At that moment, Bianca’s phone rang unexpectedly. She checked and saw it was a call from Diana.
“My friend is looking for me. I have to go!”
Michael glanced at Dave. Bianca was Dave’s choice now. Michael could only enjoy the moment but had no say in whether she stayed or left.
Dave closed his eyes, showing he wasn’t interested. Michael got the message and told Bianca, “You can leave.”
Bianca couldn’t bear to look at Dave anymore. She grabbed her phone and hurried out of the room.
Michael and Brandon immediately surrounded Dave.
“Do you know that girl, Dave?” Michael asked with a smirk. “Are you two still seeing each other?”
Dave gave him a cold look. “It’s none of your business. Don’t ask about things you shouldn’t, and keep quiet about what you shouldn’t mention.”
Michael chuckled. “I understand. If Mr. Lucas Evans found out about a woman outside… well, the consequences would be serious. But don’t worry, I’ll keep your secret safe! Right, Brandon?”
He tapped Brandon’s arm, and Brandon quickly agreed, “Of course, I won’t say anything once we step out that door!”
Dave took another drag of his cigarette, his expression mysterious in the swirling smoke.
Meanwhile, in a simpler room upstairs…
Blake was hanging out with his friends, having some drinks and playing dice. He had just come back from overseas, and his local friends wanted to welcome him back with a party.
But luck wasn’t with him. He kept losing at the dice game and almost finished the whole wine bottle.
Finally, they convinced him to play Truth or Dare. The rules were serious: the loser had to do whatever the winner asked.
As the cup was revealed, Blake felt disappointed and sank onto the sofa. Once again, he lost!
“Blake, this is a Dare. You have to do it,” one of his friends said, pulling Blake up from the couch.
“I won’t chicken out. Just tell me, what do you want me to do?”
His friend grinned mischievously. “Take off your shirt and go for a run outside!”
Another guy joined in the excitement. “That’s too easy. Let’s make it more challenging! Go outside naked and find a girl to kiss!”
“Haha! That’s so funny! It’s so exciting!”
His suggestion got everyone in the room laughing and cheering, making the atmosphere lively.
These young men were from wealthy families, known for their wild behavior and not caring about consequences, believing their money could solve any problems.
“You…” Blake pointed at his mischievous friends, speechless. “This is crazy! Running naked is one thing, but kissing a girl? That’s too much!”
“Blake, are you giving up already? Or are you worried no girl would want to kiss you?”
His words ignited Blake’s competitive side. Blake was always the center of attention, whether at home or abroad. Girls were always interested in him.
There were always people who instantly fell for him, and he received endless love letters.
Yet he stayed true to his principles, knowing what he liked. He didn’t casually date women like other playboys and rarely got into relationships.
Then he met Bianca online, and suddenly, he was smitten with her. He lost interest in other girls.
Encouraged by his friends, Blake didn’t want to ruin the fun. They only said he had to kiss a girl without saying where. So, he figured he’d do it casually.
“I’m telling you, no girl can resist me!”
In his drunken state, Blake spoke without much thinking. After bragging, he confidently took off his shirt, showing off his muscles to his friends, and declared, “Watch and learn!”
With his head held high, he walked out of the room confidently.
As Blake’s friends laughed and teased him, they warned, “Don’t think you can trick us. We’ll have someone follow you secretly!”
Outside the private room, Bianca answered Diana’s call.
“Bianca, I’ve searched so many rooms, but I couldn’t find Brandon. What’s happening on your side?”
Bianca looked back at the golden door she had just left and sighed.
“I was just in his room.”
“Really? Give me the room number, and I’ll be there soon!” Diana’s voice was filled with excitement, almost deafening Bianca.
“I think you should stay away. The people in this room aren’t the best crowd.” Bianca believed they had pressured her into doing something she shouldn’t have with Dave, which annoyed her.
Then she realized, with all the escorts in the room, Dave probably had another woman with him, fueling Bianca’s annoyance and irritability.
“Bianca, are you okay? Did they hurt you?” Diana was often busy with social events at such times, but suddenly, she understood the seriousness of Bianca’s words. Her first concern was for her friend’s safety.
“I’m okay. What’s your plan now? It seems like you and Brandon aren’t on the same page. Maybe it’s time to… move on.” Bianca was worried about her friend’s feelings and tried to gently discourage her.
After a moment of silence, Diana responded, “Just tell me where he is, Bianca. I know what I’m doing.”
Hearing Diana’s determined tone, Bianca reluctantly told her the room number.
After hanging up, Bianca decided to leave. But as she approached the elevator, someone grabbed her wrist.
Surprised, Bianca turned around and instinctively punched the shirtless man standing in front of her!
“Bianca, it’s me!”
Clearly drunk, Blake couldn’t dodge her punch. His face turned red and swollen instantly.
Bianca thought she was facing a pervert, but when she looked closer, she recognized Blake, his face flushed and smelling of alcohol.
Embarrassed, she pulled her hand back and looked away. “What are you doing here? And why aren’t you wearing a shirt?”
“I lost a game and had to run around without my shirt. Did I scare you?” Blake said, sounding a bit defeated.
Blake had just stepped outside when he saw someone familiar. To his surprise, it was Bianca.
Moments ago, Bianca had felt a mix of fear and surprise. She was relieved it was just Blake.
“You should go back and put on some clothes,” Bianca suggested.
Under the influence of alcohol, Blake felt a strange desire as he looked at the girl’s flushed face and fluttering eyelashes.
His friends wanted him to kiss a girl, and there he was with Bianca. Was this fate? Was it a sign?
He couldn’t help but move closer, his chest leading the way.
Bianca, in her high heels, stepped back quickly, almost losing her balance.
“Are you okay, Bianca?” Blake quickly caught her, steadying her with his hand on her shoulder.
The accident really shook Blake. Seeing Bianca’s pained expression, he couldn’t help but blame himself.
“I’m sorry. This is all my fault. Did you hurt your ankle?” he asked, feeling guilty.
