Rosiley sat on the sofa. She turned to look at Yayoi, who was filling up a glass of water for her guest, with eyes of concern.
Yayoi seemed normal, with nothing abnormal. In fact, she seemed too normal.
However, Rosiley became more concerned precisely due to that.
She had known Yayoi for many years and knew that the more upset she was, the more ordinary she seemed to others.
In the end, she was just enduring it, as she did not wish to burden those who cared for her.
Yayoi walked over with a glass of water. Placing the glass in front of her guest, she sat opposite her.
“Why did you come here to look for me?” Yayoi smiled and asked.
“Lina called me to inform me that you didn’t go to work today. I couldn’t seem to reach you, so I got worried about your situation. Therefore, I came here personally.”
Hearing that, Yayoi shot up. “Damn, I forgot to go to work.”
As she spoke, she walked briskly toward her room.
Rosiley looked at her. When she reached the door to her room, Rosiley called out, “Yayoi, cry if you feel sad. Don’t force yourself.”
Hearing that, Yayoi stopped in her tracks as she responded, “I’m fine.”
As she spoke, she entered the room.
Seeing that, Rosiley sighed heavily. She had no idea what she should do now.
Yayoi shut the door tightly once she entered the room. With her back against the door, she stared at the messy bed and sniffed his lingering scent.
She smiled bitterly, with a grieving expression. Some people were like drugs, difficult to quit once you became addicted.
In pain, her heart ached.
She squatted down and hugged her knees, burying her head between them. Unable to control her emotions, she broke out into tears.
Rosiley walked over to the door. As she was about to knock, she heard the sobbing sounds coming from within.
Her hand froze in midair. After a while, she sighed gently before she turned around and retracted her hand.
Even though she wanted to stay by her side, Rosiley knew that Yayoi didn’t want to be disturbed because she chose to deal with it by herself.
In that case, she would have to wait for her to calm down first.
“Hum, I’m with Yayoi. I’m concerned about her because she’s going through something. I will accompany her. Don’t worry, I will take care of myself.”
“Hum, bye.”
Rosiley hung up Sachin’s call before she went over to open the fridge.
Luckily, there were some groceries inside.
She turned to look at the tightly shut door and raised her brows. Yayoi would definitely be hungry after crying. She had to cook some dishes for her.
She took out all the groceries from the fridge as she promised to cook some delicious dishes for Yayoi to comfort her.
After releasing her emotions and after calming down, Yayoi left the room.
After exiting, she smelled the fragrance of the dishes. She was stunned before running to the kitchen.
Seeing the busy figure in the kitchen, she frowned as she walked over. “Rosiley, why are you still here?”
Hearing that, Rosiley turned around to look at her, smiling gently. “sit down and get ready for lunch.”
As she spoke, she was busy preparing the dishes.
Knowing that Rosiley had just left the hospital, Yayoi could see that she was not fully recovered yet. However, she still wasted her energy on her matters.
Yayoi felt bad.
She walked over and took over the knife from Rosiley’s hand. “Let me help you.”
Rosiley didn’t reject her and smiled. “All right, I was worried that I might not finish the dishes in time.”
