“Madam.” George pleads. “Ask her. I swear, he’s accusing me falsely.” He says, pointing at Alfred.
“Kellie, what were you doing inside?” Kimberly yells at her. “Why were you moaning!”
“Mum, your mind is way dirty.” Kellie purrs in response.”
“Oh, you’ve grown so rude.” Kimberly says. “Wait till you mark yourselves before trying shit.”
“Sure, ma.” George bows his head, but Alfred raises his hands.
“What’s it?” Kimberly asks.
“Go back to your room.” She adds, clipping.
“He threatened to murder me tonight.” Alfred feigns tears. “Please i want to be safe.”
“Ew! What the hell are you saying?” Kellie defends George who is sitting on the bed with his hands folded across his chest.
“I mean it.” Alfred rubs his eyes, and lets a tear drop down his cheek. “He took my white wolf power and now he wants to murder me.”
“He can’t say that.” Kimberly chuckles. “Retire to the dining room now then. Even if he said that, maybe he flared up. He can’t, silly.”
Alfred wobbles out of the room, and saunters down the staircases as he sits on one of the golden chairs gathered round the dining table where steam is escaping from the hot food placed there.
“George, please be mindful of what you say or do.” Kimberly says, and he nods. “What you say particularly to Alfred and what you do, particularly to my beautiful daughter.”
“Yeah, with great blossoms.” George chuckles but the smile leaves his lips when he notices the sudden change in Kimberly’s look.
“What did you say?” She squints her eyes, and knits her brows.
“Can we eat, ma? Screw that.” He winks at her and she stares at another direction. Few gazes at the direction already and the sudden remembrance that Alfred is down there, she drags Kellie with her, downstairs.
“George, join us on time.” Kellie says, her voice breaking because of the fast movement her mum is moving her with. As though she’s a seer, she sees Alfred dropping an object immediately they approach the dining room – it’s one of the fried potatoes. The hotness of the fried potato sticks to his tongue and sears his throat, as he pretends to hiccup. He clears his throat multiple time as he brushes past Kellie and her mother. Kimberly drags him back and gives him a knock on his head. As Alfred wants to retort, Kellie holds her mother since she’s about to fall.
“He’s just a mere wolf. He can’t win us.” Kellie spits at Alfred and Alfred rolls his eyes at her, leaving the dining room and heading upstairs.
“Mum, sit.” Kellie lets Kimberly sit but she soon stands up and starts to follow her. “I said, sit! Shit!” She retires to the seat, and buries her head on the table.
“Hey Man. Come back downstairs.” Kellie tells Alfred but he doesn’t say a word. She keeps following him up the stairs, expecting his response and if she doesn’t get one, brush past his room and invite George instead. As soon as Alfred steps at his doorstep (his room is the first you’ll get to after climbing up the stairs), he carries Kellie up and sends her to his bed in his room.
“No! Help me!!” Kellie yells on top of her voice before Alfred locks the door.
“This is all planned.” Alfred says, eerily. “Soundproof has been installed in this room.” He points to the different corners of the room.
“So, what do you want from me?” Kellie asks, springing up from his bed. “Let me out of this room.”
“No.” Alfred clips. “When I’m done with you, you’ll understand. I’ll see if you’re be rejected by George or not.” He laughs evilly and unbuckles his belt.
*
George comes out of his room and heads downstairs, clad in shorts. He waves at Kimberly who is just waking up.
“Where’s Kellie?” He asks her, and she points at the staircases.
“No.” He says, and Kimberly wakes up fully.
“What do you mean by no?” She says, springing up from the chair and leaving a pull effect on it. “She went to your room.”
“No, she didn’t come.” George says. “Check Alfred’s room! I hope it’s not what I’m thinking.”
Kimberly and George soon climb up the stairs as they knock hard on Alfred’s door but nothing is heard and no one responds. George half shifts and hits the door with his right leg. And as he does, the door jerks open and falls flat to the ground. Alfred is not any clothes, he quickly wears a boxer and tucks his machine in after stroking it to George’s and Kimberly’s disgust. Then, he jumps off from the window. Luckily, he lands at the backyard and not outside the pack house. Kellie is seen sobbing but she’s fully dressed.
