Alpha Festus looks confused while George smirks, giving her the chills.
“As you have heard her, Alpha, we are returning to our pack house. Thank you.” George says, helping Kellie up.
“Just right now? Abruptly?” Festus asks, bemusedly.
“Yeah, right now. The elf has given us some tips.” George says, pecking Kellie on her forehead. “Thank you for caring!”
Then, they head out of the room and go straight to the main gate. Some warriors wave at him and Kellie as they both go through the main gate to return to their pack.
“Kellie, I love you with every fibre in my being.” George rubs her lips and she pouts, staring into his baby eyes.
“Where are we heading to?” She asks, in her sweet feminine voice. “… where do you know here?”
“Don’t you think we should ask the Alpha before we move so we won’t get lost again?” She adds. Greg nods, and places his right palm on her chest.
“Calm down. Don’t let your heart beat increase. We are going to meet mom and dad now. We don’t need Alpha Festus.” Greg says, and shifts into his wolf as he ties Kellie to his back. Then poof, he zooms as though he’s disappearing into the thin air.
Pall (Greg’s wolf) keeps moving with his great agility and speed until he suddenly lands on a mountain. There, he drops Kellie and shifts back into his human form.
“Oh no, must I peer at your naked…” Kellie scoffs but notices he’s still on his clothes.
“I’m a white big wolf. That’s one of our advantages.” Greg says, and goes on top of Kellie. He kisses her forehead down to her chin, and then he goes up again.
“Kellie…” he calls her after noticing she’s dozed off. “… Kellie!”
The “Kellie!” he called while she slid into the dungeon comes back to Kellie’s memory and she jerks awake, staring at George.
“George, what is it?” She asks and stands up. She yawns, and covers her mouth.
“Not yet at the pack?” She says. “I wanna see momma.”
She pouts her lips, meaning “go-ahead. Do more.” to George. He moves towards her and hugs her again, then he starts to munch her lips and they kissed till dawn.

“Hey, do you copy?” This is the fifteenth time the voice will be speaking.
“Hey, I copy. Yeah, George’s here.” George replies in his mind link immediately, staring at Kellie whose head is resting on his thighs.
“We are sending the warriors now. Be cool, okay?” Kimberly tells him through his mind link but he only scoffs.
“Don’t bother.”
“What!!!” Charles exclaims in the mind link.
“Don’t send them yet. Don’t dispatch them either.” He says. “I’m not confusing you, you’ll be aware of the situation soon.”
Then, he cuts the mind link and arranges Kellie’s hair into a bun. Then, Kellie wakes up. She asks for a hug and George gives it to her immediately.
“Mom called just now.” He tells her.
“Oh.” She exclaims. “You’re with a gadget?”
“No. Not at all.”
“Then how? What?”
“Guess.” George says, and tickles her armpits.
“Maybe…” she stifles giggles and holds her navel with her palms. “… Maybe through the mind link.”
“Yeah, right! You got it. Let’s keep moving. I want to surprise the pack with you.” He says, and helps her down the mountain as they head straight to the pack. They finally get to the fighting area after minutes of walking.
“Hello, Hello, Hello.” George breathes in the air around the pack house and fixes his gazes up at the sky.
“This is where I stood so as to jump down to the wasteland.” George says, and points up. Kellie doesn’t believe so she doesn’t say a word.
“It’s so glad and sweet to have you here, Kellie. Let me try mind linking Mum and Dad. I wanna play along with them.” George chuckles, softly.
“Sure, that’d be fun.” Kellie stifles giggles as they dodge till they crawl into the hut.
“Good morning, Kimberly.” Greg connects her in her mind link but another person picks it up, and no other one can, aside Charles.
“Hey, Greg! Good morning. How are you?” He replies in the mind link.
“Come to the backyard of your house now.” Greg says in a masculine tone.
“What… What is wrong?” He retorts in a rather blank voice.
“Just have a look from your window. Just peep at the hut beside the bricks you sat on during the course of fighting.”
“Oh okay…” He stutters, and Kimberly jerks awake. It’s 7:30am, she yawns with her right palm covering the release decently. “I can’t see anything.”
Then, George and Kellie move out of the hut, and wave at Charles. Though it’s a bit distant, he can still see them clearly through his wolf and the power of mind link.
