People nearby, skeptical of the credibility of the information, nodded in agreement. Just smashing a couple of walls would be quickly repairable and wouldn’t affect the opening. For a moment, Angela couldn’t find words to counter.
Evelyn pressed on, “How about it, Miss Powers? Does that expression of yours show guilt?”

Henry nodded and bent down to kiss Evelyn on the lips.

“Can we leave now?” Henry asked after a moment.
Glancing at the time, Evelyn nodded, “Let’s go, I’m hungry.”
Henry nodded, embraced her waist, and throughout the entire process, he didn’t spare Angela a glance.
Angela was on the verge of a breakdown. She shouted, “Henry!”
“Would you rather be with a fickle woman than spare a glance at me? Do you know that last night, she went out on a date with another man behind your back? And they were even wearing couple outfits.”
