“Brother Leon, don’t bother picking it up. Whatever the result, you’re my Brother Leon, and that’s final! It’s better if you don’t join the Bloomer family; it’s a cesspool that will only dirty you,” Xavier said slowly.
Xavier had an impulsive nature, but he wasn’t stupid. He could guess the result of the paternity test from his elder brother’s attitude, so he said this to comfort Leo.
“Xavier! What nonsense are you spouting? Do you want me to slap you?” Sheldon trembled with anger, glaring at Xavier.
He was itching to rush over and slap him. This ungrateful brat, how could he side with an outsider!
“Go ahead, slap me if you dare,” Xavier turned around, placing his foot on a chair, looking disdainful.
“You little brat, just wait till we get home. I’ll have your uncle deal with you!” Annabel immediately stepped forward and scolded.
“Bring it on, I don’t care!” Xavier replied coldly, his face full of defiance.
Leo didn’t want Xavier to turn against his family for his sake. He gently patted Xavier’s hand, signaling him to stop talking.
Leo then stood up and bent down to pick up the paternity test from the floor, but a foot in a high heel suddenly stepped on it.
Without looking, Leo knew it was Annabel’s foot.
Before he could raise his head, Annabel’s sharp voice rang out, “You can look at it while squatting on the ground.”
“Move your foot!” Leo suppressed his inner anger and said in a deep voice.
“I told you to squat on the ground… Ah…!”
Before Annabel could finish her sentence, she felt a sharp pain in her leg and fell to the ground with a thud, clutching her backside and crying out in pain.
“Sis, are you okay?” Sheldon’s face changed as he hurried to help her up.
Leo picked up the paternity test from the floor.
“You dare hit me!” Annabel pointed at Leo with a contorted face and shouted, “Do you believe I can make sure you don’t see tomorrow’s sun?”
“What, Miss Annabel? Are you openly threatening to kill me in front of all these people?” Leo asked in a deep voice.
When Sheldon and Annabel had come in arguing earlier, they had already drawn the attention of the surrounding guests. Now, with this commotion, everyone stopped eating and curiously looked their way.
“Nonsense, Leo! Stop slandering my sister. She didn’t mean that; it was you who hit her first!” Sheldon helped Annabel up and angrily scolded Leo.
Leo ignored him because he had already seen the result on the paternity test.
Seeing the words “No biological relationship confirmed,” he felt a wave of relief. He wouldn’t have to wade into this family’s murky waters.
Of course, there was still a sense of loss deep inside him, as he hadn’t found out who his real parents were.
“So, country bumpkin, now you see clearly that you have no relation to our Bloomer family. Stop dreaming about leaping into our family! A toad can never eat swan meat!” Annabel’s words were venomous.
Leo turned sharply and gave her a cold look like a sharp sword.
Annabel shivered and instinctively hid behind Sheldon, shouting urgently, “Everyone look! This man is going to hit me!”
“Annabel, you’re so old and still not married. Have you ever wondered why? You act like a shrew; what man would want to marry you?” Xavier spoke up for Leo and retorted Annabel.
“Xavier, shut up! This is none of your business!” Sheldon coldly reprimanded him before turning to Leo. “Leo, you’ve seen the test results. You should give up now. Stop dreaming about joining the Bloomer family!”
“The threshold of the Bloomer family is something you’ll never touch in your lifetime!”
After Sheldon finished speaking, Leo didn’t get angry. Instead, he couldn’t help but laugh.
What a joke! A mere mortal dared to call him a mortal?
“What are you laughing at?” Sheldon was bewildered by Leo’s inexplicable laughter.
If it were anyone else, they would either be angry or ashamed after hearing such mocking words. Why was Leo laughing?
“Could it be that he’s gone mad from anger? Serves him right!” Annabel cursed from behind Sheldon.
“To be honest,” Leo finally stopped laughing and looked at Sheldon calmly. “The threshold of your Bloomer family is nothing but dirt to me.”
“You…” Sheldon was furious, glaring at Leo as if he wanted to tear him apart.
“Shut your filthy mouth!” Annabel was completely enraged by Leo’s words. She stepped forward and pointed at Leo, cursing him loudly. “Let me tell you, you bastard without parents; you’ll never…”
She was so agitated that she didn’t notice Leo had rolled up a tissue and flicked it at her abdomen.
“Sis, what’s wrong?” Sheldon pulled Annabel before she could finish cursing.
“What’s wrong? I’m cursing this bastard!” Annabel glared at her brother angrily but suddenly smelled something foul.
Seeing Sheldon staring at her lower body in shock, she quickly looked down and found that yellow liquid was streaming down from her undergarments!
She had lost control of her bladder!
“Pfft… Haha…”
At the same time, she couldn’t help but pass gas loudly. The contents of her stomach also rushed out uncontrollably.
A strong stench immediately filled the entire dining room.
The surrounding guests burst into laughter upon seeing this scene.

The crowd laughed for a few moments before covering their noses and retreating.

“Amazing! Big Sis!” Xavier jumped onto the table to avoid being affected while giving his sister a thumbs-up with a big grin on his face.
“Ah…!” Annabel screamed and pointed at Leo. “It’s you! You did this!”
“Sis, stop talking and let’s go!” Sheldon blushed with embarrassment. Fortunately, no one here knew much about the Bloomer family; otherwise, their reputation would be ruined!
“Sheldon, help me!” Annabel kept passing gas and grabbed Sheldon’s clothes, splashing urine onto him as well.
