“Well… sort of,” I answered.
Looking into her eyes, I thought she deserved a clearer explanation.
“Tannu, you’re my ideal kind. I love you. An wonderful lady like you deserves everyone’s affection,”
Tannu laughed and asked about my history.
“I’m the son of Blue Ridge pack’s Alpha,” I informed her.
She said, “What are you doing here?”
I met Daina and Dason, where we underwent elite werewolf training. Daina needed my aid with an assignment, so I tagged along.
Tannu’s amazed gaze surprised me.
“Dason, that’s awesome. I’ve heard of the Rosryal training ground. Only the strongest werewolves may join, right? I won’t have a chance.”
Tannu was so excited that she asked me many questions about the training site, which I gladly answered.
I’d never chatted so much with a she-wolf before. After supper, we regrettably parted ways.
As I said goodbye and watched her go away, I smiled again.
Daina’s POV:
As we went in the Moonlight Pack, most werewolves on the street were w in a hurry, and laughing was unusual.
Adults with children protected them while shopping and kept a close eye on them, as though something horrible may happen.
The street appeared dark and dreary to the untrained eye.
The werewolves had strained, unpleasant lives.
“Yes. It used to be alive, but now I scarcely recognize it,” I sighed.
My parents met here.
“This is a renowned site. Couples come here to toss money into the pool. If the penny enters , the two will be together forever,” I remarked, pointing t wishing pool.
Dason glowed.
he took my uncle to the wishing pool immediately.
I laughed and shook my head before finding a spot to wait.
I overheard two werewolves talking hysterically.
“Why did our Alpha establish this rule?”
“This isn’t the first time he’s done this. He’s been dubbed a tyrant for years.
I strained to hear what they were saying, but the speaker was cut off.
Most Moonlight Pack werewolves disliked Eden.
No one complained about Eden’s tough reign.
No surprise the mood was gloomy.
I’d topple him eventually.
I might revenge my father and help my distressed clansmen.
I decided with clinched fists.
Dason and Allen returned.
I knew my uncle had tossed a coin .
Despite their evident affection, they seek to show it externally.
I took my uncle to the woodland where we played as kids to help him remember.
My uncle’s childhood desire was to be a knight and defend his village and she-wolf, I told Dason.
Dason grins wider.
I’m confident he’ll achieve his objective and look forward to his future protection.
Allen hurried to cover his flush.
Dason started asking me about Allen’s youth, and I answered all of them.
Dason exclaimed how adorable Allen was as a child.
I was amazed to see my frigid uncle light up after Dason’s coffee.
“From a young age, my uncle and I were taught to ride horses and shoot arrows. They also made us learn and practice attack and defense skills. why That’s my uncle and I survived when we fled the Moonlight Pack,” I said, gazing wistfully into the distance.
I missed the past and my folks.
We arrived in the woodland where my uncle and I fled years ago.
Uncle’s face paled.
Allen:
Daina brought back a lot of childhood memories. Listening to her speak, I felt quite familiar.
When she recalled, I felt grieved but didn’t know why. I couldn’t remember their faces, but I felt a feeling of loss.
I had trouble breathing as we strolled through the woodland.
I wanted to flee subconsciously.
My skull ached from memory fragments.
I doubled over and groused.
Dason and Daina worriedly questioned, “What’s wrong with you?”
My skull shattered.
I saw a horrific murder scene and two youngsters running hand-in-hand into the forest.
I couldn’t tell whether the woodland in front of me was real or my mind’s horrific visions.
Dason and Daina helped me rest against a tree, where I slowly recovered.
Daina asked Allen whether he’d recalled anything.
My forehead was drenched. I told her what I’d seen after wiping it.
Daina was quiet before laughing.
“The murder scene you remember is the scene of father’s murder. Eden murdered him in cold blood to seize his position. In the chaos, you and I escaped and ran wildly through this forest. We were just children, but thanks to our parents’ training, we were well-equipped for the situation. We managed to get rid of the werewolves who tried to hunt us down. But we lost each other while fleeing.”
“Have you recalled anything else?”
“Not yet,” I cried.
Why did I forget? I wish I could remember everything at once.
I promised my niece, Daina, that I would protect her.
“Allen, I overheard several werewolves complaining. Everyone in our community is suffering under Edenr’s rule. We must make him pay for what he’s done.”
“Bastard!”
In a rage, I hit a tree, causing blood to pour from my knuckles. I had just remembered my brother’s death minutes before.
“Don’t worry, Allen. As long as we work together, we can take down Eden and avenge our family,”
Dason said, “And me. We’re family now.”
Rona’s POV:
I woke up in Oku’s bed with a sore temple.
I became red as a tomato as I remembered of the night before.
Oku’s manner of making love is insane. Oku was just a sex partner, I told myself.
I needed to return to Haris’s log home quickly, per Stephan Buther.
My aching body fought to get out of bed. I picked up my clothing off the floor and put them on.
Ouch! Oku wasn’t gentle with me. He devoured me last night like a ravenous wolf. To keep my plan secret, I traveled alone to the wilderness.
Haris informed me Stephan Buther was sleeping.
Stephan Buther was asleep when I entered the log cabin.
I whispered to Haris, “How’d it go?”
“I temporarily sealed up his memory and sense of scent so he won’t recall his mate when he wakes up.”
“Why temporarily? Can he restore his memories?” I asked.
