I ended the call with Beatrice after gisting her about what we had been doing on the beach, and telling her how Camilla avoided all the activities that involved going into the water.
I got out of the hull and I noticed we’ve started moving on the water already, the sight of the ocean was pulchritudinous and I wished I could see those friendly sea animals-The dolphins.
My eyes wandered around for Camilla wondering where she was, I went to where I heard the blaring music and chanting cheers from.
My eyes scrutinized my mates who were having fun and I squeezed my way among them searching around for Camilla.
I needed to make sure she was safe or else Beatrice will bury me alive.
‘She can’t be here!’ My head snapped and that was true.
Camilla is the shy type and wouldn’t want to be in a place like this.
My gaze landed on Bella and Susan who were whispering among themselves, then I saw that they were with Lucas, Ben, and some other hot dudes in our class.
I squinted my eyes trying to see if Jenny was there, but she wasn’t.
She was like a glue who sticks herself around Lucas.
‘Where could she be?’ I thought as students brushed or bump into me.
And Camilla wasn’t here too.
“Hey! Have you seen Camilla or Jenny!” I asked a blonde girl who was drinking lemonade as she swayed her hips to the beat of the music.
“Haven’t seen that nerd but I saw Jenny passing that way,” She pointed choppily to the back.
I nodded and ran towards the place she pointed.
I was going to the back of the ship and noticed it was quiet when I heard an ear-splitting cry making me froze in my spot.
‘Was that Camilla?’ I thought, anxiety taking over me as I glanced around before seeing Jenny at the edge of the ship holding the iron handles.
“See, you in heaven, bitch!” I heard her shout looking downward.
I hope it’s not what I’m thinking, did she push Camilla off the ship?
Without wasting time I ran to where she was.
“What did you fucking do?” I screamed as she turned around looking at me in shock.
I gaze down from the ship and saw Camilla struggling in the water screaming helplessly.
I charged at Jenny and slapped her hard across the face as she staggered. I lunged at her before she could regain her balance and gave her a jaw-ripping blow as she fell on the ground.
“You gonna pay for this, murderer!” I seethed as I kicked her stomach hard with my foot as she winced in pain.
“Camilla!!!” I shouted but I couldn’t see her, she was sinking.
Shit!
And the ship was moving fast.
“Think… Think!” I groaned dragging my hair tightly around my fingers as I clutched my head in fear.
Without thinking I ran back.
“Stop the fucking ship!!!” I screamed but the music was hindering everyone from hearing me.
“Stop the ship!!!” I screamed already crying.
I ran to the bridge where the captains were controlling the ship and saw Mr. Kent sitting on the chair with a glass of wine in his hands as he chatted happily with the captains.
I breathed raggedly as I badged into the control room.
“What’s wrong?” Mr. Kent frowned staring at me like a Maniac.
“You need to stop this ship!” I screamed crying.
“What?” One of the captains asked staring at me.
“Ca-Camilla, She was pushed into the water,” I cried pleading.
“What do you mean, Camilla is off the ship?” Mr. Kent asked standing up from his seat as he walked worriedly to me.
“I don’t have time to explain this, stop the fucking ship!” I screamed.
“Oh my God!” One of the captains muttered as he ran to the control engine and pressed the buttons.
The remaining two officials started working as I heard an alarming sound.
“The ship is moving at fast speed,” One of the captains said while I stared in horror at them.
“We’re slowing down already, our safety men will get her,” one of the captains assured me.
Without waiting for a reply I ran to where my mates were.
The music was low as they wondered what was happening due to the alarm sound.
“Lucas! Where the fuck are you?” I shouted gazing around while everyone stared at me.
Till my eyes settled on him where he was sitting boring holes in my head wondering why I was calling him.
I ran to him and tripped as the ship stopped finally.
I stood up balancing myself.
“You need to help her!” I cried almost choking.
He stared at me amused wondering what I was saying.
“Camilla!” I gasped as his gaze darkened making him stand up.
“What happened to her?” He growled.
I breathed vaguely pointed towards the ocean.
“Where the fuck is she?” He roared.
“Your crazy girlfriend pushed her into the water,” I screamed back to his face as his face turned pale.
LUCAS POV.

We heard the alarming sound, as we saw some men wearing life jackets, as we all wondered what was going on,
“Lucas! Where the fuck are you?” I heard someone scream my name and I raised my head to see who it was, Leticia.
Camilla, told me to stay away from her and I knew she will be with Leticia, I had glanced around here but didn’t see her.
She wouldn’t want to mix herself up here.
‘Why was she screaming my name like that?’ I wondered still staring at her and suddenly the ship stopped making her almost lose her balance as Leticia tripped in front of us as some of the guys chuckled at her.
She stood up immediately, fear, anxiety written all over her face, she looked so scared.
“You need to help her!” She breathed haggardly and I asked her who as she dropped the bombshell screaming at me.
“Your crazy girlfriend pushed her into the water,” Her voice echoed in my head as I became pale.
OMG! Camilla can’t fucking swim.
I tried not to think of her sinking deep into the ocean.
I’ve never been so scared like this in my life.
“Where did she fall?” I asked panicked as Ben stood up shooting me a terrific stare.
“At the back of the ship,” She choked on her tears pointing to the back of the ship and without wasting time and ran to the back of the ship.
I held the iron rod staring down into the water but didn’t see her.
Fear gripped me, I thought I was losing it all.
My sanity…
There’s only one thing I could do, jump into that freaking ocean and look for her.
I was about to jump when Ben held me back.
“Get the fuck away from me!” I growled fierily.
Everyone was already coming to where we were as they whispered among themselves.
“You can’t jump into that water,” He said worriedly.
“Don’t fucking tell me what to do!!” And with that, I freed myself from him and jumped into the water without thinking.
I gasped as I steadied myself in the water.
Thank goodness for the sun, the water was cool.
I could hear my mates shouting as my eyes wandered on the water.
Counting 5 I held my breath and dived into the water.
I could hear the sound of the fast boat behind.
‘Camilla, please show your face!’ I cried internally.
I kept swimming further, diving into the sea. I was good at diving when I was a kid and it was time to use my skills to save the one person I was starting to love.
I saw a sparkling light in the water and that gave me hope as I began to swim further.
I saw her… I fucking saw her, my heart leaped with joy as I finally found her. I swam further and she was out of this world.
I caught her hands and wrapped her body around me as I tried to swim up.
The silver chain she wore on her neck was what glimmered in the water.
The weight of her body was dragging us down and I couldn’t withstand holding my breath.
So, I held her hand tightly and swam up to sea level bringing out my head as I breathed in some air.
I saw the safety men on the water as they searched the sea with some stupid device in their hands.
Was this how they would rescue someone?
“Over here!” I signified waving my hands at them.
“You’ve seen her?” One of the men asked and I nodded as the other guy on the fast boast started charging towards me.
I got into the water and wrapped my hands around her waist and swam up.
One of the men caught her arm and pulled her up to the boat as I climbed and breathed relief.
“She isn’t breathing,” One of the men spoke as he felt her pulse and I felt I was being knocked out.
The other man was moving towards the big ship.
I stared in shock, this can’t be, she can’t just leave me like this.
