Chapter 338 Only I Can Penetrate You

Book:My Husband Hates Me Published:2024-5-1

“Not only am I telling you that I love you, I’m also telling you that I want to make love to you.”
Credence turned and stared at Dorothy’s lips which were still red after being kissed by Juelz. A trace of pain flashed in his eyes.
He subconsciously licked his lips, and suppressed the dizziness that was threatening to wash over him. He stared at her, his voice hoarse. “Of course, you’re my wife, so even if you reject my request to make love, I won’t go after anyone else.”
Every word he said was like a small stone being thrown into Dorothy’s heart. It caused ripples that were sweeter than honey.
She looked back at him in a daze. Her slender fingers clenched and loosened a few times.
She couldn’t hold back her smile, and she finally felt like she was on solid ground.
Although he had harmed her greatly and made her suffer a lot in the past, and even though the pain and suffering she felt was still deeply engraved in her heart and could not be erased for a long time, she found it impossible to reject his sincerity.
In the past, she’d yearned for his love. Now that he was handing it over with both hands, how could she possibly reject him?
If that was the case, then so be it! She’d let bygones be bygones, and they’d spend the rest of their lives happily together.
Dorothy didn’t want to admit that her anger had faded after Credence’s sweet talk.
Hence, she pretended to still be upset and glared at him. “I haven’t decided to forgive you yet, and I’ll only make a decision after Juelz is fully recovered. Also, I’m going to visit him every day, and you’re not allowed to stop me.”
What Dorothy did not know was that when she pretended to be in a bad mood, she pouted her lips and her eyes were still charming and alluring. Credence had a reaction from seeing her like that.
Credence gulped, and his Adam’s apple moved in a sexy way. He then said in a hoarse voice, “Okay, whatever you say. I will listen to you.”
Dorothy looked at him, her emotions mixed up. She didn’t say anything, but she didn’t believe a word he said.
She saw that a corner of Credence’s quilt was dragging on the floor, so she walked over to the bedside, picked it up and draped it over him. Her fingers ran over his chest by accident, and his cold temperature almost froze her fingers.
She couldn’t resist asking, “What did the doctor say after your craniotomy?”
“He told me that I have to stop drinking and smoking, but I can still continue my lustful desires.”
He stared at her as he spoke slowly. He was flirting with her.
This was his guilty pleasure. He loved seeing her angry but was unable to vent her anger on him because he was bedridden.
Sure enough, she glared at him, her face stiff. “Credence, can you just talk like a normal person? If you don’t, I’m going to go accompany Belle.”
His face immediately darkened and his brows furrowed with pain. “Babe, the doctor said that I can’t be aggravated anymore. Are you sure you don’t want to accompany me?”
“Don’t you know exactly why I refuse to accompany you?”
When she saw how dramatic he was being, Dorothy pursed her lips and said coldly, “Credence, you’re always like this. You always take out your anger on Juelz without listening to my explanation, and you don’t even care whether anything really happened between me and him.”
“While he was in the operating room, I waited outside for almost seven hours. It lasted from the morning to evening. During that time, I felt uncomfortable and guilty.”
“Other people might not know about my relationship with Juelz, but you should!”
“If I really wanted anything to happen with Juelz, I wouldn’t have waited till now.”
“Over the years, if it hadn’t been for Juelz’s help and support, Belle and I wouldn’t be here today. Juelz is my saviour, and he’s also my family.”
She raised a hand to wipe away her tears, and the veins on her neck bulged. She took a deep breath, then said calmly, “What about you? You’ve always treated Juelz like your nemesis, and you’d do anything to get rid of him. He was already badly injured in the process of saving Belle, and he couldn’t move because of his internal bleeding. Yet you punched him so harshly without a care for his life. He almost died on the operating table, you know. How could I be happy about that?”
Credence watched her clench her teeth. Her eyes were sharp and clear, and there was a thin layer of resentment there.
He frowned, and his pale facial features could not be seen clearly, yet he looked at her expressionlessly, and he never said a word.
Dorothy was still angry, and she wouldn’t listen to his explanation at the moment.
“Credence, sometimes, I really think that you’re terrifying. You treated me like trash when you didn’t care for me, and you weren’t even the slightest bit bothered no matter how cruelly you treated me. You didn’t even care for our baby.”
“Now that you feel like you’re in love with me, you’re starting to care for me, but your care comes with possession. You don’t even allow me to interact normally with any men aside from yourself, and you view me as your possession. This is really terrifying to me.”
“What if you lose your feelings for me again one day? Will I end up like how I was six years ago? Just an abandoned pawn?”
Dorothy raised her head and stared at the white ceiling. Her lips trembled as she said, “Credence, I’m not an object, not something that you can have fun with when you want to and something to throw in a corner when you’re bored. I’m a living, breathing person, and I have a brain of my own. I have my own thoughts and values, and I have my own limits on things that can and can’t be done. Can you please stop using your ruthless and vicious methods on my friends?
“Are you telling me that Juelz’s kiss is also a normal interaction?”
Credence’s brows furrowed, his eyes flashing. His aura immediately turned cold and imposing.
“That’s not what I meant. What you saw was an accident.”
“I don’t care whether it was an accident or not. All I know is that you, Dorothy Fisher, are my legally wedded wife, and I’m the only one who can kiss you, possess you, and penetrate you!”
At that moment, Credence was really glad that he’d been one step ahead and had registered their marriage again.
“You, you are being unreasonable!”
Dorothy was shocked by how shameless Credence was being. He tried to relate everything back to sexual matters. She glared at him, then turned and left without a look back.
The door closed with a loud bang, and it caused Credence’s eardrums to buzz. In his mind, he recalled the stunned expression on her face and how badly her mouth was twitching.
It seemed like he had really pissed her off this time.
However, why was she angry?
She did not resist even when she was forcefully kissed by Juelz. How could she say that she was in the right?
Suddenly, Credence’s phone rang.
It was on the bedside table, and it startled him out of his thoughts.
When he saw the familiar name, he stretched a hand out with difficulty and slowly put it next to his ear. He said coldly, “What’s the progress of the thing I asked you to do?”
