“Let’s see if your Heaven Alliance has the strength!” Jennifer glanced at the other party.
“You will see!” replied the man named Brian Olsen. “But today, I’m not here for you. I’m here for him!” He pointed at Billy.
“You want the Nine Dragons Cauldron?” Billy asked calmly.
“I’ll give you a chance to join the Heaven Alliance. Would you consider it?” Brian Olsen continued. “If you agree, I can secure a deacon position for you.”
“Joining the Heaven Alliance isn’t out of the question, but a deacon’s position isn’t enough,” Billy replied.
“What position do you want?” Brian Olsen inquired.
“If you are willing to give me the position of leader of the Heaven Alliance, I might consider it. How about that?” Billy countered.
Everyone was speechless.
“Do you know the consequences of opposing the Heaven Alliance?” Brian Olsen frowned.
“I don’t want to kill you; you’d better leave now, or you might not make it back to the seventh-rank star domain,” Jennifer interrupted him.
“Arrogant!” Brian Olsen responded coldly. “Fine, I also want to see how much strength the Demonic Clan has left after ten thousand years!”
“If you want to fight, come at you!” Philip Clarke, the third elder of the Demonic Clan, stepped forward.
“Alright!” Brian Olsen glanced at Philip Clarke. “Follow me!”
The two of them flew several kilometers away. Without much talk, they began their battle.
In the next moment, loud explosions echoed through the sky, and the void trembled.
Centered around them, the void continuously collapsed, revealing black holes of various sizes from which dark matter emerged.
Even though Billy and his group were several kilometers away, they could still feel powerful waves of energy hitting them.
Such a spectacle was breathtaking!
After twenty or thirty rounds of combat, a more violent explosion reached Billy and his group, deafening them.
At the same time, two figures flew out like leaves, leaving trails of blood in the air.
Both flew back three or four kilometers before stopping in mid-air, neither making another move.
Soon, Jennifer led Billy and the others to Philip Clarke’s side, while Neil Armstrong and several members of the Heaven Alliance went to Brian Olsen’s side.
“Elder Philip, how are you?” Jennifer asked Philip Clarke.
“I’m fine!” Philip Clarke wiped the blood from his mouth and shook his head.
From his aura, it was clear he had some injuries but nothing serious.
On the other hand, Brian Olsen’s condition was noticeably worse. His aura was chaotic, blood kept flowing from his mouth, and his face was pale.
“I underestimated you!” Brian Olsen said after taking a moment to catch his breath, looking at Philip Clarke.
“If you want to take down the Demonic Clan, only you won’t do. Go back and bring more people,” Philip Clarke replied.
“We’ll meet again soon!” Brian Olsen took a deep breath and looked at Neil Armstrong. “Let’s go!”
With that, he turned and flew away, followed by Neil Armstrong and the others.
“Deacon Olsen, how are you?” Neil Armstrong asked after they had flown several kilometers away.
Before he could finish speaking, Brian Olsen spat out a mouthful of blood, and his aura quickly weakened.
It was clear he had been holding on with sheer willpower!
“Deacon Olsen!” Neil Armstrong hurriedly supported him.
“Send a message to the steward to reassess the strength of the Demonic Clan,” Brian Olsen said after taking a deep breath. “He held back just now; otherwise, I’d be dead.”
“Understood!” Neil Armstrong nodded.
“Also, spread the word in the seventh-rank star domain that Billy is in The Wilderness and is only at the Supreme Ancestry Realm level without any strong protectors,” Brian Olsen continued.
“Alright!” Neil Armstrong nodded again. “But I’ve heard that a woman named Sanaa is guarding The Wilderness Entrance. It might be difficult for people from the seventh-rank star domain to enter The Wilderness.”
“No problem. Just spread the word. Someone will deal with that woman,” Brian Olsen replied.
“Okay!” Neil Armstrong nodded again. “By the way, should we go to Desert City? The matter with the Harmon family hasn’t been resolved yet; we can’t report back to the steward.”
“We’ll go in a couple of days,” Brian Olsen thought for a moment before replying. “Let’s deal with the Demonic Clan first; the Harmon family isn’t going anywhere.”
“Alright!” Neil Armstrong agreed.
In the following days, Billy and his group stayed with the Demonic Clan, fully focused on practicing Skybinder and The Shadow Codex.
Skybinder was truly powerful and amazing as a secret technique of the Demonic Clan. Even though Billy and his group were just beginners, they could already feel its might.
Skybinder was similar to a ‘domain,’ like blade domain and sword domain. Once Skybinder was activated, within its range, the user was in control.
However, unlike blade domain and sword domain which only suppressed an opponent’s level, Skybinder could also disrupt their mind and slow their reactions.
If perfected to Great Perfection Realm, it could cause hallucinations or even drive opponents into madness.
According to Jennifer, if perfected to its peak state, Skybinder could control an opponent’s actions and words at will!
That was terrifying!
If achieved, it meant turning opponents into puppets to fight for you!
As for The Shadow Codex, it was mainly used to enhance defensive abilities, so Azure Dragon and Azure Fang were practicing it.
After being baptized by The Demon Pool, Billy and his group didn’t need to practice The Shadow Codex for now.
After seven or eight days under Travis Clarke’s guidance, they had reached a minor achievement in Skybinder. The rest would depend on their own efforts.
Azure Dragon and Azure Fang also reached a minor achievement in The Shadow Codex, significantly improving their defensive abilities.
“Someone else is coming!”
One day, while they were practicing in the manor’s open space, Judge looked up at the sky and said.
Everyone looked up to see a group flying towards them from a distance. Leading them was a man in black robes.
The group arrived above the manor. The black-robed man spoke loudly: “Isai Callahan from the Nether Clan requests an audience!”
“The Nether Clan?” Billy and his group were slightly surprised upon hearing this.
“Let’s go see!” Billy said as he led them into the air.
“I am Isai Callahan from the Nether Clan. May I ask your name?” Isai Callahan asked Billy with a bow.
“What do you want?” Billy asked directly.
“I heard that the Demonic Clan has broken its seal and re-emerged. Our clan leader sent me to offer congratulations!” Isai Callahan replied.
“That’s all? If so, you can leave now. We appreciate your gesture but won’t see you off,” Billy said dismissively.
Isai Callahan and his group were speechless.
“Additionally, our Nether Clan has an important matter to discuss with the Demonic Clan. Who is in charge here?” Isai Callahan continued after a pause.
“If it’s important, just say it,” Billy replied curtly.
“This matter is significant. Please call out your leader for a discussion,” Isai Callahan insisted.
“If you don’t want to say it now, forget it,” Billy waved dismissively again. “We won’t see you off!”
With that, he turned as if to leave.
“Please wait!” Isai Callahan called out loudly. “I am here on behalf of our clan leader to discuss an alliance…”
“Elder Isai!” At this moment, a gray-robed elderly man approached Isai Callahan and whispered something to him.
“Hmm?” After listening to him, Isai Callahan frowned and looked at Billy. “Are you Billy?”
“Finally recognized me?” Stout smirked.
“You have no idea who you’re messing with! How dare you mock Elder Isai! You’re courting death!” A ninth-rank Supreme Ancestry Realm man from their group attacked Billy.
“Idiot!” Stout responded as he threw a punch.
