The next day,
“Apple, you can free Drena.” A woman gave instructions so that the person she was talking to, who was reading a document written on parchment, was stunned. The red-haired woman suddenly turned towards the source of the sound and saw a figure that was very familiar to her.
“What? Are you kidding, Lenny?” The woman with thick eyebrows asked with a surprised expression. Her colleague who came suddenly nodded as soon as possible, as if she did not want to waste any more time.
“I do not remember how long Odessa and her group have been in detention, but if it has been thirty days, you can release Drena first.” The principal answered firmly, which made Loiston even more confused.
“Why are you suddenly asking that, Lenny? Didn’t you tell me then that-”
Before Apple had time to continue her words, the person she was talking to had already interrupted her words first. “Yesterday is a history. I have decided to give the girl a mental attack so she can’t do anything without her friends, including Odessa.”
“Okay. So what are you going to do with Drena? Should I release her now from the detention room?” The woman with the sharp nose wanted to know what plans her colleague had made, but the person she was talking to did not respond and instead grinned, which made her expression scary.
“Do you have a record of when Odessa and her friends went in there?” Aufrodine instead asked another question, which confused Loiston. The green-eyed woman was forced to stop reading the document for a long time because she had received an order from The Principle, so she had to carry it out as well as possible.
“Let me check that first.” That was Loiston’s only comment because he forgot exactly when the five teenagers who liked to bully received punishment from Aufrodine. The thirty-eight-year-old woman heard her friend’s statement and showed no disappointment or annoyance.
“Okay. Do it.” Aufrodine did not mind waiting because that was what he wanted.
“Have a seat, please, Lenny.” Without further ado, the woman named Ioxinete Loiston remembered that Aufrodine was still standing nearby.
“Thank you.” As soon as possible, Aufrodine sat in the chair at the table near her deputy, and he just observed what Apple was doing without commenting at all. Meanwhile, a woman, sensitive to mystical matters, opened the drawer as if she was looking for an important document related to what the number one person at the Ztatzav Orphanage had requested.
The atmosphere in the room was quiet again because there had been no conversation between Loiston and Aufrodine. A black-haired woman looked at her close friend with an expressionless expression while thinking about everything, especially those related to Odessa and her friends.
I am not sure if those five annoying teenagers have been in their respective detention rooms for a month. Well, at least they feel the torment internally to reduce their wrong actions towards Alexa. I do not want to deal with Goddess Magia because she is terrifying. She also almost killed me, just because at that time I had an idea to kill the Chosen One, thought Aufrodine, who still remembered the incident twelve years ago.
“Based on the data I have recorded, they have been in detention for approximately thirty days.” Apple’s information made Aufrodine wake up from her reverie, so she returned her attention to the person she was talking to with her usual flat expression.
“It is interesting. Can we start getting Drena out first? I want to tell that girl what it is like to live without a friend for a day or two, probably three days. What do you think, Apple?” Aufrodine asked her colleague because the principal wanted to test how timid that teenage girl was.
“I think that is a good idea. We can make Drena humble herself, especially now that Alexa has four new friends, so the girl will definitely be scared.” Loiston agreed to the idea and could not wait to see the frightened faces of the Odessa group members because they usually liked to torture the messenger of Goddess Magia.
“You can go to the detention room after your work is finished. It does not matter if everything is finished after lunch or perhaps in the afternoon.” A woman with thin eyebrows gave Loiston another assignment, and the person she was talking to seemed to nod as if accepting this.
“I will do it. Thank you, Lenny.” The woman, who had a height of one hundred and seventy-one centimeters tall, was relieved because she was given a lot of additional time to complete all the documents that needed her attention before going to the underground detention room in the orphanage.
“Thank you, Apple. If later someone or a teenager in the detention room asks you, why was only one child expelled from there? Then you can answer, if all of this is an order from the principal, I will just carry it out. ” Without further ado, a tall, slim woman remembered a missing part, which could be a question for many people, especially Odessa group members, who would protest her decision.
“I agree with your message, Lenny. I can have a reason so that no one can oppose your decision.” Loiston needed the information that Aufrodine said so that she could carry out her activities smoothly.
“When you take Drena out and return her to the girls’ dormitory, do not forget to tell me because I have to make a report.” The woman who was known for being fierce again gave directions to the person she was talking to before she returned to the study.
“Sure, I will do it.” Loiston had made a promise, and she was determined not to forget it. Aufrodine smiled, knowing his friend’s sincerity.
“I trust you, Apple. I have to go now. I appreciate your help.” Aufrodine stood up from her seat as soon as possible after saying these words. Loiston also did the same thing, then left where she was sitting as if she wanted to accompany the principal to the front door, even though the guest had not asked her to do so.
The two women walked in silence. When they reached the door, the red-haired woman opened it for Aufrodine and the principal to get out of there quickly. When the guest left the area, Loiston closed the door and turned to the table, where she had not checked about eight pieces of parchment.
“I did not expect that Lenny would come here just to ask me to get Drena out of the detention room without being accompanied by her four friends. This situation is so interesting, and I can’t wait to see Odessa, Frazto, Drutz, and Shul’s reactions. Yes. They could fight because they do not want to accept the principal’s decision, but what can they do? As long as they still live in this orphanage, everyone has to submit to my best friend’s wishes.” Loiston muttered softly, smiling horribly.
