Flynn had initially ignored the Pearce family’s business, lying in the corner playing games. When Jaxson and Roman connected on video, he only raised his eyebrows slightly.
It wasn’t until Roman called Flynn a “little bastard” that he became unwilling to continue. “You dare to call our dean old…” Jaxson was about to get angry when he suddenly noticed something was wrong.
In the video, Roman suddenly sat up from his chair with a flash of fear in his eyes. His nervous hands didn’t know where to go. “Am I so unfeeling in your eyes?” Flynn raised an eyebrow and asked.
Roman quickly replied, “M-master! Don’t you always teach me that both needlework and being a person should be done according to one’s own nature? Don’t be bound by etiquette… So… Huh? This signal is too bad… Master… I can’t hear what you’re saying on your end…”

The video cut off.
Even fools knew that this was intentional on Roman’s part. The entire living room fell silent like someone had hit pause – even breathing stopped.
It had been a while since Katrina’s world had crumbled.
“How… how could you be his master?!” she exclaimed.
A son-in-law from a third-tier family, just released from prison, someone who she saw as insignificant, was actually the mentor of the Medicine King Price!
Roman could talk and laugh with governors but seeing Flynn made him nervous and his hands trembled!
Thinking back to her previous offense, goosebumps ran up Katrina’s spine. She felt like an ice-cold thunderbolt exploded in her head, freezing her entire body instantly.
“That old man! I’ll settle the score with him when I go to Eahta!” Flynn ignored Katrina and muttered as he returned to his couch. The others were no longer calm either.
Travis was the first to approach Flynn with a smile on his face and asked, “Mr. Clark, my daughter says you’re a fraud. Can’t you explain it?”
“You see,” Flynn tilted his head innocently and said, “I want to explain but your daughter won’t let me speak!”
“She said that if I don’t come to the Pearce family’s Mansion and admit that I’m a fraud then Kaur Family will not have it easy.”
“I was so scared at the time, I couldn’t even walk straight, let alone speak!”
“She’s the daughter of the mayor, and I’m just a newly released convict. How could I possibly provoke her?”
Boom! The entire room fell silent.
The faces of the Pearce family turned dark.
Travis raised his eyebrows in anger and looked directly at Katrina with flames in his eyes. He took a few steps forward and slapped her across the face.
Smack! The sound echoed through the room.
“What did I tell you last time? When you see Mr. Clark, be polite and invite him over nicely!” Travis shouted.
“What are you doing? Threatening him to come over here and forcing him to admit he’s a fraud?”
“Where is your upbringing? Did you learn nothing from school? You’re nothing but garbage even if you become an academician!” Travis’ words were harsh.
Katrina held her swollen cheek in disbelief as tears streamed down her face.
Brandon quickly ran to Flynn’s side and respectfully said, “Mr. Clark, Travis has already taught his daughter a lesson!”
“Now that you’re here, please have mercy and save my daughter!”
The Pearce family all gathered around with smiles on their faces, their cheeks flushed.
“Mr. Clark, we believed in you from the beginning. It was Katrina who led us astray…”
“Yes! At first everything was normal but then Katrina intervened and confused us all. We’re sorry.”
“Mr. Clark, Callie is about to die. Please save her first. As long as you can cure Callie, we will accept any punishment or reward.”
Flynn didn’t get up but shifted his body for a more comfortable position.
Elis saw this and didn’t plead anymore; he coldly said to Travis, “if Mr. Clark doesn’t treat her today then Callie will undoubtedly die.”
“If anything happens to her, we won’t just become enemies but lifelong foes!”
Although Travis was the mayor of the city, he couldn’t intimidate the Pearce family!
If it weren’t for Travis and his daughter last time then Callie would have been cured by Flynn already.
They both misled everyone which caused harm to the Pearce family!
Travis awkwardly smiled at Katrina before saying in a low voice, “You heard what Mr. Pearce said.”
“I don’t care what method you use, you must get Mr. Clark’s forgiveness. If Callie dies, you will definitely go to jail!”
Katrina trembled and came to Flynn’s side, kneeling down with a thud.
“I’m sorry…,” she said with no spirit left in her.
The pride of the city’s first daughter was shattered, and tears as big as beans fell from her eyes. Her inherent arrogance was gone.
“Okay! Since you want face so much, I’ll give it to you!” Flynn said sternly. “But I’m afraid that when I ask for this face back later, you’ll have to kneel down and return it!”
Flynn’s words were like thunder and made Katrina lower her noble head completely.
“My phone is dead,” Flynn yawned lazily and threw his phone on the table.
Jasper quickly went up to charge the phone for him while Flynn walked past Katrina who was still kneeling on the ground towards Elis.
“Callie has blocked meridians all over her body; I need to needle her whole body after taking off her clothes.”
“Do you agree?”
Elis exclaimed happily. “Mr. Clark, as long as you’re willing to treat my granddaughter’s illness, none of these are problems! You don’t even have to ask!”
“You can do whatever you want!”
Flynn nodded nonchalantly before heading upstairs swaying back and forth.
The door closed shut. The sheets had been changed and the room was cleaned. Callie lay on her back, her chest no longer rising and falling.
Flynn disinfected the silver needle before quickly removing Callie’s clothes, leaving only her bra and panties. It must be said that if it weren’t for the torment of illness, Callie’s figure would easily rank in the top five among Niarak women at their peak, not inferior to Madeline.
Callie’s current condition was due to a deficiency of both energy and blood with all meridians blocked. Flynn needed to acupuncture all twelve meridians throughout her body to activate each organ’s vitality and get the blood flowing again before partially opening the acupoint on top of head to release excess heat.
Thirty-six needles were used in total across twelve meridians for ten minutes before Flynn removed them from Callie’s body. Her body began to recover as if it had been inflated with air; she appeared more plump than
The lace-trimmed bra she wore seemed to be raised by about three fingers compared to before, exposing about one-third of her chest.
As Flynn continued the cultivation, Callie had another seizure.
In the dim light, Callie closed her eyes, her fingers touching her lips, the other hand resting on her neck. In the interplay, the two exposed round curves appeared even more fair, and they quivered as her body shivered ceaselessly.
Suddenly, her body jolted, and her long legs closed tightly together…
