“I am Zack! A mutant from Atraria. Let’s have some fun together!” The clown’s eyes rolled over Knox, speaking in a bizarre tone.
“Hello, my name is Wesley. Nice to meet you.” The masked man swayed as if he could barely stand, his voice mechanical and stiff.
Knox glanced at the three with arrogance and replied coldly, “Fine, just don’t cry for your mothers later.”
Vivian looked at the swaying masked man and felt a creepy sensation. She was annoyed and wanted to rip off his mask to see his face.
On the circular platform, Trystan and Brady had already fought several rounds, but neither had gained the upper hand. Trystan’s black robe was torn, but strangely, through the tears, no skin was visible-only darkness inside.
Brady, with his second life, had doubled his strength compared to before Leo killed him. Yet, even with all his power, he could only fight Trystan to a draw. This reality shocked Brady, making him feel like he was dreaming. In America, Brady had never encountered such a formidable opponent.
“Who are you?” Brady gritted his teeth as he spoke.
Trystan’s voice remained cold as ice: “The dead don’t need to know.”
“Arrogant! Taste my Wings of the Incandescent Angel!” Brady was utterly enraged.
On Leo’s side, Alya had landed on the ground and stood alongside Logan and Jesse. All three wore grim expressions. They had thought defeating Leo would be easy, but reality proved otherwise.
“Atraria mutant, you’re strong, but you won’t leave here alive! Logan, Jesse, let’s not waste time. Use our ultimate moves to kill him,” Alya said confidently, as if executing a routine mission.
As soon as Alya finished speaking, a red vortex appeared in front of her, crackling with red electricity. The vortex didn’t attack Leo but instead absorbed Alya entirely. In the next moment, the red vortex transformed into a red storm cone and charged at Leo.
Logan didn’t punch Leo but instead struck the ground with both fists. With a loud “boom,” the ground shook twice. Before Leo could react, a giant hand emerged from the ground and gripped his lower body tightly. Pain shot through his legs; Leo was sure that an ordinary person would be crushed to pieces by this grip.
Jesse went even further, turning his entire body into liquid metal and transforming into a giant metal axe that came down on Leo’s head.
At the moment Alya attacked, Leo summoned a Talisman and spread his arms as if embracing nature. He closed his eyes slightly, seemingly ready to endure the combined attack of the three.
Not only that, but he also wore an expression of enjoyment on his face.
The conical red storm ruthlessly tore through Leo’s body. The giant hand on the ground crushed his legs completely. Jesse’s metal axe split Leo’s broken body in two.
“Okay, it’s done!” Alya and her companions appeared, with Logan clapping his hands in a relaxed manner.
“Something’s wrong!” Jesse suddenly shouted. Alya and Logan also sensed something amiss and stared at Leo’s mutilated body. The problem was that Leo’s body wasn’t bleeding-not a single drop of blood!
It was as if… how to put it… like dismembering an inflatable doll!
Leo’s laughter suddenly echoed behind them. They turned quickly to see Leo standing there alive, their faces showing sheer terror as if they had seen a ghost.
“Alya, is this guy a demon from hell?” Logan, being religious, immediately thought of a demon coming to earth.
Leo held three Talismans between his fingers and tossed them into the air: “Now it’s my turn. Taste the power of the Little Thunder Talisman.”
With a flash of fire from the Talismans, dark clouds appeared above Alya and her companions’ heads. The clouds locked onto their targets no matter how they dodged, hovering like shadows over them.
The powerful energy waves from the clouds made them all tremble with fear. A thunderclap nearly gave them heart attacks. Knowing they couldn’t avoid the attack, they used their strongest defensive measures.
Almost simultaneously, three bolts of lightning struck down from the clouds at Alya and her companions. Alya conjured a red shield that absorbed most of the attack’s force but still made her stagger back with blood trickling from her mouth.
Logan punched the descending lightning bolt directly. Predictably, his dark skin turned even darker, emitting a burnt smell as he fell straight to the ground.
Jesse’s metallic liquid body conducted electricity, so the lightning caused less harm to him than to Alya and Logan but still left him temporarily paralyzed.
Meanwhile, Knox faced Bill and Zack being electrocuted and screaming in pain. The masked man was tormented by Vivian with water and ice, leaving him soaking wet and miserable.
After a few more rounds, Bill screamed and yanked his hair before throwing it with his right hand. Zack removed his clown nose and threw it at Knox. The masked man’s body below his head turned into black smoke, leaving only his masked head flying towards Vivian…
Logan staggered to his feet as Leo prepared another Talisman for him. Three white lights flashed like flashlights in the night. Alya and her companions spat blood and were thrown against the wall before sliding down motionless; it was unclear if they were dead or alive.
Leo turned to see Trystan approaching him. Clearly, Trystan had launched those three attacks.
“Did this guy take down Brady?” Leo thought in amazement. “Incredible!”
“Trystan, Brady…” Leo began but was cut off by Trystan: “Battle form-nothing special.”
