloodmoon Pack as made us fall back. But they’ve forgotten who we are The Twilight Fang Pack has always flourished in the shadows, he said with a wicked grin.”
“It won’t be long before they realize the mistake they made.” Kayden said his jaw stiffened.
Damien laughed grimly. “And once they do, they will be helpless. Our strategy is already in action.”
Damien groped for the tiny black ledger on the table. Inside were information regarding Bloodmoon’s patrol routes, timetables, and defense structure.
I will be handling a copy of this to the rogue as well, it will help them to move quickly, attacking them where the Bloodmoon had least expected. And once Dimitri’s soldiers were depleted, the rogues would launch their full assault.
This strategy is perfect. It’s just a matter of time before the Bloodmoon Pack collapsed, and then bringing the Werewolf Council into disarray.
Damien gave himself a rare smile of joy. Victory was already in his grasp.
Kayden smiled wider. “And the rogues?” “What about them?”
Damien’s expression hardened. “Maksim and his rogues are important for this attacks. They will undermine Bloodmoon’s pack and cause turmoil. However, they are only temporary tools. Once Dimitri is defeated, we will deal with the rogues. “They cannot be trusted for long.”
Kayden’s eyes glowed with steely intent.
“The rogues will be moving into position soon,” Damien remarked, slapping the ledger close. We’ll advance on the Council after the Bloodmoon Pack has been properly weakened.”
“And what about Kate?” Kayden inquired, taking on a more intimate tone. “If we weaken Bloodmoon’s defenses, she could be caught in the crossfire.”
Damien looked at him, detecting the strain in Kayden’s inquiry. He’d been noticing Kayden’s interest in Kate, since they found out about how her wolf was suppressed.
“Since she had decided to take side with Dimitri, she denounced me her father and our pack, therefore she’s a member of the enemy now,” Damien said coldly.
Kayden’s eyes became darker, but he didn’t protest. He understood that this was broader than his love for Kate, bigger than anything personal. The future of their pack is on the line, and he couldn’t afford diversions.
Still, a part of him couldn’t stop thinking about Kate, she was his Fated Mate given by the Moon goddess but had refused to accept her due her weakness, a decision she had regretted as he now wants her back despite his marriage to Celine, Kate’s step sister. Even now, as he stood by Damien, plotting the Bloodmoon Pack’s demise, a little part of him wished for her return. But he brushed the thought aside. There was no place for weakness right now.

Maksim and his second in command Zane are meeting with the werewolf hunters, he had requested for the meeting.
The Organization has sent 3 representatives to attend the meeting.
The room went silent as Maksim alongside his second in command, Zane and three Men.
You kept us waiting, Max, one of the hunters representative said. But he got no response
Maksim, Zane and his Three men silently, without even greeting the representatives of the organization stared coldly at them .
“I want to change the conditions of the agreement,” Maksim said with a cold voice.
” The representatives of the organization exchange gaze, you don’t get to make or change any demands, ” Lewis another representatives said.
Maksim gave a wicked grin, if you know what is good for you, it’s better you listen to my demands if you want this fight to go on, he said.
“Oh did you think it’s my brother you are dealing with,” Maksim continues, if only he had listen to me, he wouldn’t have died, so if you want to get what you need, it’s better you hear me out.
The representatives moved closer together and have a quick discussion.
“Okay, let’s here those demands,” Curtis another representative said.
” Good, ” Maksim remarked. Firstly, since all you need is the Silverwood Trees, once we seize the Ancient Forest, we will not be handling it over to you, we will be the one in charge of it and we will trade it with you.
That will not be possible, Max barked,
“Watch it mortal,” Maksim growled, I will not allow you disrespect me, you need to understand now that you are no longer dealing with Zues.
“It was him you ordered around and made him do your biddings as you want,” Maksim said, but I will not be doing that. Oh do you think without your resources we won’t go on with our battle, we will.
And guess what, I have your details and I have made sure if anything happen to me or any of my Men, all your information will be sent to the Werewolf Council, and you know what that means.
The three representatives of the hunters readjusted in their sit, they are smart enough not to go against Maksim and his men, even though they are Werewolf hunters, they can’t stand a chance to launch an attack or challenges group of crazy werewolves especially when they are outnumbered.
“Fine let hear all your demands,” Max said we will take note of it and let you know the decisions of the organization later on.
It’s better you take note of it and channel it to the organisation from here, none of you all will leave this room without we reaching a final decision.
The three Men that came with Maksim stood up and stand behind each of the representatives.
“I think we are settled, so let’s continue,” Maksim said.
The Second demand, After the battle and I took over, no werewolf hunter will be allowed in the Werewolf Kingdom. And the affairs of the Werewolf Kingdom isn’t any of your concern.
The Third demand is that, we want a written agreement that if we’re trading the Silverwood Trees to you, it will not be used to construct any weapon against the Werewolf. It will be strictly for other use, he landed.
So let the organization know immediately that these are our demands and if they are not willing to accept it, then that means we will not be working together and they should also know that I have every details about each and every of your locations including your families, you go against my demands you all will be wiped out.
Maksim, being an intelligent one had thought this through, that even though he took over, and hand over the Ancient Forest to the Werewolf hunters, they would not stop and would want more. He doesn’t care about the entire Werewolf safety but he only cares about himself as he knows if he didn’t restrict the hunters, they come for him and his loyal Men.
After what seem like for ever, the organization agreed on the demands, Maksim and his men head back to the forest.
“You’ve real thought this through,” Zane said.
Maksim responded with a nod and gave a wicked grin.
