Chapter 1299 Sea Eagle Organization Headquarters

Book:The All-powerful Son-In-Law Published:2024-6-25

“Duke Deane has already informed the entire Demonaic Feast Alliance about Mr. Bloomer’s matter. Mr. Bloomer, you defeated Cedric and are now the closest friend to our vampire clan. If you need any help, just let me know, and I will do my utmost.”
The law of the strong prevails, even among vampires.
Imagine if Leo had lost to Cedric; he would likely receive a different treatment.
The vampires were so courteous to Leo, always ready to help, mainly because they wanted him to owe them a favor.
Favors are something that must be repaid.
Leo organized his thoughts and slowly said, “Viscount, I would like to trouble you to help me find something in New York.”
As he spoke, Leo took out his phone, searched for a photo of a bronze cauldron, and handed it to Luke. “The item I am looking for is a bronze cauldron, similar to the one in the picture.”
“This bronze cauldron should be in the hands of the Sea Eagle Organization, but I don’t know where they have hidden it.”
Luke took a picture of Leo’s phone screen with his own phone. After carefully examining the bronze cauldron in the photo, he put his phone away.
“Mr. Bloomer, rest assured, if this item is in New York, our vampire clan will surely find it!” Viscount Luke seemed very confident.
Leo was delighted. “Thank you very much.”
“Mr. Bloomer, the ace of the Sea Eagle Organization, Brady, possesses part of the fallen angel Lucifer’s legacy. He is very formidable. If you encounter him, be careful,” Viscount Luke kindly reminded.
“Thank you for the warning.”
“By sunset tomorrow, if all goes well, I will bring you the information you seek.” After saying this, Viscount Luke’s body transformed back into a three-eyed crow and flew out the window like a streak of black light.
Leo was amazed by the efficiency of the vampires, promising information by sunset the next day.
The night passed without incident. The next morning, Maximilian came to Leo’s room and placed a large leather suitcase in front of him.
“Mr. Ramsey, have you gathered all the materials for the formation?” Leo couldn’t help but ask.
Maximilian nodded. “Yes, they were airlifted from home this morning. Open it and see if it’s what you need.”
Leo opened the suitcase and took out each item: ebony, corpse flower rhizome, dragon blood tree fruit…
In addition to the materials for the formation, there were also tools for drawing talismans in the suitcase.
After checking everything, Leo put the items back into the suitcase. “Everything is here, not a single thing missing. By the way, Mr. Ramsey, any news?”
“The WONDER intelligence agency has grasped the general area of the target, but it will take some time to pinpoint the exact coordinates,” Maximilian said helplessly about this needle-in-a-haystack task.
Leo remained calm because Luke had promised him accurate information by sunset today.
As a temporary worker for this mission, Leo was much more relaxed than Knox and Vivian but also much more bored.
Waiting was always long. Apart from eating, Leo spent most of his time in his hotel room, chatting with Sophia on WeChat or practicing and drawing talismans.
As the sun was about to set below the horizon, Leo’s heart began to race.
He hoped the vampires wouldn’t let him down.
Just as Leo was anxiously waiting, he saw a black dot flying towards him.
Leo took two steps back as a three-eyed crow landed on the windowsill.
The crow held a small USB drive in its beak and looked at Leo with its black eyes before placing the USB drive on the windowsill.
“Viscount Luke?” Leo tried asking.
The three-eyed crow did not transform into human form but let out a strange cry before flapping its wings and disappearing from Leo’s sight.
Leo picked up the USB drive from the windowsill, assuming it contained the information he needed.
Without hesitation, he went straight to find Maximilian.
Ten minutes later, in the conference room.
The USB drive was already plugged into a laptop in front of Vivian, which was connected to the projector in the conference room.
The USB drive contained only one PowerPoint presentation. Since Vivian’s English was the best, she was responsible for presenting it.
The PowerPoint was well-made with both text and images, clearly done by professionals.
Vivian opened the first slide, which showed an aerial photo with a description below it.
The photo was very clear and appeared to be an island. According to the description, this island was called Davids Island.
Davids Island is located in Long Island Sound, off New Rochelle in Westchester County, New York. It covers 78 acres and is uninhabited. In the past, there was a Slokum Castle on the island.
From 1946 to June 1949, it served as an Air Force base. From 1956 to 1965, it was an Army Information School.
In the summer of 2008, all remaining facilities on the island were demolished with plans to turn it into a park.
The second slide showed a close-up photo with the description: “According to investigations, Davids Island is likely the headquarters of the Sea Eagle Organization.”
The following slides detailed various parts of Davids Island with photos and descriptions of hidden defenses and mechanisms.
Then the style of photos changed to underground facilities.
The underground structures were very complete and looked similar to WONDER’s secret mountain base.
The last slide showed a detailed map of both surface and underground areas with thorough annotations.
Leo couldn’t help but marvel at the vampires’ capabilities. Such detailed information would be impossible for even the world’s best spies to obtain.
Finally, there was a message from Viscount Luke: “Dear Mr. Bloomer, what you are looking for should be on Davids Island. As the headquarters of the Sea Eagle Organization, Davids Island is very dangerous. Good luck.”
After viewing the slideshow, Maximilian, Knox, and Vivian all looked at Leo with strange expressions.
This made Leo feel uneasy. “What’s wrong? Why are you all looking at me like that?”
“Who is Viscount Luke?” Vivian asked first with curiosity written all over her face.
Leo replied directly, “A vampire.”
“A vampire?” Vivian’s eyes widened as she thought of vampires’ sharp teeth, her expression showing a hint of fear.
Knox followed up with another question: “How did you meet a vampire? And why would a vampire help you?”
“That’s a long story.”
Leo didn’t want to reveal his activities in London. After all, taking Holy Nail from Westminster Abbey and provoking Royal Faith’s Order of Knights wasn’t something he wanted to share.
Pointing at the images on the screen, Leo changed the subject: “Let’s focus on solving our current problem first. I’ll tell you about the vampire later.”
Prioritizing tasks accordingly, WONDER’s elites shifted their attention back to Davids Island’s photos.
