“No!” Jess screamed hysterically. Elfara lowered her hands, then turned around, lifting her feet from the eerie room. The girl returned to her room, staring hatefully at her own family portrait.
“This is all so unfair! Daddy, I miss you so much. Just be with me for a while. Mommy never wanted me. I can’t live in a broken family.” Elfara wiped the tears that fell down her cheeks as she placed the photo frame on the table.
The wind blows into the ears. It was a bit strange, but Elfara ignored it. One step towards the door, an audio rang out. Elfara’s eyes rolled. She found the speaker on the upper wall of the room.
“Qul ‘audzu birobbil falaq ….”
“What spell is this?” Elfara staggered and decided to get out. However, as it turned out, the foreign language audio that she called the spell was heard throughout the room.
“Mommy! Mommy!” Elfara shouted towards Jess’ room.
“Mommy! Can you turn off the audio in my room? My head hurts so bad. I need some rest!” Elfara shouted at Jess’ door.
Jess’ door was still open, Elfara was surprised to see Jess crying. At that time, Elfara felt the pain in her head getting worse. She couldn’t ask her mother. Elfara really needed some rest in a quiet place, so she decided to go to the kitchen to get a drink. Half the glass of water that has been drunk spilled. Next, Elfara felt her body temperature rise.
“Argh! Somebody, please! Stop that tape. My head feels like it’s going to explode.” Elfara pleaded. However, her voice sounded very low. In times like these, there is no one to turn to for help. Dunno where the house assistant hired by Dev went. The high fever made Elfara’s skin red. The girl looked helpless.
Elfara sat on the floor. She no longer clamored for help. The girl coughed while holding her neck. Like something is stuck in the throat. Ten minutes long and that’s a pretty torturous time. The verses that echoed throughout the room seemed to squeeze her head.
Before long, the atmosphere became strange. All utensils made of glass shattered for no reason. A mysterious explosion added to the noise. Elfara groaned loudly. A moment later, black blood gushed from her mouth. Nonetheless, she was still able to maintain her consciousness.
“Elfara!” A mysterious voice echoed. The girl started to panic.
“Mommy, are you kidding me?”
“Elfara, you will pay for it!”
“Elfara!”
“Elfara!”
“Argh!” Elfara covered her ears.
“Who are you?” Someone she couldn’t see was clawing at her face. Elfara held her cheek. The clinging blood made her hands tremble.
The atmosphere is still boisterous by the audio that keeps on repeating and the tools lying around. The magical scream was heard again, but louder. At the same time, Elfara felt someone hit her very hard. Elfara fainted.
Meanwhile, Jess came out of the room. Her eyes looked around anxiously. She cared for nothing, except something that frightened her. In fact, she didn’t care about Elfara. The strange atmosphere in the house pushed her steps into the yard.
Jess thought the outside would improve her mood. However, reality says otherwise. In fact, beyond expectation. Jess swallowed. Her eyes were covered in sweat. Jess sighed. The green courtyard of the house suddenly filled with fire.
“Jessy!” A magical voice called out to her. Jess gasped. She couldn’t walk in the fire.
“Go!” shouted Jess. Black smoke suddenly approached her. She had no other choice, but to run through the fire.
“Don’t bother me! Go!” Jess stumbled and her feet burned. However, the black smoke continued to chase her. It didn’t matter what Jess was in. The woman walked backwards from exhaustion. She didn’t realize that she was by the lake.
“Jessy!” The smoke cornered Jess even more. Getting closer and in the end ….
Byur!
Jess fell into the lake. Mystical powers shackled her from the water. Jess couldn’t swim to save herself.
The incident was beyond reason, no neighbors witnessed it because the house was located in a place far from the hustle and bustle. From above the sky, Dev who is still in her dragon form begins to realize the chaos on earth.
“What have I done?” Dev starts to regret her stupid act.
“Mommy, Elfara.” In fact, she just remembered the two women in her heart.
As Dev’s anger begins to subside, she flies off. Looking for the right place to restore her form even though she doesn’t know how. While crossing Guara, Dev’s magical eye sees a group of silver-masked men harassing Mehmet.
“Get out of the way! We don’t have what you’re looking for.” Mehmet said in a high tone.
The masked men surrounded Mehmet’s car, then some of them attacked while the others took Michele who was still unconscious in the car seat.
Armed with the self-defense ability he got from the forest a long time ago, Mehmet managed to fend off the opponent’s attack. However, their greater number overwhelmed the bearded man.
Opponents use this opportunity to quickly knock out Mehmet. One of them throws hard water in Mehmet’s face. At that moment, Mehmet rolled his eyes. He felt excruciating pain on his face.
“Allah is the Greatest!” shouted Mehmet.
The criminals were grinning behind the masks. One of them pulled out a gun. The muzzle of the deadly weapon was pointed at Mehmet’s feet. With just one press, the Raging Bull with a power of up to 2700 Joules would crush Mehmet’s leg bones.
Just as the bullet is released, Dev grabs Mehmet and takes him at 32000 feet (ca. 10 km). Dev takes the unconscious man to Erhan’s residence, in front of Erhan’s private church that Nick made for Jess. Dev is shocked to find most of their green yard turned to ash. However, that was not the focus at the time. Her demon eyes saw other creatures roaming there. Dev approaches the lake growling furiously.
The demon that Dev was aiming for immediately realized. The creature in the form of a woman shaded by black smoke stabs Dev with an angry look. As they stared into each other’s eyes, the magic that bound Jess was released. The woman sank to the bottom of the water.
“I killed anyone who protected my client’s enemies.” It was such a sweet little girl’s voice, but the words sounded so sinister.
“She has the same smell as the little demon that always terrorizes me. Is this her true form?” Dev murmurs in heart.
“You were the one all along ….” Dev stifled the next word. She was a little surprised that her speech ability could be used even in her dragon form.
“No! Nobody should know that I’m Dev!” She said again in her heart.
Water bubbles suddenly distract Dev. Dev casts her gaze on the lake. The sharpness of her eyes can see anything in the depths of the water. There was turmoil bubbling in her heart. Dev knows what she has to do after this.