“Oh oh, geez!” He grins and exclaims on sighting the two of them. “Is this… Is this? I don’t understand.” Kimberly rolls in bed but he pecks her chin and lulls her to have some more sleep. Then, he peers at the hut and sees Kellie clearly smiling and pouting and waving to her father.
“Oh my…. Oh my…” He says, after detaching from Kimberly’s mind link, and now he’s both seeing and speaking in his human self.
“My daughter!” Tears roll down his eyes but still, he hasn’t believed. He mind links George in his personal mind link, as he creaks the door open. Kimberly keeps snoring as time goes on. Charles saunters down the staircases, and with his feet scurrying but yet making light thuds, he scoots over to the back yard, without remembering to shut the door. Alfred is still in his room, snoring. Remember he was taken in by both Charles and Kimberly.
“Hey George. I’m right here at the back yard. Can you appear here?” He mind links him but gets no response, thinking George doesn’t hear him or there’s a failure in the mind connection. But suddenly, two objects jump down from the fence shielding the backyard up to Charles’ abode then inner into the pack.
“Whaatt…” Charles couldn’t believe his eyes still though Kellie is right in front of him.
“What, Dad?” Kellie chuckles. “It’s me.”
Charles proceeds to a tight and dearly hug, and he starts to sob. “Kellie, what happened to you?”
George inhales, and walks into his house.
“Hey careful. I don’t want to wake Kimberly up.” He whispers to George as he’s barging inside his house.
“Kellie!!” Charles says again. “I can’t believe you are here. Am I seeing your ghost?”
“Dad, we will talk, okay?” Kellie smiles widely, too shocked to believe she’s with her loved ones now. They both creep inside the house, shutting the door behind them.
“Here, my room.” He cuddles Kellie into his personal room, and shuts the door behind him but George enters real quick.
“That’s creepy, George.” Kellie comments, and they all chuckle.
“Kellie…” Charles says. “We were about disbursing warriors to barge into the Wasteland and save you both. It was George who….”
“Let us chill before any questions.” George says, his face brightening with smiles. “Can we go over to meet Kimberly now?”
“No.” Charles says, and gulps, still holding onto Kellie. “Let my sweet baby remain here; we will invite Kimberly to my room and tell her to just come check some frames we made.”
“But you should go alone.” Kellie tells Charles. “I can’t wait to see my sweet mom.”
“If only she was recorded while she travailed, looking for who to help her get to the Wasteland.” Charles says. “Then you would feel bad to approach her.”
Noticing her countenance changing, he kisses her forehead. “I don’t mean to make my baby frown.” He tickles her armpits and she giggles, her face becoming more beautiful. Charles kisses her again, and George hiccups and sighs out of frustration.
“Will you go bring her mother?” He sighs.
“George, it’s Dad.” Kellie chuckles and hugs George. “It’s Dad. Okay?”
George feigns tears, and he sniffles, “You are mine. Only mine, huh?”
Charles scoffs and smirks as he creaks the door open. “I’m gonna bring her now. Just make sure you tuck yourself inside the sheets.”
“Where is that, Dad?” Kellie asks, detaching her lips slowly from George.
Charles sighs, halfway outside and halfway inside, holding onto the doorknob. “You have really been out for a week. But a damn week doesn’t mean you should forget sheets are right inside the bath room!” He slightly yells at her but chuckles at his quavering voice. He’s too shocked to believe hence he doesn’t really seem surprised. He walks carefully to the joint room (his and Kimberly’s), as he creaks the door open. He sees Kimberly sitting up in bed, and yawning.
“Kimberly, careful.” He catches up with her, and holds her back to the bed so she doesn’t fall.
“You seem excited this morning. Did George mind link?” She asks. “Huh?”
Getting no response, she starts to smile as well, even without knowing why Charles is smiling. His smile is infectious.
“Ain’t I a lunatic now?” Kimberly asks, and Charles nods. “Well, you’re making me seem like one.”
“Well, it’s nothing.” Charles clears his throat, and 8am ticks. “I’m glad the warriors would be disbanded in the next hour to the Wasteland.”
Kimberly sighs. “I hope so too. I miss my baby.” She cuddles herself with the pillows, and walks up into the bath room.
“Be quick.” Charles whistles. “I’ve got you some frames.”
“Oh!! I would love to see them. Really?” She remarks, doing her best to be done with the daily purging.