“What’s wrong? Kellie!” George calls out, and as he approaches her, she chuckles and starts to laugh out loud.
“Kellie?” Kimberly seems confused. “Going bananas?”
“Why would I go bananas? I just damaged one of Alfred’s eyes, that was why I sobbed a bit but for you not to think of another thing, I started laughing.”
“Kellie.” George shuts his eyes and calls her. “We are not fools. Are you sure he wasn’t able to do it?”
“He wasn’t.” She shrugs.
“Go to the bathroom and confirm that.” Kimberly suggests. Kellie stands up, walks out on them and heads straight to her room. Before opening her door, she yells, “Mum, be right here.” Then she jerks her door open and goes straight to her bathroom – she meets the visitor lurking around the corners of her room and bathroom, those are spiders and cobwebs.
Then, she undresses her top and trousers. As though she wanna bathe, she crosses her fingers and waits for her mother to confirm what they need to confirm. Then, a gentle knock comes on the door, Kellie opens the door without hesitation and then, George barges in.
“Oh, no!” She bends down, and places her hands on wherever she can cover until she grabs three sponges and ties it across some parts of her body.
“Hold On…” George chuckles, sending suggestive looks at her half naked body. “… are you shy?”
“George, I never did it. Are you the one to confirm?”
“Is Kimberly your mate?”
“No but…”
“But?”
“At least…” She breaks down to laughing. “… I must be marked first. I must complete my high school grades and whatnot.”
“Well…” George says and moves out of the bath room. Since she’s squatting beside the door, George curves his hands to scoop his desired figures but he only scoops her jaw as Kellie kicks him out.
Then, there’s a knock on the door. It seems like an official knock, Kellie quickly puts a good cloth on while George walks downstairs. Kimberly tosses her shirt, and sighs as the food grows cold. Kimberly moves to the sofa and sits. George soon comes running with Kellie scurrying her feet behind him. Then, the three of them sit and are dressed decently.
Kimberly wobbles to the door, and jerks it open. Two Alphas are right at the doorpost. Alpha Martin and Alpha Festus.
“We don’t need to sit.” Alpha Festus says, and Alfred creeps into the dining room and crawls into his room. Just done absolutely without notice.
Alpha Martin sighs, and speaks up, “Let him have Alfred.”
“No.” George opposes and bows to Alpha Martin. Alpha Festus responds to his greetings instead and he rolls his eyes at him.
“I was greeting our Alpha.” He tells Festus. “And you can’t have Alfred, he would be forever here with us in this pack.”
“It’s the audacity for me.” Festus says.
“You shouldn’t disrespect an Alpha of a pack all the way from America.” Martin corrects.
“An Alpha that can’t shift.” George scoffs, and Festus grins.
“That’s not the point. Hand over Alfred to me or you won’t like it.” He repeats, and then Charles approaches. “You should not annoy me or else.”
“Or else what?” George derides. “One being one shouldn’t annoy most is the elf being. The next are complete Alphas.”
“What’s up, guys?” Charles says, seeing them gathered around the doorpost.
“Let’s discuss inside.” Kellie says from inside and they all get in while Festus leans his back on the door.
“That is one of the things I’m trying to say.” George says after all are seated and Alfred eavesdrop from where the sheets Kellie hid from the other day. “He’s afraid lest we shift and beat him up.”
“Do you know him?” Martin asks.
“Yes, sure.” George retorts, rolling his eyes at Alpha Festus.
“He barged into my room and claimed he has his Beta in our pack. He claimed to return here and annihilate our pack if we don’t release his Beta.”
“I retrieved the white wolf power from his Beta and i don’t want him to go ’cause I’ll be monitored since I’m part of him.” George whispers into Martin’s ears when he doesn’t seem to understand.
“But, how do you know him?” Martin says out loud.
“He’s the one that bound me with chains and didn’t let me go get Kellie and get mated to her.” George says.
“I’m going to tie you up again and dump Kellie in the ocean.” Festus shrieks. Kimberly & Charles sigh as they cuddle up against Kellie.
“No! I’ll tie you up instead.” Elf Jane, whom Festus owes $40000 enters the sitting room with her power while Festus shudders, still leaning his back on the door.
