Caught

Book:Pregnant For The Twin Alphas Published:2024-6-4

Harley’s POV
I am willing to escape from the pack cell no matter the gravity of the chains I’ve been tied up with even in the pack cell. I still have a gun in my pocket and I’m smart to have hid that from them all the way from the center of the pack to the pack cell. A few of my fellow prisoners here mock me to stupor as they claim I’m the pack’s slut yet I have been rejected again and chained so as to not to know who the new slut is.
I am tempted to fire at them but I don’t want anyone to be aware of the weapon with me yet, I baldy want to loose this rope and find a means of escape before thinking of retailiating but after the mockery lasts for hours, up to six, I loosen the rope with my teeth. My wolf is aggressive now. It seems Dominic’s power does drop into my wolf’s power each time he thrusts his dick inside my ass. Because the aggression my wolf has been displaying of recent is astonishing, resembling the qualities of an Alpha.
After I loosen the rope, I ensure I am not seen as I crawl to another corner of the room. They claim I’ve struggled to roll to another place that’s got more ventilation as their words were suffocating me. I strap the gun to my finger as I slowly open the little window. But it’s got a very strong frame and the walls are made of concrete. I think about the door but it’s locked with a big padlock. Should I try firing at the frame or the padlock? When they hear gunshot, would they be faster to get to the window or the door? Will I be able to escape through the window when I fire once?
These questions mesmerize me as I recline my back to the wall, waiting for my wolf to give me an advise. I have learnt another thing about my wolf. It only speaks up when I ask it to. It only heals me when I asks it to. There might be some occasion where you won’t want your wolf to heal you so as to act dead.
I can see the warden moving around and checking up on all prisoners in their cells. As he almost gets to my side, I stay by the gate, wanting to scare him with the fact that I’ve loosened the chians I was bound with.
He suddenly straps his gun to his finger as he fires immediately he sees me standing. I evade the attack, stooping low right before he pulls the trigger. He unlocks the door and kicks me to the centre of the cell as he gets in.
“Release any weapon with you!” He orders as he threatens to fire at my skull if I give him a hard time. My werewolf suddenly contacts me after I trigger it for a suggestion at this time. She informs me that she’s got an escape mechanism and would display it soon, reason for my being calm in the face of death.
Suddenly, I roll around the circle as I kick him to the ground. His head heavily hits the ground as his skull splatters to the ground, soaked in his blood. I retrieve his gun and strap it to myself. Other prisoners are shocked to hear some strange sound from my cell but they can’t pinpoint what was truly going on.
As I move out of the cell, I locate the wolves that were mocking me earlier. I get to a cell and there are five of them there. My wolf confirms that four of them mocked me but she doesn’t state who those four are. I point the gun and fire before they scream and call for attention unnecessarily. They all drop dead as I hide one of the guns and run towards the back of the pack cell. I am becoming a professional at this but it isn’t my fault anyways. I assume all the prisoners except for me and one particular dude at the upper left cell are mere humans, pure blood.
As I get to the back of the pack cell, I can see skulls on the ground like though some were occasionally killed and buried there to perform some rituals. I hold my nose to block the foul odor from the stench bodies of the victims. I then realize there’s a deadend here and I might not make it out of the pack cell if I try to pass the normal way. But I creep back as I don’t have any other option than to comply with one chance way.
I sight domini furiously walking inside my room in the pack cell but I hide at a corner, watching his next action. I suddenly sight up to five wolves being instructed to come towards my direction as Dominic claims he’s certain I must have sneaked to the back of the pack since I didn’t come towards the main gateway after running away from the cell and killing the warden.
I slowly sneak inside one empty room in the pack cell as I hide at a corner so I won’t be sighted when they pass me by. I order my wolf to mask our scent as I hide inside the room. It isn’t locked actually and I suppose wolves haven’t occupied there yet.
“We couldn’t find her, sir!” They claim as I hear gunshot firing right beside the room I am.
I don’t hear the men’s voices any longer. Only the growls of a werewolf and finally the angry voice of Dominic, trying to control himself so he doesn’t get to fire at everyone in the pack.
Anyone who would track me down successfully must understand this work better than myself. I begin to think this pack would be a military one. I peep at the hallway, waiting for him to take a step and run out of here but I don’t hear a sound anymore as I assume he’s gone. Anyway, Dominic isn’t so cool to remain calm when he’s angry.
I enjoin my wolf to accompany me as I slowly sneak out of the cell just to see him standing right in front of me, anger written all over his face, guns strapped to the fingers of his two hands.
