Stella POV.
I think we have reached the happy ending of our story, I think we’ll all have a good life together, that life would go on and be perfect for all of us, maybe if Theo would accept the idea of me being a little, that would be great, that would make my life be perfect, but maybe he just needs his time before he decides that he’s okay with it, it did take him some time to get on board with the fact that I’m both his and Milo’s soul.
Finn have found out about wolves and he forgave me for hiding things from him, I told him it wasn’t my place to tell him about wolves and he finally believed me, the show they gave us, it was one hell of a crazy show, they are blood thirsty, they love fighting and they love teasing each other, the way they do it is kind of insane, the way they pull each other around, make one of them get so mad that they’ll attack, before they decide to make up and just hug it off.
“Good morning,” Finn says coming into my room, it’s Saturday, a whole month has passed already, time is flying, especially when you’re happy, Christmas is just around the corner and I can’t wait to have a couple days off school.
“Morning,” I say looking back to my bed, Theo was deep asleep, he jumped through my window around six am, he said that he just finished running patrol and he’s exhausted, so he just wanted to sleep.
“Doesn’t he has a house? Or bed?” my brother asks pointing to the bed.
“He does, but I guess he likes mine better,” I say with a shrug.
“You should tell Milo about this, this isn’t cool, he shouldn’t be spending so long in your bed,” he says and I rolled my eyes at him, not like we’ve been doing anything.
“He’s my wolf too, and I know Cici been sneaking into your room,” I say defending Theo, he just sneaks in to sleep, and he’s such a heavy sleeper, it takes me forever to wake him up.
“You should tell him to stay out when dad is around the house,” Finn says, he still doesn’t like Theo, although he’s Cici’s good friend, but he doesn’t like him.
“If we both go down for breakfast, dad won’t be here looking for us,” I say back.
“Fine, let’s go but he needs to sleep in his bed,” Finn says with a big pout, Theo was still asleep, he didn’t hear a word we said, he didn’t hear us whine or fight over the fact that he’s sleeping in my bed when it’s morning and we’re ready to start the day.
“I’ll talk to him about it,” I say, not sure if I’ll ever talk to Theo about it, I’ll tell Milo, maybe he could talk with him about sleeping in my bed when he shouldn’t be.
“What’s the plan for today?” Mom asks us with a big smile on her face.
“I’m spending time with my friends,” Finn says happily.
“Take Stella with you,” mom says and I looked at her with wide eyes.
“Mom, I’m his older sister, and he doesn’t need chaperon,” I say sounding offended.
“We’re going out on a date, I don’t want you to stay home alone, plus don’t you share the same friend group?” Mom asks us.
“Thanks mom, but I won’t be needing to spend time with my brother and his friends, I’ll spend time with my own friends,” I say back to her.
“With that boyfriend of yours?” Dad asks, we told them about Milo but we’re keeping Theo hidden, he’s just a friend, or so they think.
“Sure, and Calesti,” I say, she’s my only friend other than the two wolves who’s souls I hold.
“Since when do you two go on dates?” Finn asks them out loud saving me from any more interrogation.
“We’ll spend the holidays with you guys, we get to have some time just for us,” Dad answers him.
“That’s fine, but we don’t need any more siblings, we’re good just the two of us,” I warn them, I didn’t need any younger brother other than Finn.
“Yeah, I’m happy being your youngest,” Finn says with a big pout.
“You don’t have to worry guys,” Mom assures us while dad blushed a tiny bit, but we could see it on his face, the way his cheeks went pink.
“We need you to be safe, I know being married for so long have you going all crazy,” I say loving the teasing, it’s fun.
“Thank you Stella, we’ll make sure to wrap it up first,” she says teasing me back, she knew sex talk isn’t my most favourite topic and the way I turned bloody red, meant that she won this one.
“If you guys are done, we’ll be going, no boys allowed in the house, no girls either Finn, we left you some pizza money, don’t stay up, don’t wait for us,” dad says getting up, holding mom’s hand ready to flee out of the house.
“Are you guys abandoning us?” Finn call after them.
“Yes! Don’t wait for us,” mom says back laughing at us, I turned to Finn with a sigh, at least I don’t have to be worried about Theo who’s sleeping in my bed.
“Are you going to wake the sleeping monster?” Finn asks pointing to my room.
