A strange light flashed under Hendrix’s eyes, and with the referee’s command, he withdrew his gaze and got into the car.
The countdown to the race began on the big screen, and the referee was ready to blow the whistle and raise the flag.
Aubree nervously looked at the black and white car on the field, she was nervous to the point of not being able to breathe. This was her first time watching this exciting type of race, moreover Hendrix was also competing in it. Her expression slowly solidified and she unconsciously stood up.
The duration of the race was very short, but watching cars speeding one after another, especially seeing Hendrix’s car was almost knocked over several times, it was clear that Aubree was worried and nervous.

Aubree let out a sigh of relief and was ready to sit down but she was pushed from behind, she turned around and realized it was Pippa.

She did not know which door to go out through, so she picked a door at random and walked in only to find out that she was lost.
Aubree looked around and found the sign for the fast track, and as she was just about to leave, she heard a group of people walking behind her talking and laughing.
“Who are you? How did you get over here?” A man opened his mouth and called out to Aubree.
She turned around awkwardly, but as she was about to apologized saying that she got lose, she met with a pair of eyes that she wanted to avoid so badly.
Hendrix was in the middle of the group. He was still smiling at first, but when he saw Aubree, his smile disappeared and his expression was inscrutable.
“Yo, whose girlfriend is this? It is yours? Or yours?” The man asked several people and they all shook their heads.
The man laughed and then he looked at Hendrix, “It couldn’t be yours, right?”
“I just … got lost, sorry, I’ll leave soon.” Hendrix just won the first place, he must be very happy, she did not want to remind Hendrix of his unpleasant past because of her.
The man saw that everyone did not know who Aubree, his eyes immediately became sly and stepped forward to block Aubree’s path.
“Hey, I forgot, this is my girlfriend!”
Aubree’s nerves jerked tightly and she subconsciously was about to dodge him but her path was blocked again.
“I don’t know you!” Aubree wrinkled her eyebrows and peeked at Hendrix, she actually had a trace of hope, hoping that Hendrix can help her out.
However, Hendrix’s right hand was in his pocket while his left hand was carrying the medal that he won, his expression was disdainful, and he even had the intention of watching the scene in front of him.
The expectation in Aubree’s eyes disappeared, she felt really ridiculous, Hendrix already hated her, so how could he possibly stand up for her like he did in the past.
