ALEX’S POV
Bryan invited me to come with him in his private resort in Mindoro.
I was hesitant to go with them but when I found out that Liz will be coming also with none other than Gian, I decided to come with him.
“Are will not join us?” I asked Nic.
Yes I am planning to bring Nic in the said vacation. I already asked Bryan about this and he agreed. The thing is Nic can’t make it.
“I love to but I can’t. My movie project will start soon so I will be very busy.” Nic said.
“Oh I see. Should I not go with them? I’ll just help you with your movie?” I suggested.
“It’s up to you. But I thought you wanted to come because you want to watch Liz?” Nic reminded me of the reason why I agree to joined them.
Oh yeah I remember. My best friend is so hard headed so I really need to watch her.
I sighed aloud. “You are right but I promise you that I will help you with your film right?”
“We will be doing a pre-production for now. We will not yet start shooting so don’t worry you can still help me when you came back from your vacation.” Nic said then he gave me a warm smile.
I don’t understand why I feel so comfortable with Nic. The level of his importance to me is same as with Liz. If he is not my fiancee, I would love him to be my best friend.
I gave him the same warmth. “Okay. After this vacation I will really help you with your film.”
He messed up my hair and smiled.
We are here at Bryan’s resort in Mindoro. And I must say it is breathtakingly beautiful. It can compete with Boracay and Palawan. It also a white sand beach. I wonder why it is not included in the tourist pot in the Philippines.
It seems like a secret treasure in the Philippines.
Bryan’s rest house is big. Everything is made of bamboo, very spacious and beautiful. You live in the province but you have air conditioner. Rich kid!
My eyes immediately saw Liz and Gian. I think they are too sweet.
I was about to go to them when someone suddenly pulled my arm.
“Where do you think your going baby girl?” Bryan asked me.
“Where else of course to my best friend.” I am trying to remove his hand from my arm but his hold is too tight.
“Bry what are you doing?! Let go of me!” I said annoyed
“Let them baby girl. Don’t disturb them.” He whispered.
“What are you saying that I should not disturb them? That’s why I came here is because I want to watch my best friend and your best friend.” I said still annoyed.
“They are no longer children to watch. And don’t worry because if anyone tries to cheat or hurt Liz, I myself will rush to teach that person even my best friend a lesson.” Bryan said seriously.
I looked at him. He is serious. I know that until now Liz is still important to her.
I smiled. Of course Bryan will not let Gian to hurt and fool Liz.
“What else am I going to do here?” I asked him.
Bryan grin “What else? Of course it is to take care of me.” Then he winked.
