They had taken Janeth back with them, and asked her to help them retrieve the amulet in the promise of making her Alpha Lake’s Luna by making her look the way she did.
Enissa had told Janeth their past history of how they were related.
But she had assured Janeth that she won’t get caught because Audrey idn’t have magic powers anymore.
She believed she’s just a reincarnation by flesh and no powers.
Enissa promised to join forces with Janthe if she finds the amulet, and finally becomes Luna.
Alpha Malachi promised her a share in his illegal business deals, only if she returned the amulet to them.
They needed the amulet for Enissa to become the strongest witch alive, and having the strongest witch by his side would make him the strongest Alpha alive.
He would become unstoppable, and he would use his power to take over many Packs.
The Grey Blood Pack was the first in his list. He couldn’t wait to kill Alpha Lake.
Audrey tossed from side to side. Now that she knew her sister’s plans.
She would find a way to look for that amulet tomorrow, when everyone would be carried away at the party, she would start from checking out that room Selena had showed her in the dream.
But, where would she find the other half of her amulet? She had only been in possession of half when Alpha Lake took it from her. Asking him about it would raise suspicion, so, it was all up to her.
Again, would she leave immediately after finding it? Knowing that Alpha Lake was in danger from Malachi and his sidekick witch; or should she inform him about it before she left?

If it was the way he was going to pay for all his sins and wrong doing towards her, then, so be it!
Alpha Lake stood in front of Audrey’s door with his fist hanging a few centimetres from it.
He was contemplating wether to knock or not, but finally, he resolved to not knocking.
He wasnt in the right frame of mind tonight, he didn’t know what to expect from her either, she looked strange earlier in the living room.
He balled his fists with the bracelet inside his palm. It was better he kept it to himself, it was useless now.
The owner was no where to be found, and he was conflicted about his feelings with the owner.
He wondered if what Catherine(Audrey) had told him about his feelings for Audrey were true.
Did he love her too much and acted out of hurt and not hate? Did he want her back? Or Did he still hate her?
He agitatedly went back to his room. What was he to do if Audrey actually returned? Send her away? Make her his mate? His slave? He wished she could return, he would sure know what to do when he saw her.
But, does it mean he has three mates? The one he scented during the last full moon, Catherine, and, Audrey? If it was true, what was he to do?
The hall was filled with wolves from different Packs, from near and far regions.
The Pack was filled with different types of cars, ranging from luxury to extremely luxurious.
Alphas of different Packs were all present, their betas by their side. This was the day decided where to hold their full moon which was just a month away.
“Distinguished ladies and gentlemen!” Andrew’s voice rang throughout the hall drawing everyone’s attention to himself as he stood looking all dashing on the stage.
“Welcome to the Grey Blood Pack!” He announced proudly.
Thunderous applause and howling filled the air, everyone was in merry spirit, they were always excited as the full moon approached, it meant mating, and mating meant more reproduction and more reproduction meant more expansion to the werewolf community.
“This is going to be the most eventful full moon; because everyone is around. All those who traveled for school, business, and, other reasons are back to their various Packs, and the best part is that all the Packs get to celebrate the full moon together in one Pack!” Applauds and shouts filled the air once again.
“Now, we’ve narrowed down the number of Packs that are likely to host this big event to the three strongest Packs. In a minute, these Packs are going to be displayed on the screen. Please look at your tables and pick up the small remote that has been placed on it,” Andrew held up a black remote for everyone to see.
“There are only two navigation buttons and a ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ buttons, so, please within the next minute, navigate the arrow to the Pack of your choice, and click a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ button.” Andrew pointed back to the large screen that now displayed the Furry Pack, the White Moon Pack, and, the Grey Blood Pack.
“As always, I’m loyal to my Pack.” He was the first to vote as he navigated his button to the Grey Blood Pack and voted a ‘yes’
“Sixty seconds till the voting ends!” He said to the crowd.
Audrey was quietly sitting at a corner, her table was set for four, so far, it was only her and Alpha Sebastian that occupied it.
Sandra and Alex were among the stewards and stewardesses, they didn’t have time to sit and chat.
She hadn’t seen Alpha Lake since the bracelet incident with Janeth yesterday, and she liked it that way.
She didn’t want to have anything to do with him anymore. It was about time whatever was going on between them ended anyway.
“I don’t know why they bother to vote, we already know the winner,” Alpha Sebastian said in a bored tone.
He absent-mindedly navigated his button to the Grey Blood Pack and pressed a ‘yes’ button.
“Who knows, it might be different this time.” Audrey smiled, humoring him.
Her remote sat in front of her, she didn’t pick it up.
“Oh, come on sweet cheeks, we both know that’s a lie.” Alpha Sebastian chuckled.
“Wanna bet?” Audrey picked up her drink and took a sip, looking at Alpha Sebastian challengingly over the glass of wine.
“Let’s do it, the winner says what he wants after the voting is over.” He picked up his glass and clinked it with hers.
Audrey chuckled and gulped down her wine.
She had thought her relationship with Alpha Sebastian would change as he found out her real identity, but it didn’t, he still acted all friendly with her, if not more than friendly.
“What?” She asked when she saw him looking intently at her.
“You’ve changed… a lot.” He said like he was talking to himself.
“I guess it’s the clothes?” Audrey looked down at herself.
She wore a white Criss-cross tie-back halter top with red Palazzo pants that has slits from below the knees, and she completed her look with a white stiletto.
Her hair was let down, reaching her waist and she wore a very light make-up that just enhanced her radiating beauty.
“Yes, but not entirely true. I feel there’s more to what you told us, can you tell…”
“And here, we have it. In front of everyone, the final result is displayed on the screen, as expected, the full moon shall be held in the Grey Blood Pack!” Claps and cheers filled the room.
Everyone was busy discussing how they all knew the final results before the voting even ended.
“Looks like you owe me me, Audrey.” Alpha Sebastian said to Audrey with a smirk.
He looked handsome in his white tuxedo, his long hair was nearly clipped at the back, enhancing his sharp facial features.
“I do,” She nodded at him.
She was glad he had forgotten what he wanted to say earlier.
That was the danger of knowledge, once you know, you’ll always want to know more.
“Let us welcome our host, the strongest Alpha in werewolf history, and the ruler of the largest and strongest Pack, also, the richest bachelor in the states… says Forbes…” Andrew chuckled, and light laughter rang all around the room.
“Welcome our Alpha, Alpha Aloha Lake of the Grey Blood Pack!” Andrew bellowed.
“Woohoo!”
“Yay!”
“Wow!”
Cheerful sounds filled the room as Alpha Lake walked up to the stage, an intimidating and powerful aura emanated from him.
His attire screamed billions of money, starting from the black tuxedo, Gucci shoes, and his diamond wristwatch that glittered from the reflection of the chandelier.
“Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.” Alpha Lake greeted his guest politely, flashing his charming smile that showed his deep sexy dimple.
“It’s always an honor to have you all wonderful creatures choose my humble Pack as a point of juncture for our most sacred celebration, the full moon celebration.” He smiled at the crowd, garnering admiration from the wolves, especially the she-wolves’.
