Gabriella’s POV
The door opened revealing him and his jaw dropped I was forced to ask,
“How do I look in this? I look weird right?”
“You look magnificent my love.” He came close to me and kissed my hands.
“Thank you.” I smiled at him.
“Shall we?” he said.
“Yes, we shall.” He held my hands and walked slowly.
I can’t believe everyone came out tonight because of me, I feel so love right now,” Leah, I am so happy.”
“Me too, now you will stop thinking of yourself as a useless Omega.”
“Yes, I am the Moon-god Luna and I will protect everyone and make sure peace reigns,” I added.
The beta announced us and everyone stood up to welcome us. I walked to my seat with Nicklaus by my side. They all screamed saying they loved us and I looked at my king, he was just too handsome.
We took our seats together and he gave them the go-ahead saying, “Let the celebration begin.”
“YESSSSSS!!!!!!!” They jubilated and I got taken by surprise seeing they had so many activities on their plate, I had never seen any celebration like this before.
The first set came in and they danced with all their heart, my eyes were so glued to them and it was like they should never stop dancing and I understood every message they tried to pass to us all.
I was shocked to see ladies do stunts with the guys, this is so amazing and so many more activities came in one after the other.
They also selected my new guards by setting different tasks for them and when this was over, it was time for me to shift into a wolf fully with my mate and he said to me, “Are you ready?”
“I was born ready.” I smile at him.
I hate shifting into a wolf, it hurts so much and I wonder when I will get used to it. I allowed Leah to take over.
“My name is Lethal.”
“My name is Leah, finally we meet.”
“Yes, and I am so happy because I have been waiting like forever to have this chance with you.”
“Me too.”
“Let’s run a little to stretch our bones.” He said.
“Okay, let’s do that together.”
I felt the bond getting closer with my mate and I love how this is going already.
I shifted into a human, same with others, my clothes were brought to me and I got changed with Nicklaus we thanked everyone for coming out and then we called it a night as we headed to our rooms.
Nicklaus and I made great love all through the night and it was like our bonding got more tight.
The following morning, I felt so weak and tired, I didn’t feel like leaving the bed soon and I felt his kiss on my cheek,” Good morning my love.”
I stretched on the bed with my bones making faint sounds and yawned so loud saying,” Good morning dear, I am so tired, like I need a lot of rest right now.” I didn’t want him to leave me so I held him so tight.
“Please don’t leave the bed yet, I want to remain this way for a while holding you.”
He played with my hair saying,” Sure, I can remain here all day if that’s what you want, anything to make you happy, I am willing to do it for you my everything.” He kissed me again and I smiled while blushing in my sleep… “You are the best and I am glad to be here with you.” I said still feeling sleepy.
I kept having repeated dreams of a happy ending with my family and how peace was restored to us as well, I wish this was not a dream but a reality.
When I finally woke up from my sleep, I cleaned my eyes and looked at the side of my bed, he was not there, maybe he had to attend to something meaningful so why don’t I get busy myself?
I dashed to the bathroom and freshened up, since today was the last day for the party, why don’t I sneak out to meet my sister, I will surprise everyone that I can actually restore peace to us all at last.
“You are not doing that are you?” Leah kicked against it.
“Come on, you know this is the only way I can leave and Nick will think I am with the ladies preparing for tonight.”
“Yes, but I am not cool with it, at least tell him so he knows your whereabouts.”
“Come on Leah, I am no more a useless omega, I can protect myself and my sister will never hurt me, If I leave now, I will try to return early before the commencement of the party by 8 pm,” I added and she stopped talking saying I have a strong will.
I tried sneaking out of the place but Jessica caught me.
“Are you running away?”
“Keep your voice low, I will explain to you when I am out of this pack, just help me please.”
“And why should I help you out?” she asked folding her hands and she was acting kind of weird.
“Wow, you did something beautiful to your hair, you know I am good at styling hair, I can help you so please just help me, for our friendship’s sake?” I gave her the puppy look and she agreed to help me.
I didn’t know how she did the spell but we were out of the pack, truly Jessica is mighty.
“Gabby, there is something weird about Jessica,” Leah said to me.
“Yes, maybe she is trying out something new for Mateo to like her the more, anyway, I believe she can help me get to my sister faster and return to the pack doing what she did earlier.”
“Whatever.” She stopped talking.
“So, what’s your plan? Are you running away?” She asked.
“No, I am not running away at all, I am the Moon-god Luna now and guess what, I finally shifted into a wolf.”
“Wow, I am happy for you.” She said.
“But please, I need your help and do not say no.”
“What could that be, for the record, this is the second time I am helping you in a day and I hope you will not ask me for something that will land me in trouble.”
“No, it won’t but you must not tell anyone because Nicklaus is not aware that I am here,” I added.
“You are something else but let’s hear it.”
“I want to see my sister Tracy.” All of a sudden, the environment was filled with smoke and then I slept off.
I woke up later and saw Jessica waking up with me,” What happened to us?”
“I don’t really know but I guess my barrier spell saved us all.”
“Does that mean if your barrier spell was not active, something bad could have happened to us?”
“Yes.”
“Oh mine, thank you so much,” I said to her with a smile.
“So about your sister, I can take you to her and guess what, I heard the rumors, she misses you badly.”
“Really? How did you find out?”
“Well I am a witch and I can be invisible as well.” She said and I believed her as well.
“So are you ready to go to her?”
“Yes, I am ready.”
“Good.” She gave me a smile that crept me out.
I felt something strange about the spell but before I knew it I stood in an unknown pack, this is not a silver pack, where am I? Why can’t I reach Nicklaus?
“Gabriella??” I heard Tracy’s voice from behind and I turned around and screamed her name, “Tracy??” Tears left my eyes.
