Chapter 2198: Netherworld Clan

Before long, a group of about twenty people descended from the sky and landed not far from the crowd.
Leading them was a middle-aged man with a scar on his face. His already unfriendly appearance was made even more menacing by the scar.
The people following him also had unfriendly faces, their auras fierce, and the air around them filled with a strong sense of killing intent.
“What’s the matter?” Casey asked, looking at the scarred man in the lead.
“Are you outsiders?” the scarred man asked, looking at Casey.
“You guessed right!” Casey nodded.
“Hand over everyone’s storage rings, and you can live!” the scarred man continued.
“What if we don’t?” Casey retorted.
“Then you die!” the scarred man replied.
Before he finished speaking, Azure Fang had already made his move, a blade light flashing past.
“Reckless!” an elderly man from the other side, who was at the seventh rank of the Entering Ancestry Realm, said coldly, raising his hand to send out a mark.
With a loud bang, Azure Fang was sent flying a hundred meters away.
The elderly man took ten steps back before making another move, his hands continuously surging, forming a wave of energy that surged out.
At the same time, Ivy made her move, a sword aura breaking through like bamboo.
After tearing through the opponent’s attack, she flashed past him, and the elder’s body was split in two, collapsing to the ground.
“You actually killed him? You’re courting death!” the scarred man roared in anger. “Attack, kill them all!”
As his words fell, everyone except the scarred man moved simultaneously.
Among these people, the strongest was an elder at the same level as the scarred man, eighth-rank Holy Ancestry Realm.
As they launched their attack, The Scholar and Annalise stepped forward to meet them, while Tommy charged at the scarred man.
In the next moment, blood mist filled the scene.
These people stood no chance against true Supreme Ancestry Realm experts. Even the eighth-rank Holy Ancestry Realm elder was turned into blood mist.
Meanwhile, Tommy’s palm wind sent the scarred man flying hundreds of meters into the air before he crashed to the ground, completely defeated.
He wasn’t killed outright because Tommy intentionally spared his life.
“How about now? Still want our storage rings?” Billy asked calmly as he led the group to the scarred man’s side.
Stout was already busy collecting storage rings from the fallen. Though they were turned into blood mist, their storage rings remained intact, and Stout wouldn’t miss them.
“Spit!” The scarred man spat out blood. “You have guts to kill someone from Netherworld Palace. I promise you won’t live past today!”
“Netherworld Palace? What’s that?” Judge asked.
“Ignorant fool! Netherworld Palace is…” The scarred man stopped halfway and looked at Judge. “Mock me again, and you’ll die miserably!”
“Do you still not understand your situation? Do you think you have a chance to live?” Judge shrugged.
“Ignorant and fearless. If you had killed me earlier, it might have been over. Now, try it!” the scarred man responded.
“Then let’s try…” Judge replied.
“Watch out!” Tommy shouted suddenly.
As he spoke, an extremely terrifying wave of energy mixed with thunder surged from the void not far away, its momentum like a rainbow.
At the same time, The Scholar made his move, forming seals with his hands to meet the attack.
A deafening explosion followed, causing the void at the center of the blast to collapse. The powerful energy wave leveled everything within a kilometer radius. Billy and the others couldn’t help but retreat several hundred meters.
An elder’s figure appeared on the ground not far away. His features were ordinary, but his aura was formidable.
To withstand a direct clash with The Scholar, his cultivation level was evident-definitely a genuine Supreme Ancestry Realm expert.
This Silent Ruins Sky Realm was truly terrifying. First, they encountered a giant beast; now, any random person they met was at Supreme Ancestry Realm strength!
“Greetings, Lord Zac!” The scarred man struggled to get up and walked over.
“Go heal yourself!” the elder said sternly.
“Thank you, Lord Zac!” The scarred man responded before turning to leave.
“Are you outsiders?” The elder looked at The Scholar. “I’m surprised. There are Supreme Ancestry Realm people in your world. Not bad!”
“Are you here for revenge or to make way?” The Scholar replied.
“You killed people from Netherworld Palace. Your lives no longer belong to you!” As he spoke, a powerful spiritual force swept over Billy and his group.
The next moment, his eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at Billy. “I didn’t expect Nine Dragons Cauldron to be with you!”
“Want it?” Billy asked calmly.
“Hand over Nine Dragons Cauldron and Skystone, and I’ll let you leave alive!” The elder replied.
“What if we don’t?” Billy retorted.
“Then you die!” The elder’s eyes narrowed as his aura exploded instantly.
He flipped his hand, and a pitch-black spear appeared. With a shake, it unleashed an extremely sharp black aura to kill.
“I’ll take you on!” Annalise said coldly as a sword aura surged out.
After a loud clash, both figures flew back a thousand meters, evenly matched.
Almost simultaneously with their moves, The Scholar had already acted, disappearing from his spot instantly.
As soon as the elder stabilized himself, The Scholar’s blade light slashed down.
The elder frowned tightly. Unable to dodge in time, he raised his hand to block it.
The blade light fell, severing an arm that flew into the air with blood spraying out.
“Ugh…” The elder grunted and quickly retreated thousands of meters away in an instant.
A voice echoed from mid-air: “We’ll meet again soon!”
“Quick runner!” The Scholar remarked before returning to the group.
“Let’s go check ahead!” Billy said as he led them forward again.
In the following journey, they didn’t encounter any more human attacks but faced several waves of fierce beasts. The strongest one was comparable to ninth-rank Holy Ancestry Realm.
Though their attacks posed no threat to them, their physical resistance was on par with Supreme Ancestry Realm. It took both The Scholar and Annalise working together to finally slay it.
Throughout this journey, Stout was naturally the happiest. He collected beast cores until his hands cramped up, all high-level ones at that.
Especially those beasts comparable to late-stage Holy Ancestry Realm; their beast cores contained energy no less than that of the green talisman in Nine Dragons Cauldron Space.
Such beasts were rare in the outside world.
One day, just after they had slain a beast, an earth-shattering roar echoed through the void.
Then came heavy footsteps that made the ground tremble. Soon after, a giant beast descended like a small mountain from the sky, shaking the earth as it landed several hundred meters ahead of them.
It was the same giant beast from a month ago!
