When he spoke, everyone present, except those who already knew his identity, looked over with astonished expressions.
“Surprised?” Billy asked.
Blake Black laughed loudly. “I never expected to find you in Phoenix City!”
Then he changed his tone. “Hand over the Nine Dragons Cauldron willingly, and I might spare your life!”
“Are you sure you want the Nine Dragons Cauldron?” Billy asked calmly.
“Of course!” Blake Black responded sternly. “My patience is limited. Decide quickly-will you hand it over, or shall I take it by force?”
“The Nine Dragons Cauldron is ranked first among the Ten Sacred Objects. Don’t you want it?” Billy asked The Bookish Beastmaster.
The Bookish Beastmaster sneered coldly. “Your petty tricks are too low-level. The Nine Dragons Cauldron is powerful, but it doesn’t interest me. I’m more intrigued by your physique and bloodline.”
“Impressive, you noticed my boss’s unique physique and bloodline?” White Tiger interjected.
Ignoring White Tiger, The Bookish Beastmaster turned to Blake Black. “Deputy City Lord, shall we proceed? You take the Nine Dragons Cauldron; I want him!”
“Alright!” Blake Black then looked at Isabell. “Lord Isabell, your people in Phoenix City better not interfere, or I’ll raze the city!”
“Mr. Billy is a guest of Phoenix City. If you want to harm him, you’ll have to get through me first!” Isabell retorted.
“In that case, don’t blame me!” Blake Black turned to The Bookish Beastmaster. “Senior, please!”
“Alright!” The Bookish Beastmaster responded, unleashing a powerful spiritual force towards the thousands of flying beasts.
In the next moment, the flying beasts began to grow restless, their eyes flashing with ferocity as the pressure in the air continued to rise.
“Blake Black, you…” Isabell’s face changed dramatically, and others from Phoenix City also looked grave.
Everyone knew that today’s battle would be a matter of life and death.
“Don’t you want the Nine Dragons Cauldron?” Billy shouted. “Take it then!”
As he finished speaking, a ball of white light emerged from his body and hovered above everyone’s heads.
In a few blinks of an eye, the white light dissipated, revealing the Nine Dragons Cauldron.
Everyone gasped in amazement.
They finally saw the legendary top-ranked Sacred Object, the Nine Dragons Cauldron!
Even some from Phoenix City showed a hint of fervor in their eyes.
For most people, their first thought upon seeing such a treasure is to claim it for themselves, only then considering if they have the capability to do so.
“Can the boss now activate the Nine Dragons Cauldron?” Judge couldn’t help but ask.
“The last time, that man in white mentioned that once the boss breaks through to the Perfection Emptiness Realm, he might be able to establish a connection with it,” Azure Dragon replied.
“With the help of his bloodline, the boss can now elevate to the eighth-rank Perfection Emptiness Realm. Activating the Nine Dragons Cauldron isn’t impossible!”
“True!” Judge agreed.
“Mr. Billy, don’t!” Isabell shouted. “If Black Dragon City gets the Nine Dragons Cauldron, this star domain will be plunged into chaos!”
“He has no choice!” Blake Black sneered.
At that moment, The Bookish Beastmaster frowned deeply, sensing something amiss. He instinctively glanced at the thousands of flying beasts nearby.
To his surprise, the beasts were retreating involuntarily, their fierce eyes now filled with dread as if sensing something terrifying.
Without thinking further, he unleashed an even stronger spiritual force towards them.
But it was futile; the flying beasts continued to retreat, their fear growing more intense.
“Deputy City Lord, act quickly! There might be something wrong with the Nine Dragons Cauldron!” The Bookish Beastmaster shouted to Blake Black.
“Alright!” Blake Black reached for the Nine Dragons Cauldron.
At that moment, a terrifying aura erupted from the cauldron, overwhelming everyone below and making them shiver uncontrollably.
Simultaneously, a cry echoed through the air.
“White Feather?!”
Casey and others looked up to see White Feather, who hadn’t appeared for a long time.
White Feather was now twice as large as before, its feathers more vibrant and dazzling.
Most importantly, its presence exuded an incredibly terrifying pressure, making those below the Perfection Emptiness Realm feel suffocated.
Soon after White Feather appeared, the Nine Dragons Cauldron transformed back into a ball of white light and re-entered Billy’s body.
White Feather then cried out and flew towards the thousands of flying beasts, stirring up a whirlwind.
Before anyone could fully react, a shocking scene unfolded.
The thousands of flying beasts, including Hellhound Beasts, all fell from the sky as if under a spell.
Before they hit the ground, they exploded into clouds of blood mist, dying spectacularly in mid-air.
The crowd gasped in astonishment at this breathtaking sight.
“White Feather, why did you destroy them all? So many beast cores wasted!” Stout shouted in dismay.
Everyone else: Shouldn’t we be focusing on why those flying beasts suddenly exploded?
“Boss, what’s going on?” White Tiger asked Billy.
“I’m not sure either!” Billy shook his head. “It might be related to White Feather’s bloodline!”
He genuinely didn’t know and looked just as puzzled as everyone else.
“Impossible!!!”
Meanwhile, The Bookish Beastmaster shouted in shock. In over two hundred years of life, he had never seen anything like this and was understandably stunned.
“Damn it, retreat!” Blake Black realized and quickly fled.
His greatest reliance was those thousands of flying beasts, now all gone in an instant.
He knew without them; staying would mean certain death for his people.
Following his command, a hundred men from Black Dragon City scattered in all directions to escape.
“Mr. Billy, thank you. We’ll talk later!” Isabell said before turning to her people from City Lord’s Mansion and waving her hand.
“Chase them down! Kill them outside Phoenix City!”