“No, let him sleep, are you going over to Cici’s or she coming?” I ask him knowing that they’ll be spending time together.
“She’s coming to pick me up,” Finn answers me.
“Tell her to give me a ride over to Milo’s, I’ll go get ready,” I say running toward my room, Theo was deep asleep, I could try and wake him up but I knew he wouldn’t wake up, so I let him sleep and I get ready for the day, wearing some cozy clothes although the wolves don’t feel the cold, I do, and it’s freezing out there.
I put my thick jacket on and I joined my brother and friend in her car, I still spend time with them, and we both tease Finn to the point of no return, ever since he found out about wolves and I found out the real reason why Calesti been spending time with him, life has been easy and fun. We having a good life together, we had a good thing between all of us, I couldn’t wait for the years to come when we grow up and we don’t have to obey dad’s rules anymore.
“You wanna spend time with Milo or his mom?” Calesti asks me, pulling me out of my train of thoughts.
“With Milo, but if he’s not around, I don’t mind spending time with Luna Amelia,” I say, I loved them both, the mother and the son.
“I’ll drop you over to the pack house, you should be able to find at least one of them there,” Calesti says.
“Thank you,” I say, I need to start learning how to drive soon, I need to get my own car so I’d stop asking for rides everywhere I need to go.
“You welcome, if you need a ride back, call me,” Calesti says.
“Don’t you dare call us, bye sister,” Finn says as they drove off, I rolled my eyes at them, that’s not that funny.
I walked inside the pack house looking for Milo or maybe Luna Amelia, someone to spend time with before I would get caught by one of the royals, I don’t like spending time with them. I called to Milo but he wouldn’t answer me, so I went toward his room and found him there, I walked right in, he told me that I’m always welcome around his room and his place.
“What do you mean!” he was yelling over the phone, I sat on his bed and watched him talk on the phone, he sounded worried and scared over whoever he’s talking to.
“How! They shouldn’t be in danger, they are one of the strongest packs out there,” Milo yells through the phone, I looked at him with worry, I wanted to hug him and tell him everything is going to be okay.
“Milo, are you okay?” I ask him, going toward him, he opened his arms for me and hugged me, still busy on the phone.
“Be honest with me, how b ad is it?” Milo asks, but he wasn’t talking to me, the answer he got was a bad one, I could tell it’s a bad one from the way his whole body went rigid, he hugged me even tighter, he took a deep breath before talking.
“Are they all dead?” Milo says, and I hugged him tighter, I don’t know what they’re talking about but whatever it is, he needs me right now.
“I need you to do this favour for me, I need you to go and check,” Milo says waiting for the answer.
“What do you mean by no! I need to know! I need you to check! Are they all dead!” Milo yells at the phone and I pull back from him scared from him and his anger, I never saw him angry, not like this.
“I don’t care, I’ll go check by myself if I have to, but I need to know if anyone is alive! Anyone!” Milo yells, this wasn’t good, I went back toward the bed sitting there, hugging his pillow leaving space between the two of us.
“Please check for me, please I need to know if at least he’s alive,” Milo begs through the phone, I felt terrible for him, he ended the call and turned to me with a big sigh, he had tears in his eyes, and he tried to hide them, wiping the tears quickly.
“Are you okay Milo?” I ask him worried about him.
“Not really Lil-star, not at all actually,” he says going toward his door, closing his bedroom door, locking us inside, he came toward the bed and sat next to me, he had tears going down his face, he wasn’t trying to hide them anymore, he let them go.
“Milo, what happened? Who died?” I ask him.
“My cousin, well he’s not even my cousin, he’s mom distant relative, he’s the alpha of his own pack, and we’re like friends,” He says.
“Okay,” I say.
“His pack got attacked, and we don’t know if anyone survived, or if he did,” Milo says crying out loud, I came toward him and hugged him tight, the poor guy.
“I’m sorry Milo,” I say.
“He’s a strong wolf, his pack is as strong as ours, and they were attacked,” Milo cries.
“What do you mean attacked?” I ask knowing that it’s not a good time to ask but I wanted to know.
“Vampires attacked them, it’s a danger, but a pack as big as them, they shouldn’t in any danger,” Milo says, I didn’t know about vampires or that kind of danger, there goes the happy ending I thought we’re going to have.
