Flynn looked up and saw a fat man who weighed over 300 pounds and was about 6 feet tall kicking Rose’s chair.
This man had a belly as big as someone who was six months pregnant. After he kicked the chair, his flabby face shook three times, and his features were all squeezed together.
The fat man’s name was Andrew Spears. He was accompanied by two other men and several girls.
One of the men had dyed blonde hair, a slender figure, and a carefree appearance. He walked with an awkward gait and went by the name Jedidiah Howe.
The other man had handsome features, dyed white hair, diamond earrings that sparkled brightly on his ears, and an air of delinquency all around him. He also seemed like a playboy type of person named Peter Morris.
Rose was startled by this kick to her chair but saw Flynn’s cold expression. She didn’t want any trouble to arise so she pulled her chair forward slightly.
“What are you looking at? Do you want to fight him? Do you know who this young master is?”
Jedidiah felt very unhappy when he noticed Flynn staring at them while Peter stared arrogantly back at Flynn without any fear or respect for him whatsoever.
“Let it go,” Rose shook her head quickly before offering Flynn a drink from her cup instead.
With various factions already causing trouble for her, she didn’t want to make more enemies than necessary right now.
Flynn could only clink glasses with Rose before taking a sip from it.
Jedidiah withdrew his gaze disdainfully from Flynn since he wasn’t worth their attention anymore while showing respect towards Andrew, “Mr. Spears! I heard that Dr. Garrett has also come to Niarak?”
“Yes! The Swanson family invited my grandfather to attend their medical conference in two days!” Andrew nodded approvingly.
The mountain-like figure sat down on the chair, leaning back suddenly with a bang, hitting Rose’s chair. After Rose had just finished arranging the chair, her body was only a few centimeters away from the table.
With Andrew’s sudden move, he squeezed Rose between the table and the chair, causing immediate discomfort in her chest.
Sitting across from them, Flynn quickly pulled the table toward himself which freed up some space for Rose again.
“Hey! What are you doing? You hit me!”
“I’ve already made room for you! Why did you squeeze onto me again?”
Rose wasn’t usually gentle or soft-spoken; however, this time she stood up angrily because Andrew nearly crushed her chest cavity when he bumped into her earlier. She couldn’t help but feel annoyed.
This guy knew there was someone behind him, and yet still used so much force when sitting down even though both chairs were already touching each other. He obviously didn’t care about others’ feelings. This was too impolite!
“Do you say I’m fat?” Andrew’s face immediately darkened when he heard the word, and he stood up abruptly. But as soon as he saw Rose’s appearance, his expression suddenly changed, and he laughed, saying, “So, you’re a beauty! Sorry, haha, I was a bit too forceful just now.”
“I’ll punish myself with a drink, self-punishment!” Andrew poured a full glass of beer, drank it in one gulp, and laughed so much that his eyes disappeared.
Rose, taken aback by Andrew’s surprisingly straightforward apology, softened her anger slightly and said, “Forget it, be more careful, there are still people behind you.”
“Forget it? How can we just forget it? I should properly compensate if I bumped into you, right?” Andrew continued, “Come on! Beauty, sit next to me, and I’ll apologize properly.”
Andrew was too fat, and he spoke with heavy breathing, his breath spraying onto Rose’s face, almost making her nauseous. Rose resisted the disgust and declined, “No need.”
She understood that Andrew wasn’t sincerely apologizing but harboring inappropriate thoughts toward her.
“What did you say?” Yellow-haired Jedidiah, seeing Rose’s firm attitude, flashed a cold look on his face and said harshly, “Mr. Spears wants to apologize and make friends. How dare you refuse?”
White-haired Peter added, “Do you know who he is? He’s Garrett Spears’s grandson, the genius doctor. If you establish a relationship with him, it could save you decades of struggle!”
“He’s inviting you to have a couple of drinks, and it’s your honor! You should cherish it and not show a sulky face! Understand?” Jedidiah continued.
Andrew, seeing Rose’s disgusted expression, stood next to her and squinted his eyes, “I invited you, and you dare to refuse? You must accompany me for two drinks, then go to the hotel with me, serve me well for the night, and I can forgive your offense.”
Rose, dumbfounded by the proposal, retorted, “You bumped into me twice, and now you want me to accompany you for drinks, go to a hotel to serve you for the night, and then you’ll forgive my offense? Are you out of your mind? Get lost!”
Rose wasn’t Madeline, and she dared to confront difficulties head-on. Especially dealing with someone like Andrew, she wouldn’t spare any face, considering her background that allowed her to withstand the challenges from the Sharp’s Group for ten years.
“Out of my mind?” Andrew, hearing this, was momentarily stunned, and his face instantly turned dark. He raised his hand to slap Rose.
At that moment, Flynn slowly stood up and said indifferently, “Think twice before you act, because if you slap her, you’ll turn into minced meat!” Flynn’s face turned icy and his eyes were filled with a winter storm.
Andrew saw this and stopped his hand that was raised in mid-air. He asked Rose, “Is this guy your boyfriend? He looks average.”
“His hands are rough and he doesn’t look like a rich man. You’re so beautiful, why are you with him? Come with me and live the high life,” Andrew said as he dismissed Flynn’s threat.
He was just curious as to why Flynn looked so average but was dating someone as beautiful as Rose at the bar.
Jedidiah also smiled slyly and said to Rose, “With your looks, you can definitely find a better man.”
“For example, Andrew Mr. Spears – the legitimate grandson of Dr. Garrett who is known for his medical skills. Is the one you should strive for!”
“You see, Dr. Garrett dotes on Mr. Spears very much and really wants a granddaughter-in-law; he even promised to give her 5 million dollars in dowry!”
“As long as your bedroom skills are good enough and your mouth can work wonders, then it’s not impossible for you to lock down Mr. Spears tightly in marriage and become part of the Spears family.”
Flynn furrowed his brows deeply; cold light flashed from his pitch-black eyes while frost gradually covered his face.
When other customers at nearby tables heard Dr. Garrett’s name mentioned, they all looked towards Andrew with shocked expressions while discussing loudly, “He is Dr. Garrett’s legitimate grandson? My god! Dr. Garrett is Roman’s favorite disciple whose medical skills are very impressive! I never thought that his legitimate grandson would come to Niarak!”
“My goodness! Whose girl is she? She was lucky enough to be noticed by Mr. Spears?”

Dr. Garrett was a renowned doctor; anyone who had connections with the Spears family would have no worries about food or clothing for their entire life!
“A granddaughter-in-law?” Flynn sneered coldly at Jedidiah saying, “If you care so much about finding a wife for the Spears family, then why don’t you marry off your mother instead?”
As soon as these words came out, everyone around them fell silent.
“This… guy… is he crazy?! How dare he insult Mr. Spears like that?”
“The Spears family knows many billionaires and their families. I heard that Dr. Garrett came to Niarak at the invitation of the Swanson family, and this jerk dared to call his grandson a fat pig, implying that everyone in the Spears family is a pig?”
“This guy must be the beautiful woman’s boyfriend. Mr. Spears likes your girlfriend, it’s your honor. If you don’t send your girlfriend to Mr. Spears’ bed obediently and still insult him like this?”
Everyone chimed in with accusations against Flynn.
They believed that if Flynn didn’t kneel down and apologize soon, he would surely face severe consequences.
Andrew was also stunned when he heard Flynn’s words.
He had never seen anyone so rude to him before from birth until now, which made him furious!
