After a loud crash, the man was thrown seven or eight hundred meters away, spitting out a mouthful of blood.
Stout steadied himself after a slight wobble, showing no injuries other than a slightly irregular breath.
In the blink of an eye, he disappeared from his spot and launched another full-strength punch.
“Get out of the way, you can’t handle it!” the gray-robed elderly man shouted.
As he spoke, he raised his hand and unleashed a massive phantom palm that whipped up a fierce wind.
“Courting death!” Casey said coldly, flipping his wrist as the Nether Flame Spear collided with the phantom palm.
The phantom palm shattered instantly, and the force of the Nether Flame Spear continued unabated, slamming heavily into the gray-robed elderly man.
The elder, with second-rank Prime Source Realm cultivation, barely managed to block Casey’s spear. He was thrown a thousand meters away, spitting blood, his face pale.
At the same time, Stout’s punch sent the man flying, and he fell from mid-air in a free fall, barely alive.
“Bastard!” Isai Callahan roared in anger.
A powerful aura erupted from him, revealing his sixth-rank Prime Source Realm cultivation.
“If you dare to make a move, you will die!” Billy said calmly, looking at him.
“Foolish and fearless!” Isai Callahan sneered at Billy. “You’ve killed so many of my nether clan members. Today, I’ll take your head back to honor their spirits…”
“I advise you to listen to him; otherwise, you might not make it back to Wilderness City today!” Jennifer’s voice rang out as she arrived with Travis Clarke.
“Who are you?” Isai Callahan’s pupils contracted slightly as he looked at Jennifer and Travis. He couldn’t sense their martial aura!
“Your clan leader sent you here to form an alliance with the Demonic Clan, right?” Jennifer asked again.
“Are you the current leader of the Demonic Clan?” Isai Callahan hesitated before asking.
“Go back and tell your clan leader that our paths are different. The Demonic Clan and your nether clan are not the same kind of people. Forget about the alliance!” Jennifer responded.
“You should know that The Wilderness is no longer suitable for living. In less than a hundred years, this place will become a dead land!” Isai Callahan said.
“If the Demonic Clan wants to continue, they must leave The Wilderness and find another place. But I believe the Heaven Alliance won’t let you have your way easily…”
“Leave before I lose my temper!” Jennifer interrupted him.
“Are you really planning…” Isai Callahan frowned slightly.
“Get lost!” Jennifer said coldly.
“What attitude is this? Our nether clan is helping you. You better not be ungrateful…” an elder from the nether clan said coldly.
Before he could finish speaking, he was sent flying three or four thousand meters away and fell from mid-air, lifeless.
The one who struck was Travis Clarke!
“You…” Isai Callahan began angrily.
But he stopped after just one word because a pitch-black spear was already pointed at him from ten meters away.
He felt a strong sense of death enveloping him. He believed that if he continued to provoke them, the spear would pierce his throat.
“Farewell!” Isai Callahan took a deep breath and turned to leave, followed quickly by the others.
After walking about a kilometer, Isai Callahan seemed to remember something and turned to look at Billy. “Kid, we’ll meet in Desert City!”
With that, he quickly flew away.
“What does he mean?” Azure Dragon asked as he watched them leave.
“Boss, could something have happened in Desert City?” Casey pondered and looked at Billy.
“Possibly…” Billy had just uttered one word when his sound transmission stone activated.
He took out the sound transmission stone and covered it with spiritual power. His brows furrowed immediately.
“Boss, what’s wrong?” Casey asked again.
“The head of the Harmon family sent a message. The nether clan has gone to Desert City!” Billy responded after putting away the sound transmission stone.
“What are they doing in Desert City?” Judge was puzzled. “We’re not in Desert City…”
He stopped mid-sentence and looked at Billy. “Boss, are they targeting the Harmon family?”
“Yes!” Billy nodded.
It was clear that the nether clan intended to attack the Harmon family!
After speaking, Billy looked at Jennifer. “Ma’ma, I need to get back to Desert City as quickly as possible. Is there a teleportation channel nearby?”
Although he wasn’t one to meddle, knowing that the Harmon family was in danger and had asked for his help, he couldn’t just sit idly by.
“I’ll take you there!” Caleb Clarke arrived just then.
Having spent many years in The Wilderness, Caleb Clarke was more familiar with it than Jennifer.
“Thank you, sir!” Billy bowed.
“I’ll go with you!” Jennifer said to Billy.
“Thank you for your kindness, but you should stay here. There are still many things to handle in the Demonic Clan!” Billy replied. “If I need help, I’ll contact you.”
“Alright then, be careful!” Jennifer nodded.
The Demonic Clan had just re-emerged, and she indeed had many things to deal with. She couldn’t leave easily.
More importantly, she believed that with Billy’s current strength, even the nether clan leader might not be his match. There shouldn’t be much danger.
Two minutes later, after Casey and the others entered the Nine Dragons Cauldron, Billy followed Caleb Clarke and flew away quickly.
The teleportation channel was located outside a city ten thousand miles away from the Demonic Clan. With their speed, they reached it in less than two quarters of an hour.
Billy greeted Caleb Clarke before entering the teleportation channel.
In Desert City, within the City Lord’s Mansion courtyard, the nether clan had taken control!
In the courtyard square, nether clan leader Aarav Callahan sat on an intricately carved chair with others standing behind him.
Bradyn Harmon and Trent Harmon lay on the ground with other members of the Harmon family. More than half were motionless; the rest were severely injured.
“If I’m not mistaken, you’ve contacted Billy?” Aarav Callahan asked Bradyn Harmon calmly.
“I’ll say it again; we don’t have the Heaven Book nor know where it is…” Bradyn Harmon wiped blood from his mouth and replied.
“If your nether clan wants the Heaven Book, go to the seventh-rank star domain and find Kash Harmon…”
“It seems you do have a death wish!” Aarav Callahan continued.
“Kash Harmon publicly announced that you stole the Heaven Book. Are you saying he’s framing you?”
“I’m not underestimating you, but someone like Kash Harmon could deal with you with just a thought. Why would he need to use someone else?”
“Have you considered why he hasn’t come to The Wilderness if he’s sure we stole it?” Bradyn Harmon responded.
“Are you ignorant or pretending?” Aarav Callahan replied coldly.
“The Heaven Alliance has long decreed that no force may enter The Wilderness without their permission!”
“Kash Harmon is strong but won’t clash directly with the Heaven Alliance unless absolutely necessary!”
“Moreover, he already has the contents of the Heaven Book in his mind. There’s no need for him to come to The Wilderness to retrieve it!”
“You really…” Bradyn Harmon began again.
“Enough! I’ll give you one last chance!” Aarav Callahan interrupted him.
“Hand over the Heaven Book before Billy returns, and I’ll spare your family. Otherwise, after today, there will be no more Harmon family in The Wilderness!”
“Even if you kill us all, I can’t give you what I don’t have…” Bradyn Harmon took a deep breath and replied.
“You don’t know what’s good for you!” Aarav Callahan’s tone darkened as he pointed at Trent Harmon, who was half-conscious.
“Give him a quick end!”
