He turned off the gas and picked me up like an object and dropped me carefully on the chair.
He sighed nervously and pocket his hands. “it’s fine if you don’t want to say it now, I understand”I held his face calmly but he only smiled.
“I wanted to, But I don’t know how you’re gonna take this”
“Just say it”I pressured and he nodded.
“My mom was a whore, Stripper, prostitutes, She drugged depressed men that comes to the club, Fuck them, Rip them and run away with their money, Enea’s Dad happened to fall in her traps, He was depressed, He nearly gave up on life then because his newly born baby then was born with permanent deafness, She won’t be able to hear or speak for the rest of her life, And in the Mafia, Their daughters are meant to be their pride, They show them off to the world but for a well known Italian Mafia like Romano, It’s hard for him to let the baby live, His wife almost ran mad then, He visited a club and happened to fell in my mom’s trap, They had stuffs but my mom being a desperate bitch, She decided to use that opportunity to continue extorting money from Romano, Until she got pregnant, He begged her not to let his wife know about this, But my mom wants the attention to herself, She barged into his mansion and said to Enea’s mom face that she was pregnant for her beloved Husband, It wasn’t easy then, She just gave birth, postpartum depression, Her daughter illness and all that, She started falling sick but tried to remain strong for her kids, Romano started ignoring her, He felt guilty for putting her into the situation, And Mafia men doesn’t like to show their women affection or should I say Romano is just a Cold hearted bas*tard?”He joked but I wasn’t smiling.
I started reminiscing what Enea went through in the hands of his mom, She really suffered, The fact that she died after all the struggles isn’t a good news, Not only her but her dead daughter, According to what I heard, She was their joy then, The reasons why Enea’s mom had a reason to smile.
They loved her so much and showed her affection during the short time she spent on earth, I can say she live a fufilled life with the best family on her side.
“After that, My mom didn’t stop, She felt like she wasn’t getting the whole attention to herself, She started looking for all ways to clear them out of the way, They had a car accident, None of the survived, Expect Enea, And the dude has been living in regreted ever since, No matter how much I tried showing to Enea that I’m not like my mom, He won’t give me a chance, he still nursed that hatred at me”
“Then why trying so hard to impress your dad when he’s not worth it?, I heard he treated Enea like trash before he ran away?”
“Yes, But do I have a choice?, I gave up on Enea long time ago, He’s not healing, Until the time I became closer with my Dad, Romano and found out that those two were long dead emotionally, They don’t give a fu*ck anymore, Enea isn’t happy, He’s just trying to be”
“I must have hurt him so much”I sobbed and he nodded.
“Yeah, he took you as a sister but you betrayed him, Why did you do that too?”He asked, I took in a deep breath and jumped down the cabinet.
“I will be in the room”I stuttered holding the hem of my skirt and tried walking away but he pulled me back.
He held my shoulder and made me face him squarely. “You need to tell Mr everything that happened, I promise not to judge you”
“Fine, Batista threatened me, okay?, He said he’s gonna ki*ll my mom, I found out later that my mom actually sold me to Enea, I was trying to protect her not knowing she discarded me like a piece of trash a long time ago”I scoffed and he sigh.
“It’s fine, I know the feeling, You don’t have to blame yourself too much, He will surely come around”
“Thank you”I hugged him tightly and inhaled his cologne. He smells so good.
ALESSIA POV
“Seems she’s not getting better, Constant headaches, I will take her to the hospital tomorrow”
“That’s better”Enea agreed, I picked my bag and turned to them.
“I’m sorry I have to go, I need to get some work done in my hostel, I have a class tomorrow”
“Sure, you can”Tyler said softly and I nodded before leaving the house.
“You’re going like that?”Enea questioned, I held the knob nervously.
“You want something?”I asked uneasily and he walked up to me.
“Really?”He grabbed my chin and gave me a snoggy kiss which took my whole breath away.
“I will drop you off”He offered, my lips broke into a smile and watched him rush to pick his car keys.
After returning with it, We both walked out of the house and hopped into the car.
We branched at the jewelry and dress store, He got some clothes, bags, Shoes and human hair for me, they were all so pretty and expensive.
“Thank you”I whispered with tears laced in my ears and he chuckled.
“You can thank me later in the bed”He whispered sexily in my ears and I flinched back.
“You had me through out the night”I punched his chest and realized the attendant was watching us all these while.

I moved away from him immediately and smiled uneasily.
“The money has been deducted sir, Have a nice weekend”
“Thank you”He winked before leading me to the car.
Getting to the hostel, I dropped few meters away from my room, He stepped down and kissed me again.
“I will miss you”He pouted and I chuckled.
“Me too, I should be back in the mansion by Thursday”
“What?!, Thursday?, I won’t be having you for almost a week?”He said, enraged and I nodded.
“We can face time sometimes”
“Ew, I don’t like it”He grimaced.
“Whatever, Bye”I pecked him before running into the house, Surprisingly, I met Nancy inside the house, Smoking as usual.
She hasn’t been sleeping in the hostel for the past two weeks, I wondered where she went too, We didn’t talk after the urgent call last week which made me mervoud as hell right now.
“Hey”I greeted uneasily and proceed to walk to my bed but she stopped me.
