“You wretch, how dare you hit me!”
Master Anthony got up and raised his hand to slap Eileen across the face.
Halfway through, Eileen grabbed his wrist and twisted it hard, causing Master Anthony to howl in pain.
No matter how hard he struggled, he couldn’t break free. Eileen stood still, glaring at him angrily.
“What are you standing there for? Go get the captain!”
Unable to bear the pain, Master Anthony ordered the flight attendant to fetch the captain.
The flight attendant, stunned by Eileen’s actions, snapped back to reality. Although she didn’t know who Quentin and Eileen were, daring to hit Master Anthony could cause a huge uproar.
She had no choice but to follow Master Anthony’s orders and call the captain.
Moments later, the flight attendant returned with a middle-aged man in a white airline uniform adorned with medals, clearly the captain.
“What’s going on? Let go of Master Anthony immediately,” the captain demanded upon seeing Eileen holding Master Anthony’s wrist.
Eileen looked at Quentin, who nodded. Only then did she release Master Anthony.
Master Anthony clutched his wrist, grimacing in pain.
“Master Anthony, are you alright?” The captain asked politely as he approached Master Anthony.
“These two attacked me. What are you going to do about it?” Master Anthony glared angrily at Quentin and Eileen.
“And her! She spilled a drink on my suit. Either she pays for it or spends the night in my room!” Master Anthony pointed at the flight attendant. Seeing how furious he was, the captain felt a headache coming on.
If he didn’t appease Master Anthony, his background could easily ruin the captain’s career.
“You, apologize to Master Anthony immediately,” the captain ordered the flight attendant harshly. “If you don’t make him happy today, you can forget about coming to work again!”
“And you two! Apologize to Master Anthony right now!” The captain commanded Quentin and Eileen, not caring about their identities. Offending Master Anthony would surely lead to no good outcome.
The commotion drew people out of their compartments to watch.
“Captain, I…” The flight attendant began but was interrupted by Quentin.
“He was the one being rude and overbearing first.”
“As the captain, are you going to ignore right and wrong and aid and abet him?” Quentin’s retort left the captain speechless.
“No matter what, you were disrespectful to Master Anthony. If you don’t apologize, I’ll request that your rights to board Southeastern Region Northeast Airport flights be permanently revoked!” The captain threatened Quentin and Eileen aggressively.
Everyone present was astonished, thinking Quentin and Eileen were foolish for standing up for the flight attendant.
“You don’t have that authority,” Quentin said coldly, making the captain shiver.
“Kid, I advise you not to act tough. I’ll give you a chance. Have that woman beside you accompany me for a few months, and maybe I’ll let this slide,” Master Anthony sneered with a lecherous grin.
Quentin was furious. He stepped forward and slapped Master Anthony hard across the face, shocking everyone present.
Who was this person? How could he be so bold as to hit the young master of Barker Group?
The captain was stunned.
“Just wait! How dare you hit me? I’ll make you regret ever crossing me!” Master Anthony yelled, blood trickling from the corner of his mouth as he held his face.
He was the son of Barker Group’s CEO, spoiled and arrogant since childhood. He had never been humiliated like this before.
To be slapped twice in one day in front of so many people was unbearable. He vowed to destroy Quentin and Eileen. Ignoring the fact that they were on a plane, he turned off airplane mode on his phone and called his father, Tyree Barker.
In the Barker Group’s board office:
“Hello, son. Are you off the plane already?” Tyree Barker asked.
“Dad, I’m still on the plane. Someone hit me. Come to the airport right now!” Master Anthony fumed on the phone.
“What? Who dares! I’ll be at the airport immediately!” Tyree Barker was furious. His son’s assault was an insult to him as well. He wanted to see who dared and teach them a lesson.
Master Anthony hung up and looked at Quentin smugly.
“Just wait! Once we land, I’ll break your legs!”
“Oh? Is that so? Let’s see if you’re still this confident after we land,” Quentin replied with a cold smile, glancing at Eileen.
Eileen understood and made a call herself. Quentin had no interest in dealing with these so-called powerful people any longer.
“Hah! Keep pretending. I want to see who you can call!” Master Anthony sneered disdainfully, unaware that he was about to face the most regrettable moment of his life.
